STPS Daily Update 18Mar2025

Intimate Partner Violence 

A 48 year old St. Thomas resident has been charged with Assault after police were called to an address on the northside of the city on Monday. Through investigation, officers learned a verbal argument between spouses had escalated resulting in the 48 year old physically assaulting their spouse. The accused had left the area prior to police arrival. A warrant for arrest has been requested. ST25004370

Warrant Arrests 

A 39 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Monday March 17th 2025, officers on community patrol observed the individual in a vehicle travelling on Wellington Street. The 39 year old was known to police to be wanted on several outstanding warrants with our service stemming from incidents dating back to 2021. A traffic stop was conducted and the individual was arrested. The 39 year old was transported to court and was remanded into custody. ST25004353

A 72 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Monday March 17th 2025, officers on community patrol located the individual known to them to be wanted on an outstanding probation warrant. The individual was arrested and transported to police headquarters where they were processed and released on an appearance notice. Not long after being released, police were called by a cab company who wished to report the 72 year old failed to pay for their transportation. As a result, the individual has been charged with Transportation Fraud and Failure to Comply with Probation. A warrant for arrest has been requested. ST25004395/4402

Theft 

A 30 year old London resident has been arrested. On Monday March 17th 2025, police were called to a retail store on Talbot Street to investigate the report of the individual failing to pay for their items. Officers were provided of description of the individual who was located a short distance away and arrested. The 30 year old was charged with Theft under $5,000 and transported to police headquarters where they were processed and released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST25004396

STPS Daily Update 12Mar2025

Warrant Arrest

A 29 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. This morning, officers on community patrol located the individual known to them to be wanted by our service after being identified as the person for responsible in several theft investigations. The 29 year old had been charged with:

  • Eight counts of Failure to Comply with Probation
  • Three counts of Theft from a Motor Vehicle
  • One count of Theft under $5,000
  • One count of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
  • One count of Failure to Comply with Undertaking

The individual was transported to police headquarters to be processed. Through further investigation, the 29 year old has been additionally charged with:

  • Three counts of counts of Failure to Comply with Probation
  • One count of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
  • One count of Failure to Comply with Undertaking

The individual was processed and held for a morning court appearance.ST25004056/4060

Warrant Arrests 

A 43 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Tuesday March 11th 2025, officers on community patrol located the individual known to them to be wanted by our service after being charged following a Break and Enter investigation in February. The individual was transported to police headquarters where they were processed and transferred to the Elgin County Courthouse for a court appearance and subsequently, remanded into custody. A 72 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Tuesday March 11th 2025, while dealing with the individual on an unrelated matter, officers were made aware of an outstanding warrant with our service for Failure to Comply with Release Order and Assault with a Weapon stemming from an incident in February. The 72 year old was processed and released on an appearance notice. ST25004047

Theft

St. Thomas police are currently investigating the report of a theft from a vehicle. On Tuesday March 11th 2025, officers were called by a vehicle owner who wished to report that their vehicle, parked in the 700 block of Talbot Street had been entered and approximately $700 in property and personalized mail had been stolen. Police are reviewing CCTV in the area as they continue to investigate. ST25003988

Approximately $175 of merchandise has been reported stolen from retail store on Talbot Street. On Tuesday March 11th 2025, police were called to the store to investigate the report of two unknown individuals attending the store, concealing several items in a bag before leaving the store, failing to pay for their items. Police are reviewing video of the incident as they continue to investigate. ST25004020

Mischief

St. Thomas police are currently investigating the report of damage caused to a commercial HVAC system. On Tuesday March 11th 2025, officers were called to a business on Centre Street to investigate the report of an unknown person stripping the copper wire from the exterior HVAC units. Total damage is estimated at approximately $75,000. This remains under investigation. ST25004003

A 33 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested after police were called to an apartment building in a west end neighbourhood, early this morning. Just after 1 a.m., officers attended the area after the building manager reported an unknown individual was causing damage to the security cameras on the property in an attempt to disable them. Police attended and located the 33 year old St. Thomas resident who was charged with Failure to Comply with Probation, Theft under $5,000 and Mischief under $5,000. The individual was transported to police headquarters where they were processed and released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST25004054

