Harlyn TUESDAY Arrested With Teen Gang #PervertAlert

FORT FRANCES, ON) – The Rainy River District Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged three individuals – including two youths – with aggravated assault.  

On Sunday September 28, 2025, members of the Fort Frances Detachment of the OPP responded to a report of an assault on one person by multiple individuals.

Following further investigation into the incident, the following charges were laid:

Harlyn TUESDAY, age 31, of Fort Frances was charged with

·      Aggravated assault

A 17-year-old from Fort Frances has been charged with

·      Aggravated assault

A 16-year-old from Fort Frances has been charged with

·      Aggravated assault

The individuals accused were released and are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Fort Frances at a later date.

23 Year Old Airlifted To Hospital – Brody MITTON Arrested!

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – An individual is facing charges following an impaired driving investigation on the outskirts of Courtland.

On Friday, October 17, 2025, at approximately 1:01 a.m., members of the Norfolk County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), along with the Norfolk County Fire Department and Norfolk County Paramedic Services, responded to a single-vehicle collision on Highway 19 near the Norfolk-Oxford County border.

The investigation revealed that a sedan travelling on Highway 19 left the roadway and entered a field. The driver was transported to hospital with minor injuries, while the passenger sustained life-threatening injuries and was airlifted to a trauma centre by air ambulance.

As a result, the driver, 23-year-old Brody MITTON of Oxford County, was taken into custody and charged with the following alleged offences:

  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus),
  • Operation causing bodily harm,
  • Dangerous operation causing bodily harm.

The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.

Highway 19, between Norfolk County Road 30 and Carson Line, was closed for several hours but has since reopened.

The OPP reminds the public that there is no safe amount of alcohol or drugs when it comes to driving. Impaired driving puts everyone at risk and can lead to devastating – and sometimes fatal – consequences.

6 Arrested In “Drug” Bust

(CENTRE HASTINGS, ON) – Two search warrants in Centre Hastings have resulted in a drug seizure and the arrest of six people for cultivation of cannabis.

In October 2025, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) East Region Community Street Crime Unit began an investigation into a large outdoor cannabis production site in the Municipality of Centre Hastings. Further investigation revealed a linked address where the cultivated cannabis plants were being transported to be dried and processed. 

This investigation resulted in the execution of two search warrants on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at residences on Highway 62 and Moira Road in Centre Hastings. The search involved members of the Community Street Crime Unit, Emergency Response Team and Central Hastings Detachment.

Investigators seized over 700 cannabis plants, along with other items including cell phones, an enclosed trailer and a tractor.

The following individuals have each been charged under the Cannabis Control Act with cultivate, propagate or harvest more than four cannabis plants: 

• Kirushanthy JANAKAN, age 38 of Stirling

• Aswinkumar KUNJAPPAN, age 27 of Scarborough

• Janakan SIVALINGAM, age 40 of Centre Hastings

• Dennu THOMAS, age 27 of Scarborough

• Christin VARGHESE, age 28 of Scarborough

• Nirmal VINCENT, age 28 of Scarborough

All accused persons were released from custody and are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on November 10, 2025.

Human Remains Found In Homicide Investigation

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has located human remains in a wooded area off Highway 6 in Haldimand County, in connection with the homicide investigation in Simcoe.

On Thursday, October 16, 2025, at approximately 6:00 p.m., investigators located human remains off Highway 6 west of Caledonia and south of Stirling Street believed to be part of the ongoing homicide investigation. A postmortem examination to confirm the identity and cause of death is scheduled at the Ontario Forensic Pathology Service (OFPS) on Friday, October 17, 2025.

Residents and members of the public who were in the area of Highway 6 west of Caledonia and south of Stirling Street on Sunday, October 5, 2025, between 10:30 p.m. and 12:00 a.m., are asked to contact police if they observed any suspicious activity. Anyone with a dashcam is asked to check their footage and contact police with any information that may assist investigators. Even details that seem minor or unrelated may prove to be important.

Residents in the area can expect to see a police presence as the investigation continues.

The Norfolk County OPP Crime Unit is continuing the investigation under the direction of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch, in collaboration with the Office of the Chief Coroner and the OFPS. Assistance is also being provided by the OPP Forensic Identification Services.

Child Run Down Near Goderich In Hit & Run #TheHuntBegins #SaveOurChildren

(ASHFIELD COLBORNE WAWANOSH TWP, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a car vs cyclist collision that occurred in ACW Twp on October 15th, 2025. 

Just after 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, Huron County OPP officers responded to a report of a collision north of Goderich on Bluewater Highway, north of Airport Road. Police discovered that a 14-year-old cyclist had been hit by a vehicle that was travelling northbound on Bluewater Highway. The driver of this vehicle failed to remain at the scene and sped off at a high rate of speed northbound.

