19 Year Old Facing Numerous Charges – Marcus TSANOFF

(LONDON, ON) – Suspicious vehicle complaint leads to multiple charges.

On November 12, 2025, at 5:52 a.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a suspicious vehicle driving erratically at the London OPP detachment, at 823 Exeter Road in the City of London.  

The vehicle fled the area at which time a traffic stop was initiated on Wellington Road South.

The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Middlesex OPP detachment.

As a result, Marcus TSANOFF, a 19-year-old of Welland, has been charged under the Criminal Code, Highway Traffic Act, Liquor Licence Control Act and Controlled Drugs and Substances Act with:

·      Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs

·      Failure or refusal to comply with demand

·      Dangerous Operation

·      Possession of a prohibited device or ammunition

·      Drive motor vehicle – Perform Stunt

·      Driving motor vehicle with liquor readily available

·      Poss of a Schedule I Substance – Opioid (other than heroin)

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice to speak to the charges on December 18, 2025.

Drug Bust – MORRISON & COPENACE

(FORT FRANCES, ON) – Officers from the Fort Frances Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged two individuals with Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and Criminal Code offences following a traffic stop.

On November 9, 2025, shortly before 3:00 a.m., members of the Fort Frances OPP conducted a traffic stop after a license plate inquiry came back registered to a suspended driver. Following further investigation into the incident, the following charges were laid:

Dennis MORRISON, age 37, of Couchiching First Nation was charged with

  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Opioid (other than heroin) – two counts
  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine
  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
  • Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000

Adrianna COPENACE, age 27, of Fort Frances was charged with

  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Opioid (other than heroin) – two counts
  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine
  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
  • Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
  • Failure to Comply with Release Order – Other than to Attend Court – two counts

Both accused were held for bail and will be appearing before the Ontario Court of Justice in Fort Frances at a later date.

Donald WEBER Was Arrested Again #3Strikes

(BROCKTON, ON) – On October 31, 2025, at approximately 12:00 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received multiple calls for an individual causing disruption in the downtown core of Walkerton.

Investigation revealed that a male had been causing issues in front of numerous businesses, threatening and attempting physical confrontations with members of the public. They were subsequently located by police and taken into custody.

Donald WEBER, 59-years-old, of no fixed address was charged with:

  • Uttering threats, CC 264.1(1)(a) – two counts
  • Causing a disturbance, CC 175(1)(a)
  • Fail to comply with probation, CC 733.1(1) – two counts

The accused was held for a bail hearing and later remanded into custody.

21 Year-Old From Lucknow Strikes Hydro Pole

(HURON-KINLOSS, ON) – On November 11, 2025, at approximately 10:06 a.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a motor vehicle collision along Bruce Road 1, Township of Huron-Kinloss.

Police attended the scene to find a single vehicle had struck a hydro pole, causing a closure of Bruce Road 1 between Bruce Road 6 and Statters Lake Avenue until approximately 6:00 p.m.

A 21-year-old motorist from Lucknow was charged with:

  • Careless driving, HTA 130

OLSON & OLSON Arrested At RIDE

(BROCKTON, ON) – On November 11, 2025, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (RIDE) program at Bruce Road 1 and Bruce Road 15 in the Municipality of Brockton.

At approximately 10:38 p.m., a vehicle entered the area and the driver was spoken to by police. The investigating officer detected signs of impairment and took the driver into custody. The passenger was found to be in possession of a suspected illicit drug and was also taken into custody.

Andrew OLSON, 28-years-old, resident of Cargill, was charged with:

  • Operation while impaired, CC 320.14(1)(a)
  • Possession of a schedule I substance, CDSA 4(1)

Pete OLSON, 28-years-old, resident of Cargill, was charged with:

  • Possession of a schedule I substance, CDSA 4(1)
  • Fail to comply with probation order, CC 733.1(1)

The accused are both set to appear at the Walkerton Ontario Court of Justice on December 17, 2025, to answer to the charges.

