Repeat Offender Arrested After Mischief & Harassment Of Business #StandYourGround

(SOUTH HURON, ON) – On Tuesday, November 04, 2025, just after 6:30 p.m., members of the Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a mischief and harassment at a business address on Main Street South in the Town of Exeter, Municipality of South Huron.

As a result of the investigation, OPP learned that the involved suspect had allegedly attempted to break into the locked business and harass an individual working inside.

The accused was located and arrested by police. They have been charged under the Criminal Code with the following offences:

Nathaniel DWYER, 27 years-of-age from South Huron has been charged with:

–      Criminal Harassment – Threatening Conduct,

–      Mischief Under $5,000,

–      Fail to Comply with Probation – (four counts).

The accused was processed, held for a bail hearing, and remanded into custody with a court date scheduled at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich.

Drug Bust – Jayden DUNKLEY

(OTTAWA, ON) – Members of the Ottawa Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police have laid drug trafficking charges against an individual from Mississauga after they were involved in a collision.

Shortly before 4:00 p.m. on December 1, OPP members were dispatched to a collision on Highway 417 westbound near Maitland. One of the drivers involved was arrested at the scene for Careless Driving. A search of the vehicle was conducted and resulted in officers seizing a large quantity of drugs.

As a result, Jayden DUNKLEY, 21 years of age, faces the following charges:

  • Possession over 30g dried cannabis in a public place
  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine
  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Opioid (other then heroin)
  • Possession of firearm or ammunition contrary to prohibition order
  • Careless driving

The accused is set to appear in an Ontario Court of Justice in Ottawa at a later date.

Danielle TIFFIN Was Arrested Again #3Strikes

(PICTON, ON) – The Prince Edward County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a second individual in connection with the armed robbery and vehicle theft that occurred at a Picton gas station on November 22, 2025.

As part of the investigation, officers have charged:

Danielle TIFFIN, age 27 of Picton, has been charged with:

·        Obstruct Peace Officer

·        Fail to comply with probation order

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Picton at a later date.

James Claringbold Arrested Following Collision

(SOUTH-WEST OXFORD, ON) – An individual from Tillsonburg is facing impaired driving related charges after a single vehicle collision on Plank Line.

On November 29, 2025, at approximately 7:30 p.m., members of the Oxford Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment were dispatched to a report of a single vehicle collision that had occurred on Plank Line near Ostrander, in the Township of South-West Oxford. There were no reported injuries because of the collision.  

James Claringbold, 59-years-old, of Tillsonburg, has been charged with:

·      Operation while Impaired – Alcohol

·      Operation while Impaired – Blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

·      Dangerous Operation

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on January 20, 2025.

Thomas STOOP – Drunk Driving

(BRANT, ON) – On December 1, 2025, at approximately 4:40 p.m., members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a motor vehicle collision on 403 Highway East at King George Road in Brant County, Ontario.

During the police investigation no injuries were reported and a Thomas STOOP, 27-year-old male of Mount Elgin Ontario, was taken into custody and charged with the following offences:

  • Operation While Impaired – Alcohol and Drugs
  • Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on December 19, 2025. Mr. Stoop had his drivers licence suspended for 90 days and his vehicle was impounded for 7 days.

The OPP continues to prioritize road safety through proactive enforcement and public education. Impaired driving-whether by alcohol or drugs-remains one of the leading causes of serious collisions and fatalities on Ontario roadways.

Cassie Aniceto – Break & Enter

(Red Lake, ON) – The Red Lake Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has laid Break and Enter and Mischief charges following an investigation within the Municipality of Red Lake.

On November 21, 2025, Red Lake OPP officers received information that initiated a Break and Enter investigation in Cochenour, Ontario. As a result of the investigation, officers identified and arrested one individual.

Cassie Aniceto, 31 years old, of Cochenour, Ontario, has been charged with:

  • Break and Enter
  • Mischief Under $5,000

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Red Lake on Thursday, December 11, 2025.

Lisa PETTIGREW Was Arrested Again #3Strikes

(GEORGIAN BAY TOWNSHIP,ON) Stolen Vehicle Investigation On December 1, 2025, just after noon, a member of the Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was patrolling northbound on Highway 400 in Georgian Bay Township. The officer was alerted by the Automatic Licence Plate Reader (ALPR) to a licence plate attached to a vehicle reported stolen in the Toronto area.