Failure to Comply

An 18 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested after police were called in regards to an unwanted person. On Tuesday March 11th 2025, officers attended an address on St. Catharine Street to investigate the report of the 18 year old attending an address they are on conditions to not attend. Officers located the individual who has been charged with Failure to Comply with Sentence and Failure to Comply with Probation Order. The 18 year old was transported to police headquarters where they were processed and held for a morning court appearance. ST25004050

Fraud 

A St. Thomas resident is out approximately $20,000 after falling victim to a scam. On Tuesday March 11th 2025, the individual attended police headquarters to report that since October and through several transactions, they were now out $20,000 after first being contacted by an individual claiming to be an agency that had property of the victims. The individual was asked to purchased gift cards in order to obtain their property. This remains under investigation. ST25004009

Stolen Vehicle Investigation 

A 49 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested following a stolen vehicle investigation. On Wednesday March 5th 2025, officers located the individual who had been charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and Theft under $5,000 after being identified as one of the parties responsible in a stolen vehicle investigation that began in February. The 49 year old was transported to police headquarters where they were processed and released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST25003621

Warrant Arrest

A 35 year old Elgin County resident has been arrested. On Wednesday March 5th 2025, STPS was notified by Aylmer Police that they had the individual in custody on the strength of an outstanding warrant with our service. The 35 year old had been charged with several offences after being identified as the person responsible in several theft and fraud investigations. Officers attended Aylmer and transported the individual to St. Thomas police headquarters where they were processed and held for a morning court appearance. ST25003637

A 46 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Wednesday March 5th 2025, officers located the individual who had been charged with Assault, Obstruct Peace Officer and Theft under $5,000 in separate incidents in 2024. STPS Daily Update 04Mar2025

Theft

Approximately $65 of merchandise has been reported stolen from a retail store on Wellington Street. On Monday March 3rd 2025, officers were called to the store to view CCTV of the incident. Video showed an unknown individual wearing a red baseball hat, sunglasses and a black coat enter the store, conceal the items in a bag they were carrying before leaving the store, failing to pay. This remains under investigation. ST25003472

A 28 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Monday March 3rd, officers were called to investigate a theft that had occurred from an address, downtown. Through investigation, police learned the 28 year old had stolen property of a tenant at the same address. The individual was located at a nearby address with the stolen property and was subsequently charged with Theft under $5,000 and Failure to Comply with Probation. The 28 year old was transported to police headquarters where they were processed and held for a morning court appearance. ST25003497

RIDE

St. Thomas police are pleased to share that of the vehicles stopped and their drivers spoken to during a RIDE program in the city on Monday evening, no infractions were found. STPS wishes to thank the community for continuing to drive safe and sober. ST25003527

STPS Daily Update 17Feb2025

On Sunday February 16th, 2025 police were contacted by a business at 1063 Talbot for a theft.  The male pictured took 4 boxes of Lego, Red bull drink, 2 packages of batteries and a loaf of bread prior to walking past all points of purchase and fleeing to a waiting Red Dodge Caravan.  Police are looking for public assistance in identifying the male pictured.  If you recognized him please contact police at 519-631-1224 or Crime Stoppers. Theft:

On Sunday February 16th, 2025 a male entered a store on Elm Street in St. Thomas and proceeded to grab a 12 pack of Twisted Tea and leave the store without paying. The suspect fled in an unknown direction.  (ST25002623)

Obstruct Police:

On Sunday police attended a residence on Talbot for parties who no longer welcome.  Police spoke to the parties and obtained verbal Id’s from the parties. One female party identified herself falsely and left the residence.  This female is currently wanted by police and is now going to charged with obstruct police for falsely identifying her self to officers to evade arrest on the current warrant.  (ST25002641)

Intimate Partner Violence – Arrest

As the result of an investigation into an assault that had occurred on February 11th, a 39 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Wednesday February 12th 2025, the individual attended police headquarters to turn themselves after being charged with one count of Assault. The 39 year old was processed and released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST25002434/2331

Theft

A 52 year old St. Thomas resident has been charged with Theft under $5,000 after a shoplifting incident at a retail store on Talbot Street. It was reported that the individual had left the store, failing to pay for their items. Police located the 52 year old a short distance away and transported them to police headquarters where they were processed and released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST25002430

