“Man” Plays With Genitals In Shopping Mall #PervertAlert


Investigators with the York Regional Police #4 Criminal Investigations Bureau have charged a 50-year-old man and are appealing for more victims to come forward following an investigation in the City of Vaughan.

On February 23, 2025, the victim reported that an indecent act occurred at a store in a shopping mall in the area of Jane Street and Rutherford Road the day prior. At approximately 2 p.m., on February 22, 2025, the victim was in a store with their child when a male, unknown to them, exposed himself and touched his genitals.

Through investigation, the male was identified and charged on March 2, 2025.

Investigators are releasing an image of the suspect as they believe there are more victims and encourage them to come forward.

Charged:

  • Dale FORDER, 50, of the City of Toronto

Charges:

  • Indecent Exposure to Person Under 16 Years of Age
  • Indecent Act

A sexual assault includes any non-consensual contact of a sexual nature. York Regional Police would like to encourage anyone who feels they may have been a victim of a sexual assault to come forward and report the incident to police. There is no statute of limitations for sexual offences and offenders can be prosecuted well after the date of the offence.

Children Sexually Exploited: Tayjhon Aquon WILLIAMS HAMILTON Arrested

In February 2022, Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) Detectives assigned to the Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit commenced an investigation into the sexual exploitation of children over a social media platform. 

On February 20, 2025, Detectives from Niagara Regional Police Service Internet Child Exploitation Unit and Technological Crime Unit executed a search warrant at a private residence in Thorold and seized numerous digital devices capable of storing electronic data.  Tayjhon Aquon WILLIAMS HAMILTON (24 years) was arrested and is now facing the following charges:

  • Possession of Child Pornography x 3
  • Accessing Child Pornography x 2
  • Making Child Pornography Available x 2

Tayjhon Aquon WILLIAMS HAMILTON was held in custody after his arrest and is set to appear for a bail hearing on February 21, 2025, at the Robert S.K. Welch Courthouse, located at 59 Church Street, in the City of St. Catharines.

Online platforms that allow like-minded users to engage with minors, create, share, and store Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) are prevalent on the Internet.  Offenders who attempt to lure children behind anonymous accounts on different platforms can be identified and will be held accountable for their actions.

Child Sexually Assaulted: Sundeep Vilkhu Arrested #PervertAlert

Region of Peel – Investigators from the Special Victims Unit (SVU) have charged a Brampton man following a sexual assault investigation.

In January 2025, SVU detectives began an investigation following criminal allegations from a concerned parent. It is alleged that the suspect, working as a teaching assistant sexually assaulted a child within the school. This incident allegedly occurred in the 2017-2018 academic year at a public school in the area of Main Street and Queen Street in the City of Brampton. 

On Thursday, Feb. 6, 35-year-old Sundeep Vilkhu was charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

  • Sexual Assault
  • Sexual Interference
  • Invitation to Sexual Touching

He was released with conditions and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton at a later date. 

The accused is no longer employed by the school board.

Investigators are concerned that there may be additional victims and are appealing for them or anyone with information to come forward.

Pervert Alert: Christopher JACKSON Arrested For Child Porn Etc.

Additional charges have been laid in a child pornography investigation where three new victims have been identified.

On Wednesday, July 31, 2024, members of the Internet Child Exploitation Unit (ICE), executed a search warrant at the residence of a male believed to be making and sharing child pornography, using the Telegram app with user names: ‘C Ja’ and “Nomey6969’.  The suspect was arrested and charged with failing to comply with the SOIRA and Christopher’s Law.  Several electronic devices were seized from the residence.

Subsequent analysis of the suspect’s electronic devices revealed a multitude of child pornographic content, including plans to travel and commit sexual acts on underage persons.

The suspect was arrested on August 30, 2024 and further charged with a number of offences.  He was held in custody.

Further investigation led to the identification of a victim in Durham Region. With the assistance of the RCMP/NCECC and the Philippines National Police, two additional victims were identified in the Philippines.

The suspect has remained in custody since August 30, 2024, and is now facing eight additional charges.

Christopher JACKSON, age 30, of Clarington is facing additional charges of: Sexual Assault; Sexual Interference; Make Child Pornography x2; Voyeurism x2; Non-Consensual Distribution of Intimate Image and Agree/Arrange – Sexual Offence Against a Child under 18.

Police are concerned there may be other victims and are requesting anyone with information to come forward. A photo of the suspect is attached and can be viewed at www.drps.ca

Jordan R. GAUTHIER was held in custody after his arrest and is set to appear for a bail hearing on February 16, 2025, at the Robert S.K. Welch Courthouse, located at 59 Church Street, in the City of St. Catharines.

