Gerry DICKINSON Urinates On Walls, Floors & Plays In Toilet Water

(BLIND RIVER, ON)- Passed-out customer charged with multiple offences.  

On December 18, 2024, at approximately 11:00 p.m., the East Algoma Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of an intoxicated person who had passed out at a table with a bottle of alcohol at a local coffee shop on Causley Street in Blind River.

Upon arrival, police observed the intoxicated individual walking away from the business. The person was arrested and taken to the Blind River detachment. While in custody, the individual became belligerent, urinated on the floor and walls, and later stuffed their shirt into the cell toilet, splashing toilet water throughout the cell.

As a result, Gerry DICKINSON, 19 years-old from Blind River, was charged with:

  • Mischief under $5000
  • Failure to comply with undertaking
  • Being intoxicated in public place

The accused is scheduled to appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice in Elliot Lake on February 6, 2025.

Hit & Run & Drunk Driving – Abdul Hakimy

(Kingston, ON) – A driver on highway 401 caused a collision with a tractor trailer, then failed to stay at the scene, and resulted in charges for impaired driving.

Around 08:30 am on December 21, 2024 Frontenac detachment members were called to a vehicle collision on the eastbound side of highway 401, near the highway 15 exit. A driver in an SUV had sideswiped a tractor trailer traveling the same direction, causing it to roll over into the ditch. The driver was transported to hospital with minor injuries. The trailer was loaded with synthetic rubber, and spilled into the ditch, requiring extensive clean-up.

Witnesses stopped to assist the driver of the tractor trailer, including removing the windshield to free the injured driver. The driver of the SUV continued along the highway with a damaged vehicle.

Another witness followed the vehicle until it exited at the next off ramp of Joyceville road, who then called police to report it. Officers arrived shortly after and located the driver attempting to change a flat tire on the damaged SUV, and continued investigation determined the driver to be impaired. An arrest was made for further breath testing at detachment.

Abdul Hakimy, a 53-year-old male, from Oshawa has been charged with:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs.
  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).
  • Fail to remain at scene of collision.

The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in the City of Kingston on February 4, 2025.

Steven LOVIE – Impaired Operation

(CENTRAL ELGIN, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), West Region Traffic Incident Management Enforcement (TIME) team arrested an impaired driver at a Festive Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (RIDE) checkpoint.

On December 22, 2024, members of the OPP TIME team were conducting a RIDE checkpoint on Caesar Road near Avon Drive, Municipality of Central Elgin. At approximately 11:00 a.m., police stopped a passenger vehicle and checked for driver sobriety.

As a result of the investigation, the driver was taken into custody and transported to the Elgin OPP, St. Thomas Detachment, for further testing by a Drug Recognition Evaluator (DRE).

Steven LOVIE, a 53-year-old from Woodstock was charged with the following:

·        Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in St. Thomas on January 21, 2025.

Kimberely STEWART – Drunk Driving

(Prince Edward County, ON) – A traffic complaint has resulted in impaired charges.

On December 21, 2024, at approximately 5:00 p.m., members of the Prince Edward County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a traffic complaint on Highway 33 in Prince Edward County.

Officers located the vehicle and driver at the intersection of Highway 33 and County Road 3. The driver was treated for minor injuries.

As a result of the investigation, Kimberely STEWART, age 55, from Prince Edward County, was arrested and charged with:

· Operation while impaired – alcohol

· Operation while impaired- blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

· Dangerous Operation

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on January 8, 2025. They were also issued a 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (ADLS) and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.

74 Year Old Road Rager Arrested – Name Released

(Huntsville, ON) – On December 18, 2025, at 5:28pm the Huntsville OPP responded to a disturbance on King William Street.

Officers attended the location and through investigation determined that a male driver had approached the driver of a disabled transport truck and proceeded to have a physical altercation striking the victim several times. The victim did not require medical assistance because of the assault.

Victor BETTS, 74 years old of Emsdale Ontario is charged with:

·        Assault

·        Utter Threat – to cause Death or Bodily Harm

The accused is to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on February 13, 2025 at Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge Ontario.

