34 Year Old Arrested For Child Porn – Name Released

In February 2024, Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) Detectives assigned to the Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit began investigation into Child Pornography offences committed over Instagram. 

On January 30, 2025, ICE Unit detectives along with the Technological Crimes Unit detectives executed a search warrant at a residence in the City of St Catharines.  As a result of theinvestigation, several digital devices suspected to have been used in the commission of the offences were seized and William Genaro ARGUETA (34-years) of St Catharines was arrested and is now facing the following Criminal Code charges:

• Possession of Child Pornography X2

• Accessing Child Pornography

• Making Child Pornography Available

ARGUETA was held in custody after his arrest and is set to appear for a bail hearing on January 31, 2025, at the Robert S.K. Welch Courthouse located at 59 Church Street, in the City of St Catharines.

Detectives believe that ARGUETA went online using variations of the username “random b0y” such as, “random.b0y”, “randomxb0y04”.

Online platforms that allow like-minded users to engage with minors, create, share, and store Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) are prevalent on the Internet. Offenders who attempt to lure children behind anonymous accounts on different platforms can be identified and will be held accountable for their actions.

Masked Adult Arrested After Incident In School Bathroom #PervertAlert

A 31-year-old Toronto resident has been charged after police were called to investigate an incident at a local high school, last week.

On Wednesday January 22nd 2025, officers were called by school administration who wish to report that three unknown individuals, wearing masks had entered the school with a student. It was reported that once inside, the group located and confined a student to a washroom who was known to them. Upon arrival, officers learned the masked individuals threatened the student in relation to ongoing issues between several teens at the school before leaving the area in a vehicle parked nearby.

Through investigation, police have charged a 31-year-old Toronto resident with:

  • one count Forcible Confinement
  • one count Utter Threats – cause death or harm

On Wednesday January 29th 2025, the 31 year old attended police headquarters to turn themselves in. The individual was processed and released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST25001275

Child Sexually Assaulted – TURNER & FOBERT Arrested #PervertAlert

In early January of 2025, Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) detectives assigned to the Child Abuse Unit (CAU) commenced an investigation into an alleged child sexual assault that occurred at a residence in Welland.

As a result of the investigation, James TURNER (26 years) of Welland, has been arrested and faces the following criminal charges:

–          Sexual Assault on a Person Under 16 Years of Age

–          Sexual Interference with a Person Under 16 Years of Age

–          Invitation to Sexual Touching a Person Under 16 Years of Age

–          Criminal Harassment

Amanda FOBERT (30 years) of Welland, has been arrested and faces the following criminal charges:

–          Sexual Assault on a Person Under 16 Years of Age

–          Sexual Interference with a Person Under 16 Years of Age

–          Invitation to Sexual Touching a Person Under 16 Years of Age

Detectives have reason to suspect there may be more victims.  Anyone with information about this investigation is asked to contact detectives by calling 905-688-4111, option 3, extension 1009519.

TURNER and FOBERT are being held for a bail hearing scheduled to take place January 18, 2025, via video link to the Robert S.K. Welch Courthouse located at 59 Church Street, in the City of St. Catharines.

Pervert Alert: Duane Stacey Arrested For Voyeurism

The St. Thomas Police Service has charged 55-year-old Duane Stacey of Aylmer with voyeurism following an investigation where he is alleged to have been secretly filming a female in a retail store in October 2024.

Voyeurism is defined as the act of surreptitiously observing—either directly or through mechanical or electronic means—or creating a visual recording of a person in situations where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy.

Pervert Alert: Ronald Howard WRIGLEY Arrested For Child Porn

Incident Number TB24048776

A cyber crime investigation has resulted in a local man being arrested on a child pornography charge.

Members of the Thunder Bay Police Service Cyber Crime Unit began an investigation in November 2024 after receiving information that a local internet user had been suspected of uploading a file that contained child sexual abuse material.

