(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On June 28th, 2014 at approximately 9:40 p.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a report that a possible drunk driver was attempting to leave Beach Area #1 of the Wasaga Beach Ontario Parks.
OPP located and stopped this vehicle on Beach Drive and determined that the driver of this motor vehicle was operating it while under the influence of alcohol.
Charged with “Exceed 80 mgs†is Michael WIECZOREK 26 years old from Guelph, Ontario. First appearance is July 22nd, 2014 in Collingwood court.