Passed Out In Snowbank Results In Impaired Charge

(COLLINGWOOD, ON) – On December 22, 2024, at 11:00 pm, members of Collingwood Ontario Provincial Police responded to a report of a vehicle on the front yard of residence in Collingwood.  Officers attended Kirby Avenue and found the vehicle in a snowbank between the roadway and sidewalk. The vehicle was facing the opposite direction to the lane of travel. Officers then located a male asleep behind the wheel. Further investigation led police to arrest the male for impaired driving and impound the motor vehicle. Several charges were laid by OPP including the refusal to comply with a breath demand contrary to section 320.15(1) of the Criminal Code.

Additionally, 21-year-old Abhishek KUMAR of Scarborough has been charged with:

·        Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs (Criminal Code)

·        Unsafe move – lane/shoulder (Highway Traffic)

·        Fail to surrender licence (Highway Traffic)

·        Fail to surrender permit (Highway Traffic)

·         

The accused is set to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Collingwood on January 28th, 2025.

St. Thomas Police Daily Update – 21Dec2024

St. Thomas Police attended a retail store located in the 1063 Talbot Street business park regarding a shoplifter. Through investigation it was determined that a male wearing black pants and white running shoes stole $200 worth of electric toothbrushes and left the area in a black Tesla. This remains under investigation. Ref# ST24022887

St. Thomas Police are investigating a theft of two Amazon packages from a front porch on Myrtle Street. The home owner reports that the suspect was wearing a black face mask with an image of a skull on it, black coat and blue jeans and fled on Fourth Avenue. Ref# ST24022890

St. Thomas Police officers conducted a R.I.D.E. (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) spot check where 142 vehicles were stopped and checked. All 142 drivers were spoken to and no infractions were noted. Ref# ST24022902

A 35-year-old Strathroy resident was arrested and charged with impaired driving. St. Thomas Police officers stopped the suspect vehicle heading westbound on Wellington Street near 10pm. The suspect provided a sample of breath into the roadside screening device and registered a fail. The suspect was brought to the police station and registered reading of 120 and 110 on the Intoxilyzer 8000. This suspect was later released with a future court date. Ref# ST24022912

  • No employer will reach out to you through apps like Whats App or Telegram
  • No employer will ever pay you in crypto currency
  • No employer will ask you to invest your own money
  • Be cautious when asked to make payments with gift cards
  • Use the Canadian Anti- Fraud Centre as a resource to familiarize yourself with current scams and additional ways to protect yourself

Child Sexually Assaulted – Justine Watson Arrested


Region of Peel– Investigators from the 11 Division Criminal Investigations Bureau have arrested an individual following a stranger sex assault and suspect that others have been victimized.

On December 9, 2024 the victim, a female under the age of 18 was present in the Square One area of Mississauga when she was approached by the suspect. It is alleged that the suspect made advances towards the victim, kissing and touching her inappropriately. The victim managed to leave the situation and was not physically injured.

Investigators were able to identify the suspect, and on December 16, Johnathan Watson, also known as Justine Watson, 29-years-old of no fixed address, was arrested and held in custody pending a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton. They are charged with:

  • Sexual Assault
  • Fail to Comply with Probation Order (X2)

At the time of arrest, Johnathan was bound by release orders stemming from two prior and separate charges of Sexual Assault.

Investigators believe there may be additional victims and encourage them to report the incidents to police. Victims or anyone with information about this case can contact the 11 Division Criminal Investigations bureau by calling (905) 453-2121 ext. 1133.

Fatal Drive By Shooting

The Toronto Police Service is updating the public on a Homicide investigation.

On Thursday, December 19, 2024, at approximately 12:13 a.m., police responded to a call for a Shooting that occurred at the intersection of Eglinton Avenue East and Markham Road.

It is reported that:

  • the victim was walking in the area when he was shot by suspect(s) that were travelling in a vehicle
  • officers arrived on scene and located the male victim who had been shot
  • life-saving measures were performed, and the victim was transported to hospital by paramedics
  • the victim was pronounced deceased at the hospital

The victim has been identified as Adam Christopher Moncrieffe, 34, of Toronto.