As a result of the investigation, a search warrant was obtained and executed at a Frederica Street East residence on the morning of Wednesday, January 15.

A suspect was arrested and multiple electronic devices were seized.

Ronald Howard WRIGLEY, 73, is charged with Possession of Child Pornography.

The accused appeared in court on Wednesday and has been remanded into custody with a future appearance date.

Pervert Alert: Geoffrey MCKENNA Arrested

(Ottawa) — Following a six-month investigation, the Ottawa Police Service West Criminal Investigations Unit has laid several charges against an Ottawa man.

The investigation was launched after multiple reports were received regarding a suspicious motor vehicle parking near a Stittsville home at night. The investigation later revealed several different homes were targeted in Stittsville, Richmond, Kars and North Gower.

Geoffrey MCKENNA, 30-years old, of Ottawa, Ontario, has been charged with:

  • Voyeurism x4,
  • Criminal harassment x2,
  • Mischief x2.

He appeared in court on January 8, 2024.

Investigators believe that there are additional victims and are seeking witnesses to report any similar events.

Pervert Alert – BROGAN Facing Numerous Charges

(NORTH GRENVILLE, ON) – The Grenville County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has arrested and charged an adult following an indecent acts investigation involving a youth.

In December of 2024, the OPP received a report of nude images that had been sent to a youth. The Grenville County OPP Crime Unit continued the investigation.

As a result, Craig BROGAN, 34 years of age, from North Dundas was arrested on January 8, 2025, and charged with:

·      Distributing obscene matter

·      Make sexually explicit material available to a person under 16 years of age

·      Luring a person under 16 years of age by means of telecommunication

·      Indecent communications

The accused was held for a bail hearing on January 8, 2025 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brockville, and remains in custody. 

The investigation by the Grenville County OPP Crime Unit is ongoing. Investigators are concerned that there could be other victims. They want to hear from anyone who may have had encounters with the accused via an online app or in person. Women Fighting Back – Upskirt Pervert Arrested #StandYourGround

Windsor Police have arrested a Sarnia man for taking upskirt photos of a woman at a local business. 

On January 1, 2025, at approximately 2:55 a.m., officers were called to a business in the 300 block of Riverside Drive East in response to a fight between a male and two females. 

Through investigation, officers learned the man was seen by the two women using his cellphone to take photos up one of their dresses.  

As a result, Russell A. Luyt, 46, has been charged with secretly recording a person for sexual purposes.

Pervert Alert: Matthew WIPER Arrested – Details Released

(LEAMINGTON, ON) The Leamington Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged an individual following a suspicious person investigation.

On December 29, 2024, at approximately 11:19 p.m., members of the Leamington OPP Detachment received a report of a suspicious individual at a residence on Deer Run Road in the Municipality of Leamington.

As a result of the investigation, Matthew WIPER, 42-year-old of Leamington, was arrested and charged with the following offences:

·        Voyeurism

·        Trespassing at Night

·        Public Mischief

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor on January 17, 2025.

William James GREENALL Arrested For Luring Child

In January 2024, Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) Detectives assigned to the Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit began an undercover investigation into the luring of minors using the Internet. Over the course of the investigation the suspect is alleged to have communicated for a sexual purpose unknowingly with the undercover police officer believing it to be a young person under the age of 16.

On December 31, 2024, Detectives from the NRPS Internet Child Exploitation Unit identified and arrested William James GREENALL (52 years) of Fort Erie for the following Criminal Code offences:

  • Exposure to a Person Under 16 years of Age
  • Luring a Child via Telecommunication to Facilitate Sexual Interference

William James GREENALL was held in custody after his arrest and is set to appear for a bail hearing on January 1, 2025, at the Robert S.K. Welch Courthouse, located at 59 Church Street, in the City of St. Catharines.

Detectives believe that GREENALL went by the usernames “Niagara420”, “Niagara guy” and “James” on online platforms to commit offences against other children.

