Matthew SAUNDERS Was Arrested

(QUINTE WEST, ON) – The Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has laid impaired driving charges following an incident in the city.

On Friday, November 28, 2025, at approximately 10:00 a.m., officers responded to reports of a vehicle parked in an intersection. The driver was arrested and brought to the detachment for testing.

Matthew SAUNDERS, age 41, from Quinte West, was charged with operation while impaired by drug.

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on December 18, 2025. The vehicle was impounded for seven days, and their license suspended for 90 days.

Kieran THIBODEAU & Maegan PARKER Were Arrested!

(TECUMSEH, ON) – Two separate drivers have been charged following separate collisions in Tecumseh in the early hours of November 28, 2025.

 At approximately 2:51 a.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a single vehicle collision on Arlington Boulevard in the Town of Tecumseh.

Maegan PARKER, 24-years-old of Amherstburg was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
  • Dangerous Operation

The accused was scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice – Windsor on December 11, 2025, to answer to the charges.

At approximately 3:26 a.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a single vehicle collision on County Road 22 in the Town of Tecumseh.

Kieran THIBODEAU, 24-years-old of Kingsville was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
  • Dangerous Operation

The accused was scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice – Windsor on December 12, 2025, to answer to the charges.

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated for both drivers as per statute.

Cocaine Bust – 8 Charged

(TYENDINAGA MOHAWK TERRITORY, ON) – Eight people are facing charges after a seizure of suspected cocaine and firearms in Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory.

The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) East Region Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) and Tyendinaga Police Service began an investigation earlier this fall.

On Friday, November 28, 2025, officers with CSCU, assisted by the OPP Tactics and Rescue Unit, the Emergency Response Team, Canine Units, OPP Crisis Negotiators the Provincial Liaison Team, Prince Edward County OPP Crime Unit and the Tyendinaga Police Service executed search warrants at two locations on Old Highway 2 and one on Huron Brant Drive.

Officers seized nearly 10 grams of suspected cocaine, multiple firearms and two sets of brass knuckles. They also seized items associated with drug trafficking and over $2400 in cash. A photo is attached.

Marcelo LOPES, age 25 of Bradford has been charged with:

  • Obstructing a peace officer
  • Possession of Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking
  • Possession of a prohibited device or ammunition for a dangerous purpose
  • Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime-under $5000

Nathan ROBINSON, age 42 of Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory has been charged with:

  • Careless storage of a firearm – three counts
  • Unauthorized possession of a firearm – three counts
  • Knowledge of unauthorized possession of a firearm – four counts
  • Possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm with ammunition

Robert ADDEO, age 18 of Newmarket, and Rodrigo ALMAS, age 22 of Toronto  have been charged with:

  • Possession of Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking
  • Possession of a prohibited device or ammunition for a dangerous purpose
  • Possession of an imitation weapon for a dangerous purpose
  • Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime-under $5000

Aaron BAPTISTE, age 47 of Deseronto has been charged with:

  • Possession of Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking
  • Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime-under $5000

Nicholas HAMILTON, age 24 of Edmonton, Alberta, Beverly MARACLE, age 62 of Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory and Tonya MARACLE, age 55 of Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory have each been charged with possession of Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking.

Beverly and Tonya MARACLE were released from custody with scheduled appearances before the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on December 22, 2025.

The other accused were held for bail hearings before the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville.

Cohen STORIE-HEIN Arrested After Multi-Vehicle Collision

(ADDINGTON HIGHLANDS, ON) – Lennox and Addington County members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged one person with impaired driving related charges recently.

On Saturday November 29, 2025, shortly after 3:00 p.m., L&A County OPP members were advised of a traffic complaint involving a vehicle travelling northbound on Highway 41 in Addington Highlands at a high rate of speed and driving erratically. Shortly afterwards, police received another call advising that the same vehicle had narrowly missed several pedestrians and struck two parked cars on Highway 41 in the community of Northbrook. Police attended, and the driver was arrested.

Cohen STORIE-HEIN, a 21-year-old from Arnprior, was charged with:

• Operation while impaired – alcohol

• Failure or refusal to comply with demand

• Dangerous operation

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Greater Napanee on December 16, 2025. Their driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days and their vehicle was impounded.

Samantha TESSIER & Riley STEAD – Drunk Driving

(BRACEBRIDGE, ON) – The Bracebridge Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged two more drivers with impaired driving.

On November 29, 2025, at 3:30 a.m. Bracebridge OPP officers were conducting proactive patrols in the town of Bracebridge and became concerned about the condition of a driver near Taylor Road. Officers commenced an investigation and subsequently arrested and charged 32-year-old Samantha TESSIER of Chelmsford, ON with Impaired Operation – Over 80. She will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on December 16, 2025 to answer to her charges.