Pervert Alert – Hammad ABOWATH Arrsted – Details Released

Police are concerned there may be more victims after a 21-year-old male was arrested and charged with committing sexual offences against a minor.

On Friday, February 7, 2025, members of the Durham Regional Police Service’s Human Trafficking Unit (HTU) began an investigation after it was learned a 14-year-old girl was being groomed for human trafficking.  The victim had been contacted, unsolicited, by a male on Snapchat who claimed he was 18 years old and went by the name “Ace.” The victim informed him that she was 14-years-old but the male continued to engage with her.  During this time the accused and victim met up on several occasions.

On Wednesday, February 12, 2025, a Criminal Code search warrant was executed at the male’s residence on Brimley Road in Scarborough. With the assistance of uniformed members, HTU investigators executed the warrant, and a male was arrested without incident.

Hammad ABOWATH, age 21 of Toronto, is charged with Sexual Interference with a person under 16 years of age and Invitation to Sexual Touching Under 16 years of age.

He was held for a bail hearing.

Pervet Alert – Brayden STURGESS Arrested – Details Released

(WASAGA BEACH, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Child Sexual Exploitation Unit (CSEU), with the assistance of the Huronia West OPP and OPP Digital Forensics, has arrested and charged a Wasaga Beach resident following a child sexual exploitation investigation.

As a result of the investigation, a search warrant was executed at a residence, and several electronic devices were seized.

Brayden STURGESS, 24 years of age from Wasaga Beach, was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

• Possession of child pornography, section 163.1(4) – two counts

• Make child pornography available, section 163.1(3)

The accused remains in custody pending a bail hearing and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Barrie on February 13, 2025.

Pervert Alert – Ronald NYITRAI Arrested

(ELLIOT LAKE, ON) – Police arrested a cab driver in Elliot Lake for multiple sex offences.

On February 10, 2025, at approximately 5:00 a.m. the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested a person in relation to an on-going sexual assault investigation in Elliot Lake.

On February 7, 2025, a family member reported that a 14-year-old girl had not returned home from school when she was supposed to. Police learned that the girl was picked up from school by a man driving a grey pickup truck. She later returned home and was spoken to by police. The girl knew the man as he worked for a local cab company and used to drive her to a Blind River school in the past. After investigation, police determined numerous sex offences occurred on multiple occasions between November 2024 and February 9, 2025.      

Ronald NYITRAI, 58-years-old, from Elliot Lake, was charged with:

  • Sexual Assault on a person under 16 years of age
  • Invitation to sexual touching under 16 years of age
  • Sexual Interference

The accused appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice Bail Court in Blind River on February 10, 2025. He was released from custody and scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Elliot Lake on March 13, 2025.

Pervert Alert – Franco PILEGGI Arrested – Details Released

(SAULT STE. MARIE, ON) – On January 31, 2025, at approximately 1:36 p.m., the Sault Ste. Marie and Superior East Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Crime Units made an arrest following an extensive investigation into online child sexual exploitation. The arrest is also in relation to a search warrant police executed at a Rossmore Road residence in Sault Ste. Marie in December 2024. 

The investigation began when police received a complaint alleging the accused was having inappropriate online relationships with two individuals, one aged 12 years old and one aged 13 years old. 

As a result of the investigation, Franco PILEGGI, 42 years-of-age, of Sault Ste. Marie was arrested and charged with:

  • Luring a person under 16 years old by means of telecommunication – eight counts
  • Make sexually explicit material available to a person under 16 years old – eight counts
  • Invitation to sexual touching under 16 years old – two counts
  • Extortion – two counts
  • Access child pornography – two counts
  • Possess child pornography

The accused was held for a bail hearing, and subsequently remanded into custody.

The Sault Ste. Marie and Superior East OPP Crime Units were assisted in this investigation by the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service Technological Crime Unit, the OPP North East Region Emergency Response Team and the OPP Child Sexual Exploitation Unit.

The OPP encourages parents and caregivers to speak to children about online safety and to monitor their online activity. Child predators use online chat rooms and social media applications to gain access to children, as these platforms are used by millions of children every day.

Pervert Alert – 12 Arrested – Names Released

An extensive investigation into the non-consensual sharing of intimate content has resulted in 12 people being arrested and facing a total of 172 charges.