The officer stopped the vehicle and identified the driver. In addition to being in possession of a stolen vehicle, it was discovered that the driver was prohibited from driving and was bound by a probation order. The vehicle was towed to be returned to its owner, and the driver was arrested and transported to the detachment.

As a result of this investigation, Lisa PETTIGREW, 28 years of Newmarket, faces charges under the Highway Traffic Act as well as the following Criminal Code charges:

  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000
  • Operation While Prohibited × 2
  • Fail to Comply with Probation Order × 3

The accused was held for a bail hearing before the Ontario Court of Justice on December 2, 2025.

Tara ELLIOTT – Drunk Driving

(MIDLAND, ON) Impaired Driving Collision On December 1, 2025, at about 7:00 p.m., a single-vehicle collision was reported to police on Manly Avenue in the Town of Midland. Officers attended the scene and located a minivan that had left the roadway and was stuck in a snowbank.

Officers spoke with the driver, who showed signs of alcohol consumption. The driver provided a breath sample into a screening device and was arrested upon failing the test. The driver was transported to the detachment to provide further breath tests.

As a result of this investigation, Tara ELLIOTT, 49 years of Midland, faces the following Criminal Code charges:

  • Operation While Impaired
  • Operation While Over 80 Milligrams

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Midland on December 18, 2025. Upon being charged with impaired driving, the accused’s driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days, and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.

Violent Robbery – Tracy VARDY & Roxanne WEST

(TYENDINAGA MOHAWK TERRITORY, ON) – Two people have been arrested and are facing numerous charges after violent robberies in Madoc and Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory.

On Monday, December 1, 2025, shortly after 3:30 p.m., two people filled a vehicle with fuel at a gas station on Highway 62 in Madoc. They went inside, refused to pay for the gas and other items that were taken from the store. One person inside the store was struck with a baseball bat, resulting in serious injuries. Another person was also assaulted.

The pair was able to flee as officers arrived.

Then, at approximately 5:00 p.m., the same two people entered a store on Airport Road in Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory. An employee was struck with a baseball bat, suffering non-life-threatening injuries. One of the would-be robbers then left the building.

Officers from the Tyendinaga Police Service and OPP quickly arrived on the scene and located and arrested one individual in parked pick-up truck. The second person was located and arrested inside the store.

Tracy VARDY, age 59 of Tudor and Cashel Township has been charged with:

  • Assault with a weapon – three counts
  • Assault causing bodily harm – two counts
  • Robbery with violence – two counts
  • Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose – two counts
  • Uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm
  • Conspiracy to commit an indictable offence

Roxanne WEST, age 55 of Tudor and Cashel has been charged with:

  • Robbery with violence – two counts
  • Conspiracy to commit an indictable offence
  • Flight from a peace officer
  • Accessory after the fact

Both accused were held in custody, with bail hearings scheduled before the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on Tuesday December 2, 2025.

The investigation by the Central Hastings and Prince Edward County OPP Crime Units are continuing to investigation in collaboration with the Tyendinaga Police Service. The Lennox and Addington County Detachment and OPP Forensic Identification Services are assisting.

Monika PUCZYNSKI – Drunk Driving

(NORTHUMBERLAND, ON) – Members of the Northumberland Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a driver following a single-vehicle collision in the Municipality of Port Hope.

On November 29, 2025, at approximately 6:45 p.m., officers responded to a report of a vehicle in the ditch on Morris Church Road. The caller described a passenger vehicle with a lone occupant. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) were also dispatched to the scene.

After speaking with the driver, officers initiated an impaired driving investigation. The individual was taken into custody and transported to a local hospital with non-serious injuries.

As a result, Monika PUCZYNSKI (36) from Oshawa, has been charged with:

–      Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs

–      Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

–      Dangerous operation

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cobourg in December. A further 90-day Administrative Driver License Suspension (ADLS) and a 7-day vehicle impound was initiated as per statute.

Whether you are impaired by alcohol or drugs, impaired is impaired and driving under the influence of either is a criminal offence. If you plan on drinking or consuming drugs, plan to not drive. Instead, arrange for a designated driver, take a taxi or public transit, or come up with another plan that takes impaired driving out of the picture.

Cocaine Bust – Alexandra HERRON

(WASAGA BEACH, ON) – Officers from the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a Springwater resident with impaired operation and drug trafficking offences following a traffic stop.

On November 28, 2025, at approximately 12:30 p.m., an officer on general patrol stopped a vehicle travelling on Mosley Street and entered into an impaired driving investigation. During the interaction, grounds were formed that the driver’s ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by drugs and she was subsequently arrested.

