Daycare Pervert Alert – Daniel MORASH Facing More Charges #SaveOurChildren

(NORTH GRENVILLE ON) – Additional charges have now been laid against an individual arrested in connection with an act of voyeurism at a North Grenville daycare.

On August 20, 2025, Grenville County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report that a recording device had been located at a daycare.

An arrest was made on Friday, August 29, 2025.

As a result of the ongoing investigation by the Grenville OPP Crime Unit, a search warrant was executed, leading to the seizure of hundreds of inappropriate video clips of adults, as well as children.

Daniel MORASH, age 27 of Embrun, has now been charged with:

  • Possession of child pornography
  • Access child pornography
  • Mischief – obstructs, interrupts or interferes in the use of property

These are in addition to the earlier charge of voyeurism.

The accused was released from custody on strict conditions following a bail hearing and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brockville on October 3, 2025.

As part of the investigation, officers are working to identify victims seen in the video clips.

Luring Child & Child Porn : Quentin Darwin WYNNE #PervertAlert

(Kashechewan, ON) – Police arrested a suspect Wednesday in connection with an ongoing investigation into possession of child pornography and luring.

Members of the Nishnawbe Aski Police Service working out of the Kashechewan First Nation detachment learned of a complaint on Aug. 9 about a suspect possibly involved in the luring of minors and possession of child exploitation materials.

Police began an investigation into the complaints. The ongoing investigation included members of the NAPS Crime Unit.

As a result of continued investigation, an adult male suspect was identified.

In the morning hours of Wednesday, Aug. 20, police executed a search warrant at a residential address in the zero-to-100 block of Amisk Street in Kashechewan First Nation.

During the search, a male suspect was located and arrested without incident.

A number of electronic devices were seized following the search.

Quentin Darwin WYNNE, 28, of Kashechewan First Nation, is charged with:

  • Possession of Child Pornography
  • Luring a Person Under 16 by Means of Telecommunication

The accused appeared for a bail hearing on Wednesday, Aug. 20 and was released with conditions and a future appearance date.

The investigation remains ongoing.

25 Year Old Arrested After Showing Erect Penis To 15 Year Old #PervertAlert

A Guelph man has been arrested after a teenaged employee of a south-end business was shown a pornographic image by an adult customer.

On August 1, a 15-year-old girl was working at the business when an adult male came in and started asking her about condoms and other products. The girl was uncomfortable with the male’s questions and her father, who works in the same business, intervened to deal with the customer.

While the father’s back was turned, the customer turned his phone toward the girl and showed her a photo of an erect penis. He then followed her and attempted to speak to her.

A 25-year-old Guelph man has been arrested for making sexually explicit material available to a child and criminal harassment. He will appear in court September 23.

John LAFLEUR Arrested Following Indecent Act #PervertAlert

(ESPANOLA, ON) – The Manitoulin Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged one individual following a report of an indecent act.

On Saturday, August 9, 2025, at approximately 4:00 p.m., members of the Manitoulin OPP responded to a report of a person committing an indecent act at a park and beach area in the Sables-Spanish Rivers Township, where children and families were present. Police initiated an investigation and subsequently arrested the individual.

As a result, John LAFLEUR, 73-years-old from Sudbury, was charged with indecent act – public place.

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Espanola on September 8, 2025.

Justin AUMOND – Indecent Exhibition #PervertAlert

(TEMISKMAMING SHORES, ON) – A call to police reporting a person committing an indecent act leads to their arrest in Temiskaming Shores.

On Sunday, August 3, 2025, at approximately 2:15 p.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a suspicious male in a vehicle near the community recreation area. The area was active at the time, with numerous children and families present.

As a result of the investigation, Justin AUMOND, 41 years-of-age of Notre Dame du Nord, Quebec, was arrested and charged with, indecent exhibition.

The accused was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Haileybury, on Tuesday August 26, 2025.

Connor LACOURSE – Luring Child #PervertAlert

(HAWKESBURY, ON) – An Ajax resident is facing multiple charges after a child-luring investigation in the Hawkesbury area.

On Monday, June 23, 2025, officers with the Hawkesbury Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of inappropriate content being sent to a teenaged girl online.

