18 Year Old Female Wanted in Attempt Murder Investigation

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a suspect wanted in an Attempt Murder investigation.

On Friday, August 8, 2025, at approximately 1 a.m., police responded to a call for a Stabbing in the Queen Street West and Bathurst Street area.

It is alleged that:

  • after a physical altercation, the female suspect followed the victim and then stabbed the victim
  • the second victim attempted to intervene and was assaulted by the suspect
  • the suspect then fled the area on foot prior to police arrival
  • both victims sustained non-life-threatening injuries

Through investigation, officers were able to identify the suspect.

Bruna Fernandes Martins, 18, of Toronto, is wanted for:

  1. Attempt Murder
  2. Aggravated Assault
  3. Assault with a Weapon
  4. Possess Weapons Dangerous
  5. two counts of Fail to Comply with Conditions

She is described as 5’6″, with a thin build, and long wavy dark brown hair. She was last seen wearing a light-yellow crop top, white sweatpants, and white flip flops.

WANTED For Kidnapping & Death – Call 911 Immediately If Seen

(GUELPH, ON) – Police are seeking a wanted individual in connection with the kidnapping and death of a male in the City of Guelph, where three others have already been arrested.

On Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at approximately 6:00 p.m., members of the Wellington County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a collision involving two vehicles on the Hanlon Parkway Southbound, north of Stone Road. A 40-year-old male from Cambridge with life-threatening injuries was located on scene upon police arrival. The individual was transported to hospital by ambulance, where he was later pronounced deceased.

Upon further investigation, police learned that earlier in the day, the victim had been abducted from a residence on Fife Road by five suspects who fled in two vehicles. Investigators believe, while traveling southbound on the Hanlon Parkway, the victim was outside the first vehicle, a Toyota Venza SUV, when he was struck by the second vehicle, a Dodge RAM pickup truck, that was following closely behind. 

The OPP Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB) has obtained an arrest warrant for Ian BROWN, age 51 of Guelph (photos attached). He was last seen in the downtown Guelph area. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts should contact authorities immediately. Do not approach if spotted.

As a result of the investigation, three individuals were arrested and charged with Criminal Code offences. Their names, dates of arrest, locations, charges and next scheduled court dates are available in the attached addendum. As one of the individuals is a youth, the OPP is not in a position to release their name, in compliance with requirements under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

While this remains an isolated incident, the OPP reminds all members of the public to remain vigilant and contact police if they observe anything suspicious.

The investigation by the Wellington County OPP Crime Unit remains ongoing, under the direction of the OPP CIB, in conjunction with the Office of the Chief Coroner and the Ontario Forensic Pathology Service. Support was also provided by the Guelph Police Service.

Aggravated Assault – Repeat Offender Samuel KOCH Wanted By Police

(CENTRE HASTINGS TWP., ON) – An arrest warrant has been issued in connection with a serious assault in Centre Hastings.

On Monday, April 14, 2025, just before 7:00 p.m., officers with the Central Hastings Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to an assault on Wellington Street.

When they arrived at the scene, officers located a seriously injured male who was transported to hospital by Hastings-Quinte Paramedics. A second male was also transported to hospital as a precaution. A third person reported that the male had earlier taken their phone while brandishing a knife.

The attacker had fled the scene prior to the arrival of police.

As a result of the investigation, an arrest warrant has been issued for Samuel KOCH, age 44 of Centre Hastings, for charges of:

  • Aggravated assault
  • Uttering threats to cause death of bodily harm – two counts
  • Theft
  • Failing to comply with a probation order

KOCH is described as:

  • 185 cm (6’1″) tall
  • Thin build
  • Brown hair and brown eyes

Kyanoush REZAEI Wanted By Police – Do Not Approach, Call 911 Immediately

(Ottawa) — The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP)-led Provincial Weapons Enforcement Unit (PWEU) is advising that a Bench Warrant has been issued for the arrest of Kyanoush REZAEI, 33, of Ottawa. REZAEI cut off his ankle monitor and failed to appear for sentencing. He is on recent release awaiting sentencing for firearms trafficking across the Canada/United States border in 2022 and other related charges.

As a condition of his release, REZAEI is required to wear an ankle monitor. On Monday, March 3rd, he removed the monitor and discarded it along Highway 417 near Thunder Road. Police believe he may have travelled to the Greater Toronto Area, Montreal, Cornwall, Akwesasne, or possibly attempted to enter the United States. 