Approximately $113 of merchandise has been reported stolen from a retail store on Talbot Street. On Wednesday February 12th 2025, officers were called to the store to investigate the report of an unknown person attending the store and failing to pay for the items. Police are reviewing video of the incident as they continue to investigate. ST25002439

Failure to Comply 

A 52 year old St. Thomas resident has been charged with Failure to Comply with a Court Order after police were made aware of several phone calls and attempts to contact an individual they are on conditions to not communicate with. ST25002447

Warrant Arrest

A 25 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Wednesday February 12th 2025, officers on community patrol located the individual known to them to be wanted on an outstanding warrant with our service for Failure to Comply with Release Order. The individual was transported to police headquarters where they were processed to attend court and remanded into custody. ST25002424

A 29 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Wednesday February 12th 2025, officers were dealing with the individual on an unrelated called for service, when they were made aware of an outstanding warrant for two counts of Mischief under $5,000 stemming from an incident in January. STPS Daily Update 12Feb2025

Assault

A 52 year old St. Thomas resident has been charged with Assault. On Tuesday February 11th 2025, officers were called to investigate the report of an incident that occurred in January. Through investigation, officers learned a disturbance at a shared residence resulted in the victim being physically assaulted and threatened by the accused. As a result, the 52 year old has been charged with one count of Assault, Uttering Threats and Failure to Comply with Probation. A warrant for arrest has been requested. ST25002388

Intimate Partner Violence

A 62 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested after police were called to a family dispute, last night. Upon arrival, officers learned a verbal argument between family members had escalated resulting in damage to the inside of the residence and a physical altercation, occurring.  The accused had left the area prior to police arrival, but attended police headquarters short time later. The 62 year old was charged with two counts of Assault, one count Mischief and one count of Uttering Threats. The individual was processed and held for a morning court appearance. ST25002405

Stunt Driving

A 28 year old St. Thomas resident has been charged with stunt driving after being observed travelling at high rate of speed on Tuesday afternoon. Police were conducting speed enforcement on Talbot Street when a vehicle registered 108km/h in a 60 km/h zone. A traffic stop was conducted and the 28 year old was charged with Drive Motor Vehicle – Perform Stunt. Their driver’s license was seized and their vehicle was impounded. ST25002347

Theft

St. Thomas police are currently investigating the report of approximately $500 of tools, stolen from a vehicle. On Tuesday February 11th 2025, the vehicle owner contacted police to report that sometime in the overnight hours their work truck had been entered and the tools, stolen. No damage to the vehicle was reported. This remains under investigation. ST25002364

A 32 year old Elgin County resident has been charged with Theft under $5,000 after being identified as the person responsible in a shoplifting incident from a grocery store on Talbot Street. A warrant for arrest has been requested. ST25002397

Warrant Arrests 

A 42 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Tuesday February 11th 2025, the individual attended police headquarters to turn themselves in on an outstanding warrant with our service for Failure to Comply with Undertaking and Failure to Comply with Probation, stemming from an incident earlier this month. The individual was processed and released on an appearance notice with a future court date. ST25002360

A 50 year old London resident has been arrested. On Tuesday February 11th 2025, STPS was notified by London Police who had the individual in their custody on the strength of our warrant in relation to an incident in 2023, where the individual had failed to stop at a RIDE check and fled the area. The 50 year old had been charged with:

  • One count of Dangerous Operation of a Conveyance
  • One count of Driver – Fail to Stop When Directed by Police
  • One count of Fail to Surrender Permit for Motor Vehicle
  • One count of Driver Fail to Surrender License
  • One count of Fail to Surrender Insurance Card

St. Thomas police attended London to transfer custody and transport the individual to STPS Headquarters where they were processed and held for a morning court appearance. ST25002364

Mischief 

A 20 year old St. Thomas resident has been charged with several offences after police were called to an address on the west end of the city, Tuesday night. Upon arrival, officers learned the 20 year old accused had caused damage inside of an apartment and threatened the person who resides there. Attending officers observed damaged caused to furniture and several items thrown throughout the residence. As a result, the 20 year old who had left the area prior to police arrival has been charged with two counts of Failure to Comply with Probation Order, one count of Uttering Threats and one count of Mischief over $5,000.  A warrant for arrest has been requested. Failure to Comply 