On November 29, 2025, at 9:45 p.m. Bracebridge OPP officers were conducting a RIDE (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) program on Muskoka Road 169 at Southwood Road. After entering into an impaired driving investigation, police arrested and charged 40-year-old Riley STEAD of Gravenhurst, ON with Impaired Operation and Over 80. He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on December 30, 2025 to answer to his charges.

Benjamin DEANS – Drunk Driving

(MISSISSIPPI MILLS TWP, ON) – The Lanark County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a Drummond-North Elmsley resident with impaired driving.

Officers received a traffic complaint regarding poor driving on Saturday, November 29, 2025, just after 6:00 p.m. on Highway 7 in Mississippi Mills Township.

The driver was arrested and transported to the OPP Detachment in Perth for testing.

As a result of the investigation, Benjamin DEANS, 30-years-old, has been charged with:

·        Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).

·        Operation while impaired – alcohol

·        Dangerous operation

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Perth on Monday, January 5, 2026.

The individual’s driver’s licence has been suspended for 90 days (Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension), and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.

Cocaine Bust – Melissa McCLEMENT & Matthew O’BRIEN

(BLUEWATER, ON) – An investigation conducted by officers from the Huron-Perth Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Community Street Crimes Unit (CSCU) resulted in the seizure of illegal drugs, a vehicle, and offence-related property. Two Bluewater residents have been charged.

An investigation initiated by members of the Huron-Perth OPP CSCU led investigators to an address in the Municipality of Bluewater. Officers from the Huron County OPP detachment assisted with the investigation.

On Tuesday, November 25th, 2025, OPP officers conducted a traffic stop in the Municipality of Huron East which resulted in the arrest of two individuals, and the seizure of a quantity of suspected cocaine, Canadian currency, offence-related property, and vehicle they were driving.

On Wednesday, November 26th, 2025, a search warrant was executed on MacTavesh Street in the village of Bayfield, which resulted in the seizure of additional offence-related property and Canadian currency.

The total value of the illegal drugs seized is over $5000.

Offence-related property including weigh scales, a cellular phone, Canadian currency, and a 2025 model vehicle seized by police totalled $51,900.

Melissa McCLEMENT, 39 years-of-age from Bluewater has been charged with:

  • Possession of Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine.

The accused was processed and later released from custody with a court date scheduled at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on January 19th, 2026.

Matthew O’BRIEN, 44 years-of-age from Bluewater has been charged with:

  • Possession of Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine.

The accused was processed and later released from custody with a court date scheduled at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on January 19th, 2026.

REEVE Facing Numerous Drug & Weapon Charges

(COLLINGWOOD, ON) Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) from Collingwood and Huronia West Detachment, with assistance from Hunstville and Peterborough Detachments and York Regional Police executed four search warrants in Vaughan and Barrie following a drug trafficking investigation.

In early fall of 2025 the Collingwood OPP Community Street Crime Unit commenced an extensive drug trafficking investigation in the Town of Collingwood. Utilizing surveillance and investigative techniques the primary suspects were observed to be engaged in activities consistent with drug trafficking. As a result of this evidence four search warrants were obtained.

On November 25, 2025 the following individuals were arrested under the Criminal Code of Canada and the Controlled Drugs & Substances Act:

Nicole Quaresma (32 years-old) of Collingwood:

  • CDSA 5(2) Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
  • CDSA 5(2) Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Opioid (other than heroin)

Hudson Reeve (24 years-old) of Collingwood:

  • CDSA 5(2) Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
  • CDSA 5(2) Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Opioid (other than heroin)

Immediately following the arrests, investigators executed four separate search warrants in Vaughan and Barrie. Ultimately; 511.3 grams of suspected cocaine, 417.4 grams of suspected fentanyl, 80 grams of suspected oxycodone and three firearms were seized.

The accused were both held for a bail hearing.

Jimmy NADON Arrested Again, Facing Numerous Charges #3Strikes

(LONGLAC, ON) – A driver has been arrested for several Criminal Code offences after fleeing from police.

On November 28, 2025, at approximately 7:30 p.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Greenstone Detachment received a report of a stolen vehicle from a residence in Long Lake 58 First Nation. Greenstone OPP members located the vehicle traveling westbound on Highway 11.

Officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop, to which the vehicle did not stop and continued westbound. Officers attempted to block the vehicle at which time a police cruiser was hit and damaged. The vehicle continued and was later observed by police on Highway 11, near Geraldton. A spike belt was successfully deployed, and the lone occupant was subsequently arrested.

