Timothy BELMORE Was Arrested

(ESSEX, ON) – On September 13, 2025, at approximately 11:12 p.m., members of the Essex Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) detachment received a report of a single motorcycle collision with two occupants on Fairview Avenue West in the Town of Essex.

Officers arrived on scene with Essex-Windsor Emergency Medical Services (EMS). Upon speaking to the driver, officers observed signs of impairment. The driver and passenger were transported to local hospital with minor injuries.

As a result of the investigation, Timothy BELMORE, 42-years-old, of Kingsville, was charged with:

•Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs

•Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus),

The accused is scheduled to appear on September 30, 2025, at the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor to answer to the charges.

The accused was issued a 90-day Administrative Drivers Licence Suspension and a 7-day vehicle impoundment as per statute.

Lucy DINUNZIO Was Arrested In Tiverton

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On September 14, 2025, at approximately 11:31 a.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a traffic complaint to a business address along King Street in Tiverton, after a vehicle was observed entering the parking lot and parking diagonally in a space. The driver was asked by staff to leave the premises to which they refused to do so.

Officers attended where they spoke with the driver and detected signs of impairment. The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the South Bruce OPP detachment for further testing.

Lucy DINUNZIO, 52-years-old, resident of Toronto, was charged with:

  • Operation while impaired – B.A.C. 80+, CC 320.14(1)(b)
  • Dangerous operation, CC 320.13(1)

The accused is set to appear at the Walkerton Ontario Court of Justice on October 22, 2025, to answer to the charge.

Business Invasion – Paul LENCA Arrested Again

(KINGSVILLE, ON) – On September 13, 2025, at approximately 5:30 a.m., members from the Kingsville Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) detachment responded to a report of a Break & Enter to a business in the 100 block of Division Street South in the Town of Kingsville.

Police attended the business and located an individual nearby.

As a result, Paul LENCA, 32-year-old male, from Kingsville, was arrested and charged with:

  • Break, Enter a place – commit indictable offence
  • Possession Break In Instruments
  • Fail to Comply with Probation Order

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor on October 30, 2025.

(BROCKTON, ON) – On September 14, 2025, at approximately 7:47 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a vehicle fire on B Line south of Highway 21, Municipality of Arran-Elderslie.

Investigation revealed that a blue pick-up truck was involved in a collision and became engulfed in flames. The occupant of the truck fled into the bush, them reemerged to steal another truck of a nearby resident who stopped to assist. The stolen vehicle was last observed travelling northbound at a high rate of speed by a shirtless male with possible burn wounds.

Police are searching for the following outstanding vehicle:

  • Black 2002 GMC Sierra bearing Ontario marker # CA25996 – bright silver hood, tonneau cover

Police Fear More Child Victims Of Gordon MATTISON #PervertAlert

(NEW TECUMSETH, ON)- The Nottawasaga Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Major Crime Unit has charged one individual in relation to two sexual assault investigations.

On Monday, September 1, 2025, police began an investigation into a report of a sexual assault that occurred in the community of Beeton, located the Town of New Tecumseth.

Shortly after, on Friday, September 5, 2025, a second investigation was initiated in relation to a reported historical sexual assault dating back to 2020, also occurring in the community of Beeton.

As a result of these investigations, Gordon MATTISON, 50-years-old, of Beeton, has been charged with the following offences:

  • Sexual Assault – Two counts
  • Sexual Interference – Two counts
  • Luring a Person Under 14 Years of Age by Means of Telecommunication – Two counts

The accused was arrested and subsequently released. He is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in early October. 

Investigators believe there may be additional victims and are committed to ensuring all individuals affected receive the support and justice they deserve. At the time of both incidents, the accused and the victims were members of the same residential community in Beeton. Wile MATHESON Facing Numerous Charges

(MISSISSAUGA FIRST NATION, ON)- East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) lays multiple charges including impaired operation.

On Friday, September 12, 2025, at approximately 10:30 p.m., members of the East Algoma OPP were conducting patrol duties in the community of Mississauga First Nation when they observed a southbound side-by-side traveling at a high rate of speed on Village Road.

