(HURON-KINLOSS, ON) – On November 24, 2025, at approximately 4:22 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a disturbance in the area of MacDonald Street and Queen Street in Ripley, Township of Huron-Kinloss.
Officers learned that a telecommunications company was working in the area when the employee was confronted by a disgruntled resident. The individual continued to cause a scene, yelling and using profanities before striking the company’s vehicle with a steel pole, causing damage.
As a result of the investigation, police arrested and charged Brandon GEIGER, 33-years-old, resident of Huron-Kinloss with the following:
- Causing a disturbance, CC 175(1)(a)
- Mischief under $5,000, CC 430(4)
The accused is set to appear at the Walkerton Ontario Court of Justice on January 7, 2026, to answer to the charges.