The Thunder Bay Police Service Cyber Crime Unit began investigating in 2023 after learning that multiple women in Thunder Bay had been having their images shared through groups in an online chat platform.

As a result of the investigation, a total of 117 victims have been identified, which also includes victims in at least three other countries and across Canada.

Investigators obtained 26 production orders, 18 search warrants, and 15 general warrants. The investigation has resulted in nearly 600 exhibits being seized.

The accused individuals turned themselves in to police on Wednesday, February 5.

Pervert Alert – 35 Year Old Arrested After Exposing Self – Name Released

A male has been arrested after committing an indecent act at Lakeview Park in Oshawa.

On Friday, January 31, 2025, at approximately 4:30 p.m., members of Central East Division responded to a sex offence call in the area of Lakeview Park Avenue and Simcoe Street South.  Passersby observed a male committing an indecent and exposing himself to vehicles as they drove by. Police arrived on scene and arrested the male without incident.

Police are concerned there may be other victims.

The suspect is described as male, White, 35 years with a slim build. He was wearing an orange and yellow construction jacket, a black hooded sweater and black pants. 

Corey Robert SZYDLOWSKI-INGRAM, age 35 from Oshawa is charged with: Commit Indecent Act in Public Place.

He was released on an Undertaking.

34 Year Old Arrested For Child Porn – Name Released

In February 2024, Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) Detectives assigned to the Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit began investigation into Child Pornography offences committed over Instagram. 

On January 30, 2025, ICE Unit detectives along with the Technological Crimes Unit detectives executed a search warrant at a residence in the City of St Catharines.  As a result of theinvestigation, several digital devices suspected to have been used in the commission of the offences were seized and William Genaro ARGUETA (34-years) of St Catharines was arrested and is now facing the following Criminal Code charges:

• Possession of Child Pornography X2

• Accessing Child Pornography

• Making Child Pornography Available

ARGUETA was held in custody after his arrest and is set to appear for a bail hearing on January 31, 2025, at the Robert S.K. Welch Courthouse located at 59 Church Street, in the City of St Catharines.

Detectives believe that ARGUETA went online using variations of the username “random b0y” such as, “random.b0y”, “randomxb0y04”.

Online platforms that allow like-minded users to engage with minors, create, share, and store Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) are prevalent on the Internet. Offenders who attempt to lure children behind anonymous accounts on different platforms can be identified and will be held accountable for their actions.

Masked Adult Arrested After Incident In School Bathroom #PervertAlert

A 31-year-old Toronto resident has been charged after police were called to investigate an incident at a local high school, last week.

On Wednesday January 22nd 2025, officers were called by school administration who wish to report that three unknown individuals, wearing masks had entered the school with a student. It was reported that once inside, the group located and confined a student to a washroom who was known to them. Upon arrival, officers learned the masked individuals threatened the student in relation to ongoing issues between several teens at the school before leaving the area in a vehicle parked nearby.

Through investigation, police have charged a 31-year-old Toronto resident with:

  • one count Forcible Confinement
  • one count Utter Threats – cause death or harm

On Wednesday January 29th 2025, the 31 year old attended police headquarters to turn themselves in. The individual was processed and released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST25001275

Child Sexually Assaulted – TURNER & FOBERT Arrested #PervertAlert

In early January of 2025, Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) detectives assigned to the Child Abuse Unit (CAU) commenced an investigation into an alleged child sexual assault that occurred at a residence in Welland.

As a result of the investigation, James TURNER (26 years) of Welland, has been arrested and faces the following criminal charges:

–          Sexual Assault on a Person Under 16 Years of Age

–          Sexual Interference with a Person Under 16 Years of Age

–          Invitation to Sexual Touching a Person Under 16 Years of Age

–          Criminal Harassment

Amanda FOBERT (30 years) of Welland, has been arrested and faces the following criminal charges:

–          Sexual Assault on a Person Under 16 Years of Age

–          Sexual Interference with a Person Under 16 Years of Age

–          Invitation to Sexual Touching a Person Under 16 Years of Age

Detectives have reason to suspect there may be more victims.  Anyone with information about this investigation is asked to contact detectives by calling 905-688-4111, option 3, extension 1009519.

Pervert Alert: Duane Stacey Arrested For Voyeurism

The St. Thomas Police Service has charged 55-year-old Duane Stacey of Aylmer with voyeurism following an investigation where he is alleged to have been secretly filming a female in a retail store in October 2024.

Voyeurism is defined as the act of surreptitiously observing—either directly or through mechanical or electronic means—or creating a visual recording of a person in situations where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy.