Officers attempted a traffic stop; however, the vehicle failed to stop at a stop sign and continued at a high rate of speed before eventually pulling into a driveway in the 100 block of Village Road.

While speaking with the driver, officers determined that alcohol had been consumed. As a result, the individual was arrested and transported to Blind River detachment for further testing.

Wile MATHESON, 34-years-old from Mississauga First Nation, was charged with:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol
  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
  • Dangerous operation
  • Disobey stop sign – fail to stop
  • Driver fail to surrender licence
  • Fail to surrender permit for motor vehicle
  • Novice driver – B.A.C. above zero
  • Fail to wear proper helmet
  • Fail to surrender insurance card

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Elliot Lake on October 6, 2025.

The driver was issued a 90-day Administrative Drivers Licence Suspension, and the involved vehicle was impounded for seven days.

Meghan EDWARDS Facing Impaired Charge Following Hit & Run

NEW TECUMSETH, ON)- Members of the Nottawasaga Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged one individual with impaired driving following a fail to remain motor vehicle collision in Tottenham.

On September 12, 2025, shortly after 4:00 p.m., members of the Nottawasaga OPP responded to a fail to remain motor vehicle collision in the area of Mill Street East, Tottenham, where the driver had struck the rear of another vehicle, then fled on foot. Officers were able to quickly make contact with the driver who returned to the scene. During the interaction, grounds were formed that the driver’s ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol, leading to the driver’s arrest.  

As a result of the investigation, Meghan EDWARDS 50-years-old of Tottenham was charged with:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
  • Fail to remain

The accused is scheduled to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in Bradford on October 9, 2025, to answer to the charges.

17 Year Old From Howick Arrested

(HOWICK TWP, ON) – The Huron Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating an incident that took place on Friday, September 12, 2025.   

On September 12, 2025, just before 9:00 p.m., police were contacted to investigate threats made by an individual online. The threat involved a comment about conducting a high school shooting in Wellington County. Investigators were able to identify and locate the suspect who was arrested several hours later.

A 17-year-old young person from Howick Township has been charged with:

–      Uttering Threats to Cause Bodily Harm or Death.

The identity of the accused is protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

The accused was processed and later released from custody with a court appearance scheduled at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on October 2nd, 2025.

Fatal 2 Vehicle Collision

(DUFFERIN COUNTY) – Members of the Dufferin Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) along with Dufferin County EMS, and Fire Services attended a serious two vehicle collision in the Town of Mono.

On September 14, 2025, shortly after 3:00 a.m., officers responded to a serious two-vehicle collision on Highway 10 between Fourth Avenue and Broadway in the Town of Mono. The collision resulted in one fatality and one person sustaining minor injuries.

Sadly, as a result of the collision, a 75-year-old, male from the Township of Amaranth was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Tiffany COMMANDA – Drunk Driving

(WEST NIPISSING, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested and charged a driver with impaired driving, while investigating a motor vehicle collision.

On Saturday September 13, 2025, at approximately 3:55 a.m., members from the Nipissing West Detachment of the OPP, responded to a collision involving a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) and a moose on Highway 17, West Nipissing.

While the CMV was pulled over on the shoulder of the highway, another motor vehicle struck the deceased animal, causing the motor vehicle to roll over. The driver of the motor vehicle received minor injuries, which was treated by Emergency Medical Services.

As a result of the investigation, the driver of the motor vehicle was arrested for impaired driving and transported to the OPP detachment for further testing.

Tiffany COMMANDA, 43 years-of-age, from Nipissing First Nation, was charged with, operation while impaired – alcohol and operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on Thursday November 6, 2025, in North Bay.

The driver was issued a 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.

Arrest In A-C-W

(ASHFIELD-COLBORNE-WAWANOSH TWP, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a Chatham resident with criminal driving offences following an investigation in the Township of Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh on August 18th, 2025. 

Just before 11:00 p.m. on Monday, August 18, 2025, Huron County OPP officers responded to a disturbance at the Falls Reserve Conservation Area. Officers stopped a vehicle in the area and spoke with the driver. The driver was subsequently arrested for impaired operation and later refused to provide a breath sample as required by law. The accused was charged as follows:

Christopher DARBYSON, 34 years-of-age from Chatham has been charged with:

–      Failure or Refusal to Comply with Demand,

–      Operation while Impaired – Alcohol and Drug.

