Luring Child & Child Porn : Quentin Darwin WYNNE #PervertAlert

(Kashechewan, ON) – Police arrested a suspect Wednesday in connection with an ongoing investigation into possession of child pornography and luring.

Members of the Nishnawbe Aski Police Service working out of the Kashechewan First Nation detachment learned of a complaint on Aug. 9 about a suspect possibly involved in the luring of minors and possession of child exploitation materials.

Police began an investigation into the complaints. The ongoing investigation included members of the NAPS Crime Unit.

As a result of continued investigation, an adult male suspect was identified.

In the morning hours of Wednesday, Aug. 20, police executed a search warrant at a residential address in the zero-to-100 block of Amisk Street in Kashechewan First Nation.

During the search, a male suspect was located and arrested without incident.

A number of electronic devices were seized following the search.

Quentin Darwin WYNNE, 28, of Kashechewan First Nation, is charged with:

  • Possession of Child Pornography
  • Luring a Person Under 16 by Means of Telecommunication

The accused appeared for a bail hearing on Wednesday, Aug. 20 and was released with conditions and a future appearance date.

The investigation remains ongoing.

Pervert Alert, Joshua NOBLE-MURRAY: Luring Children, Child Porn, Etc.

(NORTHUMBERLAND, ON) – The Northumberland Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a number of incidents and effected arrests over the past week.

On January 28, 2025, members of Northumberland OPP received information that a minor had been communicating with an adult and that explicit communications had been exchanged.

The Northumberland Crime Unit were engaged to assist with the investigation and on February 21, 2025, officers attended an address in Wasaga Beach and arrested one male party.

As a result of this investigation, Joshua NOBLE-MURRAY, 26-years-old, from Wasaga Beach, has been charged with:

–      Make sexually explicit material available to a person under 14 years of age

–      Agreement to commit a sexual offence against a person under 14 years of age

–      Luring a person under 14 years of age by means of telecommunication

–      Possession of child pornography

–      Indecent exposure to a person under 16 years of age.

The accused was held for bail before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cobourg.

On February 20, 2025, at approximately 3:15 p.m., police received a complaint regarding someone who appeared to be distress and not dressed for the weather on McClelland Road South in the Township of Hamilton.

Officers arrived and following speaking to both parties who were present, it transpired that neither were meant to be in the company of the other as a result of a previous incident.

A 58-year-old male and a 44-year-old female, were both arrested and charged with:

–      Failure to comply with undertaking

They are due to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cobourg at a future date.

On February 21, 2025, shortly after 9:30 a.m., officers received a complaint regarding an individual who had been trespassed from a commercial property on Grand Road in the Municipality of Trent Hills.

OPP arrived and following refusal to leave despite being directed by police, a 40-year-old male of no fixed address was arrested and charged with:

–      Fail to leave premises when directed.

The individual is due to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice at a future date.

On February 23, 2025, at around 6:15 a.m., OPP responded to a report of a collision involving a snow plow truck and a passenger vehicle on Highway 401 westbound in the Municipality of Port Hope. Emergency Medical Services were also dispatched to the incident where the passenger vehicle sustained heavy damage.

A 23-year-old male driver from Port Hope was transported to a local hospital with non-serious injuries where he was later charged with:

–      Unsafe move – lane or shoulder.

This highlights the dangers of following too closely in winter conditions. Snowplows and emergency service vehicles are on the highway to keep the public safe, whether by clearing snow and ice or responding to collisions and emergencies. Incidents like this not only put workers at risk but also take essential vehicles out of service, delaying road maintenance and emergency response. Drivers are reminded to slow down, give snowplows plenty of space, and exercise patience to ensure everyone gets home safely.

Pervert Alert: Kevin LESSARD Child Porn

(HAWKESBURY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Hawkesbury Detachment has charged a Hawkesbury resident following a child sexual exploitation investigation.

The investigation, supported by the Child Sexual Exploitation Unit (CSEU), resulted in a search warrant executed at a residence, and electronic devices were seized.

Kevin LESSARD, 33 years of age, was arrested and charged with possession of child pornography.

The accused was released after a bail hearing and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in L’Orignal on March 26, 2025.

The OPP will continue to aggressively identify and pursue individuals who use technology to exploit children. Parents are reminded to take a proactive approach to help protect their children from online sexual exploitation by speaking with their children about internet safety. Pervert Alert: Sajan DHONSI Arrested For Child Porn, Sexual Assault, etc.

A male is in custody after secretly taking intimate images and sexually assaulting a female in Whitby.

Between Monday, October 2, and Tuesday, October 3, 2023, the suspect secretly recorded intimate images and sexually assaulted the victim while she was asleep.  These images, including historic intimate images of the victim, were shared without her consent.  Further images of other victims that were underage were also posted on various social media platforms without their consent.

On Thursday, March 21, 2024, members of the Central West Division Criminal Investigations Branch, with the assistance of Central West Division frontline officers and the E-Crimes Unit, executed a search warrant at the suspect’s residence in Whitby.  The suspect was located and taken into custody without incident.  Numerous electronics were seized from the residence.

Sajan DHONSI, age 21 from Whitby is charged with numerous offences including: Sexual Assault, Secretly Observe/Record Person for Sexual Purpose, Publish Intimate Images Without Consent x2, and Possess Child Pornography.

He was held for a bail hearing.

Pervert Alert – Eric CYR – Child Pornography

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service Internet Child Exploitation Unit (ICE) arrested and changed an Ottawa man following a joint investigation with the Northern Alberta Internet Child Exploitation Unit (NAICE).

On March 19th, the Ottawa Police received information from NAICE regarding an Ottawa man making attempts to lure an underaged person that lives in Alberta. Yesterday, with the assistance of multiple OPS sections including, the Surveillance Unit, the South Neighbourhood Resource Team and Frontline Patrol officers, the man was arrested.

Eric CYR, 48-years-old, of Ottawa, was charged with the following:

–          Telecommunication with a person under the age of 18 for a specific criminal offence x3;

–          Making sexually explicit material available to a child;

–          Making child pornography;

–          Unlawfully possessing child pornography

He is scheduled to appear in court today.