A 30 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. Last night, officers on community patrol located the individual who was known to them to be on a release condition to not be outside of their residence. The 30 year old was charged with Failure to Comply with Release Order and transported to police headquarters where they were processed and held for a morning court appearance. ST25002409

STPS Daily Update – 11Feb2025

A 15 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested after police were called in regards to a stolen vehicle. On Monday February 10th 2025, police were called by the vehicle owner who reports a member of their family had taken their vehicle without consent. Through investigation, officers reviewed home surveillance video showing the teen leaving the address in the vehicle.

Officers located the vehicle and the accused at an address on Sunset Drive. As a result, the 15 year old St. Thomas resident has been charged with:

  • 1 count of take motor vehicle without consent
  • 1 count of drive motor vehicle- no license

The individual was transported to police headquarters where they were processed and released on an undertaking with a future court. The vehicle was returned to the rightful owner. ST25002297

Warrant Arrests 

A 36 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Monday February 10th 2025, officers on community patrol located the individual known to them to be wanted by our service on an outstanding warrant for Mischief, dating back to May of 2024. In addition, the 36 year old was identified as the person responsible for causing damage to a downtown business over the weekend. The accused was transported to police headquarters where they were processed to attend court and were remanded into custody. ST25002300

A 53 year old London resident has been arrested. On Monday February 10th 2025, the individual attended police headquarters to turn themselves in on an outstanding warrant with our service stemming for an incident in 2023 where they had been charged with Impaired Operation and Dangerous Operation. A 72 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Monday February 10th 2025, officers on community patrol conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle being driven by the accused. Police were notified of an outstanding warrant with our service for Breach of Probation and Failure to Comply with Release Order. STPS Daily Update 10Feb2025

Possession of Stolen Vehicle 

A 16 year old St. Thomas resident has been charged with a several offences after a traffic stop in the city on Sunday. At approximately 1:45 p.m. officers on community patrol initiated a traffic stop with a suspicious vehicle. While observing the vehicle, police determined the license plates had previously been reported stolen and didn’t match the vehicle they were on. Through investigation and while speaking with the 16 year old driver, officers learned the youth was unlicensed, uninsured and that the vehicle had been reported stolen out of Aylmer, earlier the same day.

As a result, the individual was charged with:

  • Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000
  • Two counts of Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000
  • Drive motor vehicle no license
  • Fail to have insurance card
  • Fail to surrender permit for motor vehicle

The 16 year old was transported to police headquarters where they were processed and released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST25002267

RIDE

St. Thomas police are pleased to share that no infractions were reported after a RIDE program in the city on Sunday evening. Of the 342 vehicles stopped and their drivers spoken to, two alcohol screening devices were administered with both drivers registering a pass. Dangerous Operation

A 56 year old St. Thomas resident has been charged with Dangerous Operation of a Vehicle after police were called to a collision on the north end of the city on Sunday. Police responded to an area off of South Edgeware Road to investigate the report of a vehicle driving across the lawn and hitting two vehicles. Upon arrival, officers located the driver who was arrested and transported to police headquarters were they were processed and released with a future court date. ST25002259

Theft

St. Thomas police are currently investigating a shoplifting incident that occurred at a Talbot Street retail store on Sunday. At approximately 1:30 p.m. an unknown person entered the store, selected a large bag of dog food and left the area failing to pay. Video surveillance of the incident is being reviewed as police continue to investigate. ST25002266

Fare Fraud

St. Thomas police are currently investigating the report of an unpaid cab fare. This morning, at 2:40 a.m. police were contacted by the driver of a local cab company who wished to report that when dropping off their passenger at the requested destination, the individual ran from the vehicle and didn’t return to pay their fare of approximately $40. Intimate Partner Violence

A 39 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested after police were called to a disturbance downtown. This morning, just before 1 a.m. police were called to the 400 block of Talbot Street for the report of altercation in progress. Upon arrival, officers located the parties involved and through investigation learned a verbal argument between an individual and their partner had escalated, resulting in the victim being physically assaulted. As a result, the 39 year old was charged with Assault with a Weapon and transported to police headquarters where they were processed and released on undertaking with future court date. ST25002137