REZAEI may be travelling in a black 2020 Land Rover Range Rover with an Ontario licence plate. He is also associated with a white 2024-2025 Lincoln Nautilus with an unknown licence plate.

REZAEI is described as a Middle Eastern man, 5’9”, approximately 215 lbs, with long wavy dark hair.

Police believe REZAEI has access to firearms and should be considered armed and dangerous.

Wanted By Police: Austin Ryall

The Windsor Police Service has issued an arrest warrant for a 25-year-old man following a stabbing downtown.  

Shortly before 1 a.m. on March 1, 2025, police responded to a report of a stabbing in the 500 block of Ouellette Avenue. Officers arrived on scene and located a 22-year-old male suffering from stab wounds. The victim was transported to hospital, where he remains in stable condition.  

Investigators determined that a verbal altercation between the victim and the suspect began inside a nightclub. The dispute escalated into a physical confrontation, during which the suspect produced a knife and stabbed the victim before fleeing the scene.  

Investigators have since identified the suspect as Austin Ryall and issued a warrant for his arrest on charges of aggravated assault and assault with a weapon.  

Ryall is described as a white male, approximately 5’10” tall, with a large build, brown hair, blue eyes, and a light complexion.

Murder: Samuel LAURIN-GAUVREAU Wanted By Police

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service Homicide Unit has charged two adults in the February 15th stabbing death of 25-year-old Omar Jonathan Grant of Ottawa.

25-year-old Jacob BLANCHARD appeared in court today and was remanded into custody. 

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of 19-year-old Samuel LAURIN-GAUVREAU of Ottawa for charges of second-degree murder and assault with a weapon.

Michael MILLS Wanted By Police For Murder

An arrest warrant for second-degree murder has been issued following the 11th homicide of 2024.

On Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at approximately 2:00 p.m., members of East Division responded to reports of an armed person at 1040 Cedar Street in Oshawa.  Officers arrived on scene and located a male shot inside the building, he was pronounced deceased on scene.

The victim has been identified as 29-year-old Dennis Binda of Oshawa.

On Monday, January 6, 2025, an arrest warrant was issued for Michael MILLS, age 44, for the charge of Second-Degree Murder.

Suspect Sought in Assault Cause Bodily Harm Investigation

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance identifying a suspect in an Assault Cause Bodily Harm investigation.

On Saturday, December 21, 2024, at 11:53 p.m., police responded to a call for an Assault at the Kennedy Subway Station area.

It is reported that:

  • a man followed the victim into a bathroom stall
  • the victim confronted the man 
  • the man assaulted the victim
  • the victim was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries

The man is described as 6’0″ tall, with a medium build, short brown hair and clean shaven. He was wearing a gray sweater, black jacket and black jeans.

Meagan Coote Wanted in an Aggravated Assault Investigation

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a woman wanted in an Aggravated Assault investigation. 

On Friday, December 27, 2024, at approximately 3:36 a.m., police responded to a call for a Stabbing in the Queen Street West and Beaty Avenue area.

It is alleged that:

  • the suspect broke into a residential apartment unit
  • the suspect was armed with a weapon, and stabbed the victim multiple times
  • the victim was transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries
  • the suspect left on foot in an unknown direction of travel

Meagan Coote, 43, of no fixed address is wanted for:

  1. Break and Enter
  2. two counts of Assault with a Weapon
  3. Aggravated Assault
  4. Disobey Lawful Order of Court

She is described as 5’6”, with a medium build, has dirty blonde hair, and light coloured eyes. She was last seen wearing a tan coloured jacket and a light brown knitted scarf.

Pyjama Pants Escapes Police Custody

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance identifying a suspect wanted in an assault investigation.

On Sunday, December 15, 2024, at approximately 5:55 p.m., police responded to a call for a Person  with a Knife in the York Mills Road and Yonge Street area.

It is reported that:

  • the suspect and victim got into a dispute after exiting the subway station on Yonge Street
  • the suspect assaulted the victim
  • officers attended and investigated both parties
  • the suspect fled police custody after being arrested 

The suspect is described as approximately 20-years old, with black curly hair.  He was last seen wearing a black puffy jacket with a white “North Face” logo on the rear right shoulder, red hoodie, black neck warmer, black and white checkered pyjama pants, and white sneakers.

Investigators are asking for anyone that witnessed the incident or has in car camera footage to please contact police.

Do You Recognize These Suspects

LONDON, ON (December 19, 2024) – Members of the London Police Service Street Crime Unit are seeking the public’s assistance as the result of an ongoing investigation.

