Michael Shane HEARN – Drunk Driving

(TOWN OF ERIN, ON) -On February 16, 2025, at approximately 5:30 p.m. officers from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Wellington County Detachment were dispatched to a report of a motor vehicle stuck in a snowbank on Thompson Crescent, in the Town of Erin.

As a result of the investigation, Michael Shane HEARN, 49-years-old of Erin, was charged with:

  • Operation while impaired – blood concentration 80 plus contrary to the Criminal Code

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice – Guelph, on February 25, 2025.