Shots Fired – Giles Akiwenzie Arrested

(NORTHERN BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – A 59-year-old individual from Neyaashiinigmiing has been charged following a late-night police response to a report of gunshots in the Northern Bruce Peninsula.

On November 11, 2025, at approximately 11:56 p.m., members of the Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of suspected gunfire and a suspicious vehicle in the area of Cape Chin South Road, Northern Bruce Peninsula.

Officers located a vehicle matching the description and conducted a traffic stop. A firearm was located inside the vehicle..

Giles Akiwenzie, 59-years-old, of Neyaashiinigmiing, has been charged with the following offences:

  • Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose – Criminal Code
  • Unauthorized possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm – Criminal Code
  • Having care or control of a motor vehicle with liquor readily available – Liquor Licence and Control Act

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound on December 11, 2025.

Fatal Collision Near Owen Sound

(GREY COUNTY, ON) – Members of the Grey Bruce Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a two-vehicle collision south of Owen Sound that has resulted in a fatality. 

On Monday, November 10, 2025, at approximately 8:30 a.m., Grey Bruce OPP and emergency responders were dispatched to a report of a collision involving a passenger vehicle and a pick-up truck on Grey Road 18, between Inglis Falls Road and Highway 6.

As a result of the collision, one individual, a 35-year-old female from Wiarton was taken to hospital and later pronounced deceased. Four other individuals were taken to hospital as a precaution with non-life-threatening injuries.

The investigation remains ongoing with assistance from the OPP Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement (TIME) team. Grey Road 18 remains fully closed between Inglis Falls Road and Highway 6.

Mary NAKOGEE Was Arrested Again

(MOSOONEE, ON) – A report of a stolen pickup truck in Moosonee led to charges for a driver following a collision and police investigation.

On Sunday, November 9, 2025, at approximately 11:00 a.m., the James Bay Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a stolen vehicle. Shortly after, police received a call regarding a pickup truck that had gone into the ditch on Wavey Crescent. Officers located a vehicle matching the description driving on Quarry Road and conducted a traffic stop. After speaking with the driver, officers determined that the individual had consumed an intoxicating substance. The person was arrested and transported to the Moosonee OPP detachment for further testing.

As a result of the investigation, Mary NAKOGEE, 40 years-of-age of Moosonee, has been charged with:

·        Operation while impaired – drugs

·        Theft of a motor vehicle

·        Fail to comply with probation order – three counts

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Moosonee on January 6, 2026. Additionally, they received a 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (ADLS).

Munjal PARMAR – Drunk Driving

(COCHRANE, ON) – An officer observed a vehicle that had collided into the ditch on Highway 11 West in Cochrane, leading to an impaired driving arrest.

On Sunday, November 9, 2025, at approximately 1:50 a.m., the James Bay OPP observed a vehicle that had collided into the westbound ditch on Highway 11 while on patrol. An automated collision notification was called in moments later. Upon speaking with the driver, officers determined that alcohol had been consumed. The individual was arrested and transported to the Cochrane OPP detachment for further testing.

As a result of the investigation, Munjal PARMAR, 27 years-of-age of Cochrane, has been charged with:

·        Operation while impaired – alcohol

·        Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

·        Novice driver – B.A.C. above zero

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cochrane on December 9, 2025. Additionally, they received a 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (ADLS), and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.

The James Bay OPP continues to prioritize road safety through enforcement and community awareness, reminding all drivers that no amount of alcohol or drugs in your system is safe when driving.

Cristopher ROBINSON Was Arrested Again

(BANCROFT, ON) – Members of the Bancroft Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a driver after locating a vehicle in the ditch.

On Sunday, November 9, 2025, just before 10:30 p.m., Bancroft OPP officers attended the scene of the collision. Officers located the driver of the vehicle a short time later at which time they were arrested. The driver was transported to the detachment for testing.

As a result, Cristopher ROBINSON, a 44-year-old resident of Bancroft, has been charged with:

  • Fail to comply with probation order
  • Refusal to comply with demand

The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft on December 2, 2025.