It is further reported that:

  • the suspect vehicle was driving around the Scarborough Village Neighbourhood before the shooting took place at Eglinton Avenue East and Markham Road
  • after the shooting, the suspect vehicle was seen fleeing southbound on Markham Road

The suspect vehicle is described as a newer model white Honda CRV with dark rims.

Images of the vehicle have been released.

Investigators are looking to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time of the shooting and may have seen this vehicle. Police are also asking anyone with dashcam footage of the vehicle or of the shooting to contact investigators.

Hwy 17 Open Following Fatal Collision

(MARATHON, ON) – The Marathon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a fatal collision.

On December 21, 2024, at approximately 6:30 p.m., members of the Marathon OPP Detachment, Fire, and Emergency Medical Services (EMS) responded to a two-vehicle collision on Highway 17 involving a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) and passenger vehicle.

The driver of the passenger vehicle was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver and passenger of the CMV were transported to hospital by EMS to be treated for minor injuries.

The OPP North West Region Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement (TIME) Team and OPP Collision Re-Constructionists are assisting in the ongoing investigation.

On the 22nd of December 2024 at 2:00a.m. both lanes of Highway 17 were reopened.

More Impaired Drivers – ZORMANN, TOP & GOODFELLOW-RODGERS

(Wasaga Beach, ON) – On the 20th of December 2024 at 10:30 a.m., an officer with the Huronia West OPP was conducting routine patrols near Zoo Park and River Road West in the Town of Wasaga Beach. At that time, he had cause to stop a black 4-door sedan to confirm the drivers licence status. Immediately, the officer entered into an impaired driving investigation. The driver was arrested for impaired driving by a drug, and a demand was made that he submit to an evaluation by a Drug Recognition Expert. 

Michael ZORMANN, a 34-year-old male from the Town of Wasaga Beach is charged with:

–      Operation while impaired

–      Fail or refuse to comply with demand

–      Operation while prohibited

–      Take motor vehicle without consent

(Springwater Twp., ON) – On the 20th of December 2024 at 12:37 p.m., an officer with the Huronia West OPP was mobile on Horseshoe Valley Rd. W. near Highway 26 in the Township of Springwater. At that time the officer observed the vehicle ahead swerving in its lane and erratically navigating a curve.

The officer conducted a traffic stop and a demand was made that the driver submit to roadside alcohol screening. The driver registered a “FAIL” and was arrested for impaired driving.

After subsequent testing at the detachment, the accused, Jane TOPP, a 64-year-old female from Bracebridge, ON was charged with:

–      Operation while impaired – 80+

(Clearview, Twp., ON) – On the 21st of December 2024 at 9:24 a.m., officers with the Huronia West OPP were dispatched to a report of a single vehicle collision where a pick-up truck had overturned on the Sunnidale-Tosorontio Townline in the Township of Clearview. Some keen-eyed witnesses were able to identify the driver and suspected that he was impaired by alcohol.

When officers arrived on scene the driver had already fled. He was located at his residence a short distance away.

The investigating officer made a demand that the driver submit to roadside alcohol screening. The driver registered a “FAIL” and was arrested for impaired driving.

After subsequent testing at the detachment, the accused, Mitchell GOODFELLOW-RODGERS, a 22-year-old male from Adjala-Tosorontio Township, ON was charged with:

–      Operation while impaired – 80+

–      Fail to remain (HTA)

–      Fail to report (HTA)

All accused parties named above have been released and will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice at a later date. Until then they face 90-day drivers licence suspensions and 7-day vehicle impoundments.

Drug Bust – GRIMES

(BANCROFT, ON) – Members of the Bancroft Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have seized approximately $50,000 worth of drugs and cash from a home in Bancroft, Ontario.

On December 20, 2024, shortly after 9:00 a.m., officers attended a residence in the Town of Bancroft to retrieve medications for a party that was in police custody. While at the residence, police located an individual that was wanted by police. Upon arresting the male, officers discovered the following on their person:

  • Over $2,000 Canadian dollars
  • 104 grams of suspected fentanyl
  • 11 grams of suspected cocaine
  • 11 grams of suspected methamphetamine
  • 16 grams of suspected heroin
  • 17 pills of suspected oxycodone

Mitchell GRIMES, 33 years of age faces the following charges:

·      Adult failure to comply with a release order X3

·      Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5000

·      Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Other Drug

·      Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking- Opioid X2

·      Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Heroin

·      Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine

Grimes remains in police custody, pending a bail hearing.