At approximately 10:10 a.m., on Sunday, December 8, 2024, an employee of a business called police to report property damage and theft of property from a business in the 400-block of Pond Mills Road.

Video surveillance was reviewed, and officers learned that two male suspects damaged and stole property from the business shortly after 4 a.m. that morning.

The suspects have not yet been identified, and the investigation had been reassigned to the LPS Street Crime Unit.

Investigators are appealing to the public for assistance in identifying the suspects and asking anyone who may have been in the area between 3:30 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. on December 8, 2024, with dashcam footage, residential or business video surveillance that may assist with the investigation to contact the London Police Service.

The property damage is estimated to be approximately $22, 000.

The investigation remains ongoing.

Wanted: Assault With Weapon

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance identifying a man wanted in an Assault with a Weapon investigation.

On Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., police responded to a Call for a Person with a Knife on board a TTC bus near Victoria Park Station.

It is reported that:

  • a man approached the victim on the TTC bus
  • the man pulled out a knife and threatened the victim in an attempt to rob them
  • the man was unable to obtain anything from the victim
  • the victim exited the bus
  • the man fled in an unknown direction

The man is described as 30-40 years old, 5’10” tall, 165 lbs., with brown hair. He was wearing a black toque, brown jacket, gray sweater, black shirt, blue jeans and carrying a black backpack.

Bryan Devereaux Wanted By Police – Licence Plate DARP182

Region of Peel – Investigators from the 11 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau seek assistance from the public to locate a man involved in a physical altercation with a female.

On December 17, 2024, at 11:47 a.m. police received a report of an altercation between a man and a woman in the area of Mississauga Road and Meadowvale Boulevard in Mississauga.

During the incident, the man was reportedly seen striking the female and forcing her into a vehicle before leaving the area.

The vehicle is a 2006 Acura MDX SUV, black in colour bearing Ontario licence plate DARP182. The vehicle has a gold Acura emblem and front end damage.

Police attempted to intercept the vehicle however the driver did not stop and managed to evade police.

The driver has been identified as 48-year-old Bryan Devereaux of Kitchener.  He is described white, 5’7”, slim build.  He was last seen wearing a grey hoodie, black rimmed glasses with yellow tint.

The unknown female is described as early 30s, 5’4”, medium build. Last seen wearing a full length parka.

Bryan is encouraged to seek legal counsel and turn himself in to police.

If Bryan or the vehicle is seen, police are asking members of the public not to approach but to call 9-1-1 immediately.

Do You Recognize These Theft Suspects

On December 11th, 2024 the Sarnia Police Service was contacted by a retailer on Quinn Drive in relation to a robbery which had occured within the store.  Two males entered the store and loaded a shopping cart with power tools and proceeded to leave the store.

While leaving the store, one of the males brandished a hatchet (which was stolen from within the store) in a threatening manner when confronted by store security.

Suspect #1 is described as south Asain/middle eastern decent. Approximately 40 years old. 6 foot tall with an average build.  He has black hair and full beard.  He is wearing a black hat, black coat with hood and black Adidas pants with white stripes and white running shoes.  Suspect #1 is the individual brandishing a small hatchet.

Suspect #2 is described as south Asian/middle eastern decent .  Approximately 30-40 years old.  6 foot tall with an average build.  He has black hair and a black goatee with facial stubble. He is wearing a black hoodie, grey cargo pants and a brown ball cap.  He has white air pod headphones in his ears.  Suspect #2 is pushing the shopping cart of merchandise behind suspect #1 as they exit.

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance with identifying a man wanted in a Robbery investigation.

On Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at approximately 11:30 p.m., police responded to a call for a Robbery in the Dawes Road and Victoria Park Avenue area.

It is alleged that:

  • two male suspects forced entry into an apartment
  • once inside, the suspects made a demand for personal property 
  • the two suspects then assaulted two victims inside the unit
  • the suspects fled the apartment 
  • the two victims sustained minor injuries 

On Saturday, December 14, 2024, Masoud Ebrahimi, 32, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:

  1. Break and Enter
  2. Robbery with Violence
  3. two counts Utter Threats Cause Death
  4. Forcible Confinement
  5. Assault
  6. Assault – Choking
  7. Fail to Comply Release Order

He is scheduled to appear in court at the Toronto Regional Bail Centre, 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Monday, December 16, 2024, at 10 a.m., in room 403.

The outstanding suspect is described as male, 5’6″, 40-50 years old, thin build with short hair and unshaven.