The cyclist was transported to a local hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

Police located a passenger mirror from the suspect vehicle at the scene. The mirror is dark grey in colour and is believed to be from a 2011 or 2012 model year automobile.

Albert MEEKS Was Arrested

(PERTH, ON) – – The Lanark County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a Perth resident with impaired driving.

Officers conducted a traffic stop on Tuesday, October 16, 2025, just before 6:00 p.m. on Dufferin Street in Perth.

The driver was arrested and transported to the OPP Detachment in Perth for testing.

As a result of the investigation, Albert MEEKS, 62-years-old, has been charged with Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Perth on Monday, November 3, 2025.

The individual’s driver’s licence has been suspended for 90 days (Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension), and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.

Kincardine Rage Incident Ends With Arrest – Name Released

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On October 16, 2025, at approximately 9:00 a.m., a member of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) initiated a traffic stop for a seatbelt violation along Millennium Way, Municipality of Kincardine.

Upon activating the cruisers emergency lights, the vehicle continued on and into a nearby parking lot. When the officer advised the driver of the reason for the stop, the driver used obscenities towards the officer and fled in their vehicle. The officer did not pursue the vehicle out of public safety concerns. The driver was located later in the day and taken into custody.

Ethan HOPKINS, 32-years-old, resident of Kincardine, was charged with:

  • Flight from peace officer, CC 320.17
  • Fail to properly wear seat belt, HTA 106(2)
  • Fail to surrender licence, HTA 33(1)
  • Fail to surrender permit for motor vehicle, HTA 7(5)(a)
  • Vehicle modified – fail to apply for new permit, HTAReg 628/90 3
  • Fail to surrender insurance card, CAIA 3(1)

The accused is set to appear on December 4, 2025, to answer to the charges.

One Dead – 23 Year Old From Gowanstown Arrested

(NORTH PERTH, ON) – One person has been charged following a motor vehicle collision in the Municipality of North Perth

On August 12, 2025, the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) launched an investigation following a motor vehicle collision on Perth Line 88 at Perth Road 140 involving a motorcycle and a passenger vehicle that resulted in the death of the motorcycle driver.

On October 15, 2025 the Perth County OPP charged 23-year-old Emily WEBER of Gowanstown with Careless Driving Causing Death, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.

The accused is schedule to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on November 25th, 2025.

Abhinandan DATTA – Drunk Driving

(GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – An individual from Cambridge is facing impaired driving-related charges stemming from a single motor vehicle collision that had occurred on Grey Road 30, West of Grey Road 13, in the Municipality of Grey Highlands.

On October 17, 2025, at approximately 1:18 a.m., the Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to a report of a single motor vehicle collision on Grey Road 30, in the Municipality of Grey Highlands. The driver had lost control of the vehicle, ending up striking a tree.

The driver was not injured.

Abhinandan DATTA, 29-years-old, of Cambridge, is charged with:

  • Operation while Impaired – Alcohol
  • Operation while Impaired – 80 plus
  • Dangerous Operation of a motor vehicle

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound on November 13, 2025.

2 More Impaired Drivers – Robert WILSON & Paul WILLSON

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – Two individuals are facing charges following separate impaired driving investigations.

On Monday, October 13, 2025, at approximately 6:25 p.m., a Norfolk County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer conducted a traffic stop and subsequent investigation on Concession 6 Townsend, just outside of Waterford.

After a roadside sobriety test was administered, the driver was taken into custody without incident.

As a result, 49-year-old Robert WILSON of Norfolk County has been charged with the following alleged offences:

  • Dangerous operation,
  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus),
  • Drive motor vehicle – no licence,
  • Fail to surrender insurance card,
  • Drive motor vehicle, no permit,
  • Use plate not authorized for vehicle.

The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe on Tuesday, November 18, 2025.

On Tuesday, October 14, 2025, the Norfolk County OPP responded to a 9-1-1 report of a suspected impaired driver on Queensway West in Simcoe.

Officers later located the vehicle on Tisdale Street, where a roadside sobriety test was conducted. The driver was subsequently taken into custody without incident.

As a result, 54-year-old Paul WILLSON of Norfolk County has been charged with the following alleged offence:

  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).

The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.

Stolen Pick-up Truck Recovered From Ditch – 3 Arrested

(NORTHUMBERLAND, ON) – Members of the Northumberland Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged individuals found in possession of a stolen vehicle.

On October 5, 2025, at around 8:45 p.m., police responded to a report of a pick-up truck in a ditch on Bowmanton Road in the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand.

Officers arrived at the location and spoke to the three occupants of the vehicle. Through investigation, the driver was found to be suspended, and the vehicle was reported to be stolen from an address in Roseneath on August 29, 2025. All three persons were taken into custody.

