(CENTRAL ELGIN, ON) – Members of the Elgin County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged two individuals following an investigation.
On Friday, September 12, 2025, at approximately 7:47 a.m., Elgin County OPP were dispatched to an address on Centennial Avenue in Central Elgin to investigate a neighbour dispute.
As a result of the investigation, police executed a search warrant and subsequently charged Timothy VANSICKLE, 37 years old and Julia MAJKUTEWICZ, 40 years old, from Central Elgin with the following Criminal Code offences:
- Criminal harassment – beset and watch
- Criminal harassment – repeatedly communicate
- Public incitement of hatred
- Mischief – obstructs, interrupts or interferes with the lawful use, enjoyment or operation of property (two counts)
The accused were held for bail and are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in St. Thomas at a later date.