As a result, Jimmy NADON, age 20, of Longlac, has been charged with the following offences:

·      Possession Property Obtained by Crime – over $5,000

·      Theft of Motor Vehicle

·      Dangerous Operation

·      Operation While Prohibited Under the Criminal Code

·      Flight from Peace Officer

·      Mischief Under $5,000 – two counts

·      Fail to Comply with Probation Order – two counts

The accused was remanded into custody and set to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Thunder Bay on December 1st, 2025.

17 Year Old Pedestrian Killed #PurgeCouncil

(LONGLAC, ON) – Highway 11 between Hearst and Nipigon has reopened following an investigation into a fatal motor vehicle collision involving a transport truck and a pedestrian in Longlac.

On Friday, November 28, 2025, at approximately 9:30 p.m., Greenstone OPP and emergency services assisted by the North West Region Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement, Technical Collision Investigation and Reconstruction teams responded to reports of a collision on Highway 11 in Long Lake First Nation, west of Longlac.

As a result of the collision, a 17-year-old was pronounced deceased.

The highway reopened shortly before 5:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 29, 2025.

While the investigation remains ongoing, there has been no evidence obtained to date that would support charges.

Jacob PEART Was Arrested Again #3Strikes

(ELLIOT LAKE, ON) – Driver charged after stopped for speeding on Highway 108.

On November 28, 2025, at approximately 11:00 a.m., the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle for speeding. After speaking to the driver, police learned they were breaching a current Probation Order and had a suspended driver’s licence. 

Jacob PEART, 21-years-old, of Sudbury, was arrested and charged with:

• Breach of Probation Order

• Driving while under suspension

• Speeding 1 – 49 km/h over posted limit

• Fail to surrender insurance card

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Elliot Lake on January 19, 2026.

Heiko SCHMITZ – Cocaine Trafficking

(ELLIOT LAKE, ON) – The East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) charged three people after a traffic stop on Ontario Avenue in Elliot Lake.

On November 28, 2025, at approximately 12:00 p.m., police stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction. Once stopped, the passenger was observed with a grinder and cannabis in hand. All three occupants were subsequently arrested and the vehicle search resulted in approximately 132 grams of suspected cocaine, almost $3000 in cash, numerous cell phones and suspected cannabis.    

Heiko SCHMITZ, 54-years-old, of Elliot Lake was charged with:

  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine
  • Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5000

This accused person is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Elliot Lake on January 15, 2026.

Flamur LAMA, 25-years-old, of Hamilton was charged with:

  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine
  • Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5000
  • Drive motor vehicle with cannabis readily available
  • Fail to have insurance card

Quiara JOSEPH, 25-years-old, of Hamilton was charged with:

  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine
  • Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5000

These accused persons are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice Bail Court in Blind River on November 29, 2025.

39 Year Old From From North Perth Arrested – Details Released

(NORTH PERTH, ON) – One person has been charged following a traffic complaint in the Municipality of North Perth.

On November 22, 2025 shortly after 10:00 p.m. the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a traffic complaint involving a vehicle that was unable to maintain its lane while driving.

Police located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. The driver was subsequently arrested for impaired driving and transported to a local OPP detachment where he provided breath samples that were two times over the legal limit.

The driver, 39-year-old Chan Ortiz BALTAZAR of North Perth was charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

  • Operation While Impaired
  • Operation While Impaired – Blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on December 22, 2025. The accused is also facing a 90-day drivers licence suspension, 7-day motor vehicle impoundment as well as tow and impound fees.

Another Pedestrian Struck #PurgeCouncil

(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) – A pedestrian was transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries after being struck by a vehicle.

On November 27, 2025, at approximately 5:37 p.m., emergency services including members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and Middlesex-London Paramedic Service responded to a collision involving a vehicle and a pedestrian in the area of Medway Road and Clarke Road in the Municipality of Middlesex Centre.

The pedestrian was transported to local hospital with life-threatening injuries. The injury status was later downgraded to non-life threatening.

The driver of the vehicle was not injured.

Drunk Driving Arrest In South Huron – Name Released

(SOUTH HURON, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a London resident with impaired driving following a traffic stop on October 31, 2025, in the Town of Exeter, Municipality of South Huron. 

Just after 11:30 p.m. on Friday, October 31, 2025, Huron County OPP officers conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle on Main Street North in Exeter. The driver was subsequently arrested for impaired operation.

The accused provided breath samples before a qualified Intoxilyzer Breath Technician at the Huron County OPP detachment in Clinton. Breath samples provided to police resulted in readings over twice the legal limit.

Shawn BULLOCK, 44 years-of-age from London has been charged with:

–      Impaired Operation – Over 80.

The accused was additionally charged with offences found in the Highway Traffic Act (HTA), and Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act (CAIA).

The vehicle involved was towed and impounded for seven days, and the accused’ driver’s license was suspended for a period of 90 days.

The accused was processed and later released from custody with a court appearance scheduled at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on December 08, 2025.