Austin FLARO (22) from the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand, has been charged with:

–      Take motor vehicle without consent

–      Possession property obtained by crime over $5,000

–      Use plate not authorized for vehicle

–      Having care or control of a motor vehicle with unsealed container of liquor

Joshua SMOKE (21) from Roseneath, has been charged with:

–      Possession property obtained by crime over $5,000

Jayson MEYER (19) from the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand, has been charged with:

–      Possession property obtained by crime over $5,000

All accused are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cobourg in November.

Another Wasaga Beach Bust

(WASAGA BEACH, ON) – Members of the Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) from the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have laid numerous charges against two individuals following a recent warrant execution.

On Thursday, October 16, 2025, members of the Huronia West OPP CSCU with the assistance of Collingwood OPP CSCU, Southern Georgian Bay OPP CSCU and Orillia OPP CSCU executed search warrants at two residences in Wasaga Beach. As a result, the following items were seized:

• Quantity of Cocaine, Fentanyl, Methylphenidate, Oxycodone, Suboxone, Psilocybin

• Rounds of firearm ammunition 

• Quantity of Canadian currency 

• Items consistent with drug trafficking 

As a result of the investigation, two individuals were arrested and charged.

Morgan MINER, 32, of Wasaga Beach, was charged with:

• Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – four counts

• Possession of a Schedule III substance for the purpose of trafficking

• Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime over $5,000 

Dani ST. PIERRE, 63, of Wasaga Beach, was charged with:

• Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – four counts

• Possession of a Schedule III substance for the purpose of trafficking

• Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime over $5,000 

• Possession of ammunition contrary to prohibition order

• Fail to comply with probation order

The accused are being held for a Bail Hearing with the Ontario Court of Justice in Barrie on October 16, 2025.

Huron-Kinloss & Kincardine Drug Bust – David REHKOPF & Brailin HAYS

(SOUTHERN BRUCE COUNTY, ON) – The South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have executed warrants at several properties as a result of a drug trafficking investigation.

On October 15, 2025, at 5:00 a.m., the Grey-Bruce Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) executed several simultaneous search warrants in Kincardine and Huron-Kinloss, with assistance from Wellington, Huron-Perth, Brant-Oxford, Middlesex, & Lambton CSCU members, OPP West & Central Region Tactics and Rescue Unit (TRU), West Region Emergency Response Team (ERT), OPP Canine, South & Grey Bruce Crime Unit, and members of the South Bruce OPP.

As a result of the search warrants, police seized a quantity of suspected illicit drugs, including 46 grams of methamphetamine, 7 grams of cocaine, 22 grams of Ecstasy / MDMA, 11 grams of Psilocybin. Officers also seized a small amount of Canadian currency and firearm ammunition. 

As a result of the investigation, the following face Criminal Code and Controlled Drugs and Substances Act charges: 

David REHKOPF, 47-years-old, resident of Kincardine: 

  • Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking, CDSA 5(2) – five counts
  • Possession of ammunition contrary to prohibition order, CC 117.01 – three counts
  • Fail to comply with undertaking, CC 145(5)

The accused was held for a bail hearing and subsequently remanded into custody. 

Brailin HAYS, 19-years-old, resident of Kincardine: 

  • Fail to comply with release order, CC 145(5) – three counts

The accused was held for a bail hearing and later released, to reappear at the Walkerton Ontario Court of Justice on October 31, 2025, to answer to the charges. 

A third individual was arrested on the strength of a Hanover Police Service warrant and returned to their service.

(KINGSVILLE, ON) – One person has been charged following a traffic complaint in Kingsville.

On October 13, 2025, at approximately 8:18 p.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a traffic complaint on Highway #3, east of County Road 23 in the Town of Kingsville.

Luna Maria Gloria AGUILAR, 54-years-old of Windsor, was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

The accused was scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice – Windsor on October 28, 2025, to answer to the charges.

$9.5 Million “Drug” Bust @ Licensed Grower!

(TINY TOWNSHIP, ON) – A significant quantity of cannabis was seized yesterday following an investigation into a grow operation.

On the morning of October 15, 2025, a search warrant was executed at a rural property on Chemin du Loup in Tiny Township. Prior investigation revealed that the location was being used for a large-scale grow operation. Police had grounds to believe that a small, licensed cannabis production facility was producing well beyond its authorized limits.

Members of the Southern Georgian Bay OPP Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) were assisted by Huronia West/Collingwood CSCU, as well as the Central Region OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT).

Six individuals located inside the property were arrested upon police arrival.

During the search of the property, the following items were seized:

  • 8,100 live cannabis plants
  • 762 pounds of dried cannabis
  • A quantity of Canadian currency

The total estimated value of the seized items is approximately $9.5 million.

The six individuals were released unconditionally. Further suspects are being sought for offences contrary to the Cannabis Act.