3 More Impaired Drivers Arrested

(ORILLIA, ON) – Members of the Orillia Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have arrested and charged three drivers over the course of one day during separate traffic investigations.

On December 20, 2024, just after 2:30 pm, officers were dispatched to a report of a single vehicle collision on Highway 400 in the Township of Oro-Medonte. Upon arrival, officers noticed signs of impairment from the driver. Due to the collision, the driver was transported to a nearby hospital for assessment and police accompanied the driver to conduct further testing.

As a result of the investigation, Sean LOUDON, 42, of Midland has been charged with:

·      Operation while Impaired (CC),

·      Operation while Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus) (CC), and

·      Careless driving (HTA)

The accused was released from the hospital with minor injuries and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Orillia at a later date.

On December 20, 2024, just before 9:00 pm, an officer was conducting patrol on Colborne Street in the City of Orillia and observed a vehicle with no front licence plate. A traffic stop was conducted which led the officer into an impaired operation investigation. The driver was transported back to the Orillia OPP Detachment for further testing.

As a result of the investigation, Derrick BERTUCCA, 35, of Barrie has been charged with:

·      Operation while Impaired (CC),

·      Operation while Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus) (CC),

·      Drive motor vehicle, fail to display two plates (HTA),

·      Drive motor vehicle, no currently validated permit (HTA),

·      Fail to surrender permit for motor vehicle (HTA), and

·      Fail to have insurance card (CAIA)

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Orillia at a later date.

On December 20, 2024, just before 10:00 pm, officers were dispatched to a traffic complaint from a concerned citizen reporting a possible impaired driver. Officers were able to locate the vehicle involved and conducted a traffic stop on Diana Drive in the City of Orillia. Speaking with the driver, officers noticed signs of impairment. The driver then refused to exit the motor vehicle and a brief struggle ensued between the driver and officers. The driver was transported back to the Orillia OPP Detachment for further testing.

As a result of the investigation, Andrew ROMANIUK, 59, of Orillia, has been charged with the following:

·      Resist Peace Officer (CC), and

·      Failure or Refusal to Comply with Demand (CC)

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Orillia at a later date.

All three accused have had their driver’s licences suspended for 90 days, as well as a vehicle impoundment for 7 days.

WARNING: Child Pornographer LITTLE At Large #TCB

In April 2024, Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) Detectives assigned to the Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit initiated an investigation into an unknown person possibly violating their Order of Prohibition. 

On December 19, 2024, ICE Unit and Technological Crimes Unit Detectives with the Niagara Regional Police Service executed a search warrant at a private residence in the City of Welland and seized numerous devices capable of storing electronic data.   

On December 20, 2024, investigators requested an arrest warrant for Lloyd Franklin LITTLE (39 years) for the following criminal offences:  

  • Fail to Comply with Order of Prohibition
  • Possession of Child Pornography

Online platforms that allow like-minded users to engage with minors, create, share, and store Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) are prevalent on the Internet.  Offenders who upload, share, and collect digital image/video files of Child Sexual Abuse Material can be identified and will be held accountable for their actions.

Dog Sexually Assaulted – Frankford Pervert Arrested

Bestiality charge

On 23 November, 2024, Belleville Police received a complaint from a male regarding the welfare of his dogs. The complainant advised that he shares custody of the dogs with his ex, but had evidence that the dogs were being mistreated. During the investigation, officers were provided videos showing the suspect committing explicit acts on the dogs. On 19 December, 2024, police arrested a 38-year-old Frankford man, and he was charged with bestiality. He will appear in court on 30 January, 2025.

Arrest on warrants

On 20 December, 2024, at 3:15am, officers on general patrol observed a male on a bike on Dundas Street West. Officers recognized the bike as it belonged to a male who was wanted for several domestic violence charges. Police stopped the male and talked to him. The male was arrested on his outstanding warrants for utter threats, spousal assault, theft, mischief, and two counts of assault with a weapon. The 40-year-old Belleville man was transported to the Belleville Police Service where he was held for a bail hearing.