Members of the Hawkesbury OPP Crime Unit began an investigation.

On Wednesday, July 30, 2025, members of the Hawkesbury OPP Crime Unit, assisted by local OPP officers and members of the Durham Regional Police Service, traveled to Ajax where they executed a search warrant and made an arrest.

Connor LACOURSE, age 28 of Ajax, has been charged with:

  • Luring a person under 16 by means of telecommunication
  • Invitation to sexual touching under 16 years of age
  • Possession of child pornography
  • Transmit sexually explicit material to a person under 16

The accused was released on conditions following a bail hearing and is scheduled to appear by video before the Ontario Court of Justice in L’Orignal on August 27, 2025.

Pervert Alert – Sam PORGHAVAMI, Child Pornography, Etc.

(OTTAWA, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Child Sexual Exploitation Unit (CSEU), with the assistance of the OPP Digital Forensics Unit and the Ottawa Police Service, has arrested and charged an Ottawa resident following an online child sexual exploitation investigation.

On Wednesday, July 9, 2025, police executed a search warrant at a residence in the City of Ottawa and seized a quantity of electronic devices.

As a result of the investigation, Sam PORGHAVAMI, 38 years of age from Ottawa, was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

·        Make arrangement to commit a sexual offence against a person under 16 years of age, section 172.2(1) – two counts

·        Make child pornography, section 163.1(2)

The accused was released from custody following a bail hearing and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Ottawa on Friday, July 25, 2025.

Pervert Alert – Peter ASSELSTINE Arrested – Details Released

(PERTH, ON) – The Lanark County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged one person after a complaint of indecent acts in the Town of Perth.

On Monday June 9, 2025, police responded to an apartment building in Perth for a report of a suspicious person exposing themself in the hallway. Surveillance video shows that, since May, a man had been repeatedly performing indecent acts while standing in the hall.

As a result of the investigation, Peter ASSELSTINE, 56 years-of-age, of the Town of Perth, has been charged with:

·        Criminal harassment – three counts

·        Indecent act in public place – two counts

The individual was held custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Perth on Tuesday, June 10, 2025.

36 Arrested In Child Porn Bust – One From Hensall

(ORILLIA, ON) – Thirty-six people have been arrested and charged with a combined total of 128 criminal offences during a proactive child sexual exploitation investigation.

Twenty-one police services from the Provincial Strategy to Protect Children from Sexual Abuse and Exploitation on the Internet (Provincial Internet Child Exploitation Strategy) took part in the luring investigation from March 31 to April 11, 2025. Investigators utilized undercover techniques to access online chatrooms and social media applications in order to identify, locate and arrest persons looking to sexually exploit children.

Project highlights include:

  • All of the accused are male, with ages ranging from 18 to 73.
  • Although this was a luring investigation in which officers posed as children online and waited for offenders to make contact, nine real victims were identified. They have been provided support and are safe.
  • One of the accused arrived at the meeting location with snacks and one arrived with sexual paraphernalia (lubricant and condoms)
  • One of the arrested was listed on the National Sex Offender Registry.
  • 51 ongoing investigations remain.

Do You Recognize This Masturbator #PervertAlert

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is requesting the public’s assistance with identifying a male who on two separate occasions masturbated in the presence of females while onboard a GO Train.

The suspect (pictured below) is described as a black male with a large to medium build, and approximately 6’2″ – 6’4″ tall.

The first incident took place on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at approximately 9:30 P.M. While onboard the Lakeshore West GO Train travelling from Toronto Union Station to Hamilton West Harbour (train 1733, coach 2317), the suspect continuously masturbated over his shorts while staring at a female passenger. He was wearing a blue V-neck t-shirt, grey jacket, dark shorts, black crocs, and a beige baseball cap with a logo on it. 

The second incident took place on Saturday May 10, 2025 at approximately 11:15 P.M. While onboard the Lakeshore West GO Train travelling from Toronto Union Station to Aldershot GO (train 1739, coach 2227), the suspect exposed his genitals to a female passenger and masturbated in her presence. He was wearing a black t-shirt, shorts, black crocs, a beige baseball cap, and headphones.