HODGINS Arrested On Josephine St – Drunk Driving & Common Nuisance

(NORTH HURON, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a Kincardine resident with several criminal offences following an incident on Josephine Street in the Town of Wingham, Township of North Huron. 

Just after 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 25, 2025, Huron County OPP officers responded to a complaint on Josephine Street. Police spoke to a vehicle driver who had consumed alcohol prior to driving.

The driver was subsequently arrested for impaired operation and transported to the Huron OPP detachment in Clinton where they provided breath samples before a qualified Intoxilyzer Breath Technician. Breath samples were provided to police which resulted in readings over the legal limit.

Daryl HODGINS, 42 years-of-age from Kincardine has been charged with:

–      Operation while Impaired – Alcohol and Drugs,

–      Operation while Impaired – Over 80,

–      Criminal Harassment – Threatening Conduct,

–      Common Nuisance – Endanger Life.

The vehicle involved was towed and impounded for seven days, and the accused’ driver’s license was suspended for a period of 90 days.

The accused was processed and later released from custody with a court appearance scheduled at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on December 8th, 2025.

Pedestrian Dead In Seaforth – Candis HULLEY Charged

(HURON EAST, ON) – A vehicle versus pedestrian collision on Main Street in the Municipality of Huron East (Seaforth) claimed the life of a 77-year-old Huron East resident on August 22, 2025. 

Emergency services located a pedestrian that had sustained life threatening injuries. They were transported to a local hospital where they succumbed to their injuries. The driver of the involved pickup truck remained at the scene.

The deceased was a 77-year-old resident of Huron East. 

As a result of the investigation, the involved vehicle driver from Huron East has been charged with the following offence:

Candis HULLEY, 40 years-of-age has been charged with:

–      Careless Driving Cause Death – Section 130(3) of the Highway Traffic Act.

The accused is scheduled for an appearance in the Goderich Provincial Offences Court to answer to the charge.

(SOUTH-WEST OXFORD, ON) – An individual from the City of London is facing a impaired driving charge following a traffic complaint.

On November 8, 2025, at approximately 2:00 a.m., the Oxford Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment were dispatched to a report of a possible impaired driver, on Plank Line, in the Township of South-West Oxford. Officers patrolled and subsequently located the vehicle.

Don Thomas, 26-years-old, of the City of London, has been charged with:

·      Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 Plus)

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on December 16, 2026.

Drug Bust – Christopher HULSMANS Arrested Again #3Strikes

(BANCROFT, ON) – An individual from western Ontario is facing drug trafficking charges after a significant drug seizure in in Bancroft.

On Sunday, November 9, 2025, shortly before 2:00 p.m., officers with the Bancroft Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Mill Street.

During the interaction, officers observed items typically associated with drug use. The driver was arrested and a subsequent search of the pick-up truck located more than 130 grams of suspected fentanyl, nearly 90 grams of suspected methamphetamine, nearly 15 grams of suspected crack cocaine, along with several pills suspected to be diazepam and oxycodone. Christopher HULSMANS, age 43 of London has been charged with:

  • Possession of a Schedule 1 substance for the purpose of trafficking – three counts
  • Possession of a Schedule 2 substance for the purpose of trafficking
  • Possession of a Schedule 4 substance for the purpose of trafficking – two counts
  • Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5000
  • Personation with intent (identity fraud)
  • Possession of an identity document
  • Failing to comply with an undertaking – six counts

The accused was held in custody and is scheduled to appear for a bail hearing before the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on Monday, November 10, 2025.

(TILLSONBURG, ON) – An individual from the Tillsonburg is facing impaired driving related charges following a proactive traffic stop.

On November 9, 2025, at approximately 3:00 a.m., the Oxford Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment were conducting general patrol around Plank Line and Quarter Town Line, in the Town of Tillsonburg. A traffic stop was conducted after a vehicle was observed driving erratically.