The vehicle involved was towed and impounded for seven days. The accused drivers licence was suspended for a period of 90 days.

The accused was processed and later released from custody with a court appearance scheduled at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on September 15th, 2025.

Alexander FOLLINGTON Was Arrested

(BRANT, ON) – On September 14, 2025, at approximately 11:53 p.m., members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a motor vehicle collision on Cockshutt Road in Brant County, Ontario.

During the police investigation Alexander FOLLINGTON, a 33-year-old male of Paris, was taken into custody and charged with the following offences:

  • Operation While Impaired – Alcohol and Drugs
  • Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on October 02, 2025.

(ADJALA-TOSORONTIO, ON)– Members of the Nottawasaga Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged one individual with impaired driving after being stopped at a R.I.D.E spot check in Adjala-Tosorontio Township

On September 14, 2025, shortly before 4:00 a.m., Nottawasaga OPP officers were conducting a R.I.D.E check spot on County Road 14 in Adjala-Tosorontio Township. The officer conducted a stop on a vehicle and during the interaction with the driver, grounds were formed that the driver’s ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol, leading to the driver’s arrest. 

As a result of the investigation, Sarah TOBIN 23-years-old of Orangeville was charged with:

  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused is scheduled to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in Bradford on October 16, 2025, to answer to the charges. The driver’s licence was also suspended for 90 days, and the vehicle impounded for seven.

Impaired Drivers Busted: Richard EGGLETON, Jason VIDITO, Alicia SMITH & Shirley SHIELDS

(QUINTE WEST, ON) – The Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has laid charges in four more impaired driving investigations.

On Thursday, September 11, 2025, at approximately 8:30 p.m., a traffic complaint on Highway 2 led to an investigation where an individual was arrested for being impaired. The driver was transported to the detachment for further testing.

Richard EGGLETON, age 52, from Quinte West, was charged with the following offences:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

On Thursday, September 11, 2025, at approximately 10:45 p.m., officers responded to another traffic complaint on Stockdale Road, resulting in the arrest of the driver for being impaired. The driver was transported to the detachment for further testing.

Jason VIDITO, age 45, from Prince Edward County, was charged with the following offences:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

On Thursday, September 11, 2025, at approximately 11:15 p.m., officers with the Quinte West OPP responded to a traffic complaint on 2nd Dug Hill Road leading to an investigation where an ASD was used, resulting in the arrest of the driver for being impaired. The driver was transported to the detachment for further testing.

Alicia SMITH, age 28, from Quinte West was charged with the following offences:

  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

On Friday, September 12, 2025, at approximately 7:45 p.m., officers with the Quinte West OPP responded to a traffic complaint on Glen Ross Road leading to an investigation where an ASD was used, resulting in the arrest of the driver for being impaired. The driver was transported to the detachment for further testing.

Shirley SHIELDS, age 63, from Quinte West, was charged with the following offences:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
  • Operation while impaired – combined blood alcohol and blood drug concentration (80 plus)
  • Having care or control of a motor vehicle with liquor readily available

All the accused were released from custody and are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on a later date. Additionally, the vehicles they were operating were impounded for seven days, and their licences suspended for 90 days.

Remo SOOKOO Was Arrested

(PRINCE EDWARD COUNTY, ON) – A driver has been charged criminally after a traffic stop in Prince Edward County.

On Saturday, September 13, 2025, around 2:00 a.m. officers with the Prince Edward County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop in Consecon. When speaking to the driver, officers suspected that the individual was under the influence of alcohol. As a result of the investigation, the driver was arrested and transported back to detachment.

Remo SOOKOO, age 35 of Toronto, has been charged with:

  • Failure or refusal comply with a demand
  • Operate motor vehicle without insurance
  • Drive motor vehicle with open container of alcohol

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Picton on October 08, 2025.

Their driver’s licence has been suspended for 90 days, and their vehicle was impounded for seven days.