Neither of the females sustained any physical injuries.

Exposing Himself To Child Ends With Arrest For Norman HOPCRAFT #PervertAlert

(SOUTH RIVER, ON) – Almaguin Highlands Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrest one person after reports of individual exposing himself to youth.

On Monday, October 28, 2024, at approximately 3:30 p.m., the Almaguin Highlands OPP responded to a complaint of an individual exposing themself to children as they were walking home from school. 

Through investigation, the individual was identified and arrested.

As a result, Norman HOPCRAFT, 63 years-of-age of South River was charged with:

  • Nudity and indecent exposure
  • Indecent act
  • Indecent exposure to a person under 16 years of age

The accused was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on Thursday, June 12, 2025, in Sundridge.

Pervert Alert: Jonathan SCHOLL – Child Pornograpy

(ALMAGUIN HIGHLANDS, ON) -Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have arrested and charged an Almaguin Highlands resident following an investigation into sexual abuse material. 

On Tuesday May 6, 2025, a search warrant was executed by the OPP Child Sexual Exploitation Unit, with the assistance of the Almaguin Highlands OPP Detachment and the Digital Forensics Unit.

As a result of the investigation, Jonathan SCHOLL, 26 years of age, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of child pornography, contrary to section 163.1(4) of the Criminal Code.

The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Sundridge, Ontario on Thursday, June 12, 2025.

Pervert Alert: Noah VAILLANCOURT Arrested For Child Pornography

(COCHRANE, ON) – A local resident is facing child pornography charges following an investigation by the James Bay Ontario Provincial Police (OPP).

On Wednesday, August 7, 2024, the James Bay OPP Crime Unit executed a search warrant at a residence on Shelby Avenue in Cochrane. During the search, officers seized three electronic devices for examination. The investigation was supported by members of the OPP’s Digital Forensics Unit and the Child Sexual Exploitation Unit.

As a result, on Thursday April 10, 2025, Noah VAILLANCOURT, 25 years-of-age of Cochrane, was arrested and charged with possession of child pornography.

The accused was released from a bail hearing and is scheduled to next appear for before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cochrane on May 29, 2025.

The OPP is committed to identifying and holding accountable those who exploit children through the possession, distribution, or creation of child sexual abuse material.

Pervert Alert: Mitchell KOOPMANS Arrested For Luring Children

(SPRINGWATER TOWNSHIP, ON) – Members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have arrested and charged one individual with multiple serious offences in Springwater Township following suspicious person investigation.

On April 16 and 17, 2025, Huronia West OPP officers responded to a suspicious person call from several residents in Hillsdale, Ontario, after a man was observed leaving notes at a park on Davenport Drive and the surrounding areas. Officers commenced an investigation and identified several locations with similar evidence.

The Huronia West OPP Crime Unit, with the support of the OPP Child Sexual Exploitation Unit (CSEU), and OPP Repeat Offender and Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Unit commenced a multi-day investigation leading to the identity of a local man.

On April 23, 2025, as a result of the investigation, police arrested and charged Mitchell KOOPMANS, 34, of Hillsdale, with the following offences:

  • Make Sexually Explicit Material available to a Person Under 16 yrs of age – two counts
  • Luring a Person Under 16 years of age by means of Telecommunication – two counts
  • Invitation to Sexual Touching under 16 years of age
  • Unauthorized Possession of Weapon

The accused remains in custody and will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Barrie on April 24, 2025, to answer to the charges.

The Huronia West OPP would like to advise the community that there is no threat to public safety and believe that this individual acted alone.

Pervert Alert – Brandon ADAMS: Child Pornography

(TAY VALLEY TWP, ON) – The Lanark County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has laid a charge following a child exploitation investigation.

Lanark County OPP officers began an investigation in June of 2024, involving a suspect accessing child pornography.

Lanark County OPP, with assistance from the Lanark County Crime Unit and the Child Sexual Exploitation Unit, executed a search warrant at a residence and devices were seized. They were found to contain images of child pornography.

Brandon ADAMS, 37-years-old, was arrested on Wednesday, April 16,2025 and charged with accessing child pornography.

The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing before the Ontario Court of Justice in Perth on April 16, 2025.