Pervert Alert – Shaun OUELLETTE Luring Children

(ESSEX COUNTY, ON) – On December 11, 2024, members of the Essex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Crime Unit began a criminal investigation that has resulted in a charge being laid against a City of Windsor resident.

As a result, Shaun OUELLETTE 45-year-old from Windsor has been arrested and charged with:

·        Luring a Person Under 16 years of age by means of Telecommunication

The accused was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor on January 16, 2025.

Child Sexually Assaulted – Justine Watson Arrested


Region of Peel
– Investigators from the 11 Division Criminal Investigations Bureau have arrested an individual following a stranger sex assault and suspect that others have been victimized.

On December 9, 2024 the victim, a female under the age of 18 was present in the Square One area of Mississauga when she was approached by the suspect. It is alleged that the suspect made advances towards the victim, kissing and touching her inappropriately. The victim managed to leave the situation and was not physically injured.

Investigators were able to identify the suspect, and on December 16, Johnathan Watson, also known as Justine Watson, 29-years-old of no fixed address, was arrested and held in custody pending a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton. They are charged with:

  • Sexual Assault
  • Fail to Comply with Probation Order (X2)

At the time of arrest, Johnathan was bound by release orders stemming from two prior and separate charges of Sexual Assault.

Investigators believe there may be additional victims and encourage them to report the incidents to police. Victims or anyone with information about this case can contact the 11 Division Criminal Investigations bureau by calling (905) 453-2121 ext. 1133.

Teacher Charged With Sexual Assault – Police Fear More Victims


York Regional Police have charged a 51-year-old man from the Town of Georgina in connection with a sexual assault investigation involving a student in York Region.

On December 9, 2024 York Regional Police began an investigation after a student reported having been sexually assaulted by a teacher in September.

The name and location of the school are not being released to protect the identity of the victim.

The accused has been working as a high school teacher with the York Region District School Board.

The suspect is also active in the community as a volleyball coach in Keswick. Investigators believe there may be additional victims and are asking anyone with information regarding this or other incidents to please come forward. 

Charged: Andrew HAGERMAN, 51, of Georgina Charges: Sexual Assault 

A sexual assault includes any non-consensual contact of a sexual nature. York Regional Police encourages victims to report incidents of sexual assault, including historical offences. There is no statute of limitations for sexual offences and offenders can be prosecuted well after the date of the offence.

Pervert Alert – “Man” Arrested For Filming Females In Public Washroom

(Ottawa) — During the evening of December 14, 2024, the Ottawa Police Service responded to a business located in the 1-100 block of Elgin Street for reports of a man filming females inside the public washroom.

An arrest was made; however, there is a concern that there may be further victims who have not yet been identified by police.

13 Year Old Sexually Assaulted – Police Fear More Victims – Masoud Abdulla Arrested #PervertAlert

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) has arrested and charged an Etobicoke man for the Sexual Assault of a 13-year-old female in Halton.

On December 16, 2024, Masoud Abdulla (35) of Etobicoke was arrested by HRPS officers. He has been charged with the following:

  • Sexual Assault
  • Luring by Telecommunications
  • Sexual Interference
  • Obtaining Sexual Services for Consideration

Abdulla used social media to connect with the victim and then drove to Halton to pick her up the evening of the assault. Prior to the assault, the victim had never met the accused in person.

Investigators believe there may be other victims and a photo of the accused is attached to this media release. Abdulla also utilized a handle of “tsmith9423” on social media. Anyone with information, or anyone who has been victimized by him is asked to contact the Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Unit at 905-825-4777 ext. 8970.

Sexual assault is any touching of another person without their consent where the touching is of a sexual nature, or where the sexual integrity of the victim is violated.  A sexual assault can range from unwanted touching to sexual assault involving penetration.

There is no statute of limitation when it comes to reporting a sexual assault.  This means that no matter how long ago the sexual assault happened, you can still report it to police for investigation.