Warrant Arrest

A 40 year old St. Thomas resident wanted by our service for Theft under $5,000 in relation to a shoplifting investigation from December, has been arrested. On Thursday February 6th 2025, officers on community patrol located the individual and transported them to police headquarters where they were processed and released on an appearance notice. 36 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On February 6th 2025, the individual attended police headquarters to turn themselves in on an outstanding probation warrant. The 36 year old was processed and released with a future court date. ST25002115

STPS Daily Update – 05Feb2025

Impaired Operation 

A 34 year old Kitchener resident has been arrested and charged after police we called by a concerned citizen, last night. Just after midnight police were called in regards to a vehicle that was swerving and crossing the center line. A description of the vehicle was provided to police who located the suspect vehicle and conducted a traffic stop on Highbury Avenue. While speaking with police, the driver was showing signs of impairment and an alcohol screening device was administered, registering a fail. The 34 year old was arrested and transported to police headquarters where further testing confirmed the individual to be impaired by nearly twice the legal of limit of alcohol. The 34 year was charged with Operation while Impaired Plus 80, Fail to have insurance, Drive – no license and Drive – not equipped with interlock. The individual was processed and released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST25002036

Prohibited Driver

A 35 year old Elgin County resident has been arrested. On Tuesday February 4th, officers on community patrol conducted a traffic stop on a suspicious vehicle. Through investigation, it was learned the driver is currently prohibited from driving. Further investigation found the 35 year old to be wanted on outstanding warrants with the Aylmer Police and Oxford OPP. The individual was arrested and transported to police headquarters where they were processed and the neighbouring police services were notified. ST25002004

A 72 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Tuesday February 4th 2025, while dealing with the individual on an unrelated matter, officers were made aware of an outstanding warrant with our service for Failure to Comply with Release Order. A 32 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested. On Tuesday February 4th 2025, while dealing with the individual on an unrelated matter, officers were made aware of an outstanding warrant with Peterborough OPP. Failure to Comply 

A 24 year old St. Thomas resident is wanted by police after failing to comply with their release conditions. The individual, released on Tuesday after being charged with Assault and Assault with a Weapon, returned to the address they were on conditions to not attend. A warrant for arrest has been requested. Theft

St. Thomas police are currently investigating the report of stolen property from a retailer at the Elgin Centre. On Tuesday February 4th 2025, officers were called to investigate the report of an unknown individual attending the mall and stealing a sign from a retailer. Police are reviewing available CCTV as they continue to investigate. ST25002026

Public Assistance

STPS are seeking assistance from residents in the area of 1Password Park. Police are requesting any residents with home surveillance and/or CCTV camera that captures the park, review their video from February 3rd between 8p and midnight and report any suspicious activity. On February 3rd, police were called to the park for an animal welfare check. Upon arrival, officers located a dog that was in need of medical attention. The dog was transported to receive care and the incident remains under investigation. ST25001979

A 45 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested after police were called to a disturbance on the northside of city on Wednesday. Upon arrival, officers learned the 45 year old had caused damage to the inside of an apartment and was refusing to leave. A 30 year old London resident has been arrested after an intimate partner violence investigation. On Wednesday January 29th 2025, the accused was charged with two counts of Assault Cause Bodily Harm. The 30 year old was located and arrested by Oxford OPP who exchanged custody with STPS. Theft 

A 29 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested after being identified as the person responsible in a theft from a vehicle. On January 19th 2025, police were called to investigate the report of several personal items being stolen from a vehicle on Forest Avenue. Through investigation officers identified the individual responsible and on Wednesday January 29th, the 29 year old was arrested. The individual has been charged with two counts of Failure to Comply with Probation and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime. ST25001642/1124

Approximately $150 of liquor has been reported stolen from a retail store on Talbot Street. On Wednesday January 29th 2025, officers were called to the address to investigate the incident that occurred just after 12 noon. Police are reviewing video surveillance of the incident as they continue to investigate. ST25001668