As a result of the arrest, the following items were seized:

  • Quantity of crack cocaine
  • Quantity of cash
  • Items consistent with drug trafficking

Alexandra HERRON, from Springwater Township was charged with:

  • Operation while impaired – drugs
  • Failure or refusal to comply with a demand
  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking
  • Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5,000

The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Collingwood on January 20, 2026, to answer to the charges. The driver’s licence was also suspended for 90 days, and the vehicle impounded for seven days.

Evan WARING-WALPOLE Was Arrested #3Strikes

(SOUTH HURON / CENTRAL HURON, ON) – The Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged an individual following incidents in the Town of Exeter, (Municipality of South Huron), and the Town of Clinton, (Municipality of Central Huron).

On Sunday, November 02, 2025, just before 10:00 p.m., Huron OPP officers were contacted about an individual who reportedly damaged a glass door at an address on Main Street South in Exeter. Police arrested the suspect, who proceeded to spit on the police officer’s equipment. The accused was charged as follows:

Evan WARING-WALPOLE, 29 years-of-age of no fixed address was charged with:

–      Mischief Under $5,000 – (two counts).

The accused was processed at the Huron OPP detachment, and later released from custody with a court appearance scheduled at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on December 29, 2025.

Several hours later, just after 02:00 a.m. on Monday, November 03, 2025, Huron OPP officers responded to a report of a break and enter at a residence on Princess Street East in the Town of Clinton, Municipality of Central Huron with the suspect still inside the residence. Officers arrived and located the suspect inside a bedroom where they were arrested. The accused resisted arrest but was eventually subdued.

The accused was identified as being arrested in South Huron just hours ago. They were additionally charged with the following offences:

–      Unlawfully in a Dwelling House,

–      Resist Peace Officer.

The accused was processed and held for a bail hearing. The accused has a later court appearance scheduled at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich.

Jeffrey BARRY – Drunk Driving

(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) – Driver facing impaired charge after single-vehicle collision on Egremont Drive.

On November 30, 2025, at 2:49 a.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to Egremont Drive near Hedley Drive in the Municipality of Middlesex Centre, for the report of a single vehicle in the ditch.

The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Middlesex OPP detachment.

As a result, Jeffrey BARRY, a 64-year-old of Sarnia, has been charged under the Criminal Code with:

·      Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in London to speak to the charges on January 5, 2026.

There were no injuries reported.

James SHAW – Drunk Driving

(HURON EAST, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a London, Ontario resident with an impaired driving offence following a traffic stop on November 02, 2025, in the Municipality of Huron East. 

Just after 1:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 02, 2025, Huron County OPP officers conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle on London Road in Huron East. The driver was subsequently arrested for impaired operation.

The accused provided breath samples before a qualified Intoxilyzer Breath Technician at the Huron County OPP detachment in Clinton. Breath samples provided to police resulted in readings over the legal limit.

James SHAW, 67 years-of-age from London has been charged with:

–      Impaired Operation – Over 80.

The accused was additionally charged with an offence found in the Highway Traffic Act (HTA).

The vehicle involved was towed and impounded for seven days, and the accused’ driver’s license was suspended for a period of 90 days.

The accused was processed and later released from custody with a court appearance scheduled at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on December 15, 2025.

Antonio JEMEC Was Arrested Following Hit & Run

(TINY TOWNSHIP, ON) An investigation into a collision in Tiny Township has resulted in impaired driving charges against a local resident.

On November 29, 2025, at approximately 4:45 p.m., members of the Southern Georgian Bay detachment of the OPP attended the parking lot of a business on Tiny Beaches Road North to investigate a vehicle that had been damaged in a collision. Police learned that two occupants had left the vehicle on foot and that the driver appeared unsteady.

Officers patrolled the area and located two pedestrians matching the descriptions of the vehicle’s occupants. The driver was identified and exhibited signs of alcohol impairment. Officers arrested the driver and transported them to the detachment for breath testing.

As a result of this investigation, Antonio JEMEC, 69 years of Tiny Township, faces the following charges contrary to the Criminal Code and Highway Traffic Act:

  • Operation While Impaired
  • Operation Over 80 Milligrams
  • Fail to Remain at Collision
  • Fail to Report Collision

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Midland on December 18, 2025. Upon being charged with impaired driving, the accused’s driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days, and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