A 29 year old St. Thomas resident has been charged after being identified as the person responsible in a shoplifting incident. On Wednesday January 29th 2025, officers were called to a retail store on Wellington Street to investigate the report of an unknown individual attending the store and failing to pay for approximately $300 of groceries. Police reviewed video of the incident and have charged a 29 year old St. Thomas resident with Theft under $5,000. A warrant for arrest has been requested. ST25001674

St. Thomas police are currently investigating a retail fraud. On Wednesday January 29th 2025, officers were called to a retail store on Wellington Street to investigate the report of a suspicious individual returning an item without a receipt. It was learned the person provided a false name and address. Upon reviewing video in an effort to identify the individual, CCTV captures the individual concealing merchandise and failing to pay. Masked Adult Arrested After Incident In School Bathroom #PervertAlert

A 31-year-old Toronto resident has been charged after police were called to investigate an incident at a local high school, last week.

On Wednesday January 22nd 2025, officers were called by school administration who wish to report that three unknown individuals, wearing masks had entered the school with a student. It was reported that once inside, the group located and confined a student to a washroom who was known to them. Upon arrival, officers learned the masked individuals threatened the student in relation to ongoing issues between several teens at the school before leaving the area in a vehicle parked nearby.

Through investigation, police have charged a 31-year-old Toronto resident with:

  • one count Forcible Confinement
  • one count Utter Threats – cause death or harm

On Wednesday January 29th 2025, the 31 year old attended police headquarters to turn themselves in. The individual was processed and released on an undertaking with a future court date. ST25001275

STPS Daily Update 27Jan2025

A 38 year old St. Thomas resident wanted by police after being charged with two counts of Assault, has been arrested.  On Monday January 27th 2025, police attended the accused address and took them into custody. The individual was transported to police headquarters where they were processed to attend court and subsequently released by the courts. ST25001532/1502

A 43 year old Mississauga resident has been arrested. On Monday January 27th 2025, STPS were contacted by the Waterloo Regional Police Service who had the individual in custody on the strength of our warrant for Criminal Harassment, stemming from an investigation in December of 2022. Officers attended Waterloo to take custody of the individual who was transported to St. Thomas police headquarters where they were processed and held for a morning court appearance. A 46 year old St. Thomas resident wanted by police after being charged with Failure to Comply with Undertaking, has been arrested. On Monday January 27th 2025, police attended the accused address and took them into custody. The individual was transported to police headquarters where they were processed and released on an appearance notice. ST25001560/1471

Theft

Approximately $300 of merchandise has been reported stolen from a retail store on Talbot Street. On Monday January 27th 2025, officers were called to the store by an employee who wished to report the incident. Upon arrival, police learned a verbal disagreement about returning an item had occurred and resulted in the customer leaving with $300 worth of merchandise. Video surveillance of the incident is being reviewed as police continue to investigate. ST25001547

Resist Arrest

A 23 year old St. Thomas resident has been arrested after police were called to an address on St. Catherine’s Street, last night. Upon arrival, police learned the individual had left the area after stealing a wallet. Police located the 23 year old a short distance away and when informed of the grounds for their arrest, they actively resisted and refused to cooperate with the officer. Additional officers were called to assist and the 23 year old was arrested and transported to police headquarters where they were processed and released on an undertaking with a future court date. Warrant Arrest:

While on general patrol police recognized a 35 year old female as wanted.  Police spoke with the female and arrested her on the strength of the warrant.  The female was released with a new court date.  ST25001377

Theft:

On Friday January 24th, 2025 police were contacted by lost prevention to advise of a female who had just taken products from the store without paying.  Police located the 34 year old female near by and arrested her for theft under $5000.  All products were returned to the store and the female was processed and released with a future court date and restrictions to not attend the store.  ST25001402

Sexual Assault:

A young victim attended the police station and provided police with a report of a historical sexual assault.  With this information police formed reasonable and probable grounds for the charges of sexual assault on a person under 16 and assault cause bodily harm.  The accused in this matter turned themselves into police and was arrested and released with a court date and conditions.  ST25001375

B & E and Fail to comply with Probation:

Police received a call from the victim that a male known to them was attempting to enter a residence.  Police located the 72 year old male and arrested him for break and enter and fail to comply with probation.  The male was released with a new court date and conditions.  ST25001415
