Wingham Couple Drops 80 Pounds To Prove It’s Easy & Possible #NYR

The Leaner Side of Life: Not willing to compromise standards or rights—that’s the Buck & Jo’s way, and something you should look for in an eating establishment.

Buck & Jo’s is taking that same no-nonsense attitude and applying it to something near and dear to all of us: your health. Introducing “The Leaner Side of Life”, Buck & Jo’s revolutionary diet program designed for real people with real lives (and real cravings).

The Buck & Jo’s Promise:

  • No Gimmicks. No shakes, no powders, no magic beans. Just honest-to-goodness less food.
  • No Membership Fees. Motivation and support are free. Stop by for advice, accountability, and small, social meals.
  • No Excuses. You’ve overindulged for years. Let’s balance the scales.

How It Works:

  1. Eat Responsibly. If it goes in your shopping cart, it’s going in your body. Leave the “crap food” on the shelf.
  2. Portion Control. Overeating is a habit, not a necessity. Start ordering meals that match your goals, not your eyes.
  3. Track Your Progress. Smartwatches are available to help you monitor your health metrics.
  4. Be Patient. Nibble your meals, and let your body’s natural fullness cues catch up.

Real Results, Real Fast:

  • Lose up to 10 pounds/month. (No, you don’t need to exercise—but we won’t stop you if you want to!)
  • Save money. Fewer calories = fewer dollars spent.
  • Feel amazing. More energy, less pain, and happier joints.

The Buck & Jo’s Experience:

  • No shame dining. Stop by for a bunless burger, one egg and toast, or even just two chicken nuggets. Order proudly—this is your journey.
  • Community support. Why eat alone? Join us for small meals and snacks while soaking in a positive, encouraging atmosphere.
  • Affordable tracking tools. Smartwatches available for just $200 to monitor heart health, activity levels, stress, and more.

“The easiest thing I’ve ever done,” says Buck, who’s down 60 pounds and counting. “Once I accepted the truth, the math was simple. Eat fewer calories than you burn, and the weight will come off.”

Snow Squall Watch: Wingham, Blyth & Northern Huron County

5:50 PM EST Tuesday 31 December 2024

Snow Squall Watch in effect for:

  • Wingham – Blyth – Northern Huron County

Snow squalls are expected to develop. Under the snow squall bands, visibilities will be significantly reduced due to the heavy snow combined with blowing snow, and snow will quickly accumulate. Lake effect snow squalls forecast beginning Wednesday afternoon.

Hazards: Locally heavy snowfall with accumulations of 10 to 20 cm by Thursday evening. Additional accumulations possible Thursday night. Poor visibility at times in heavy snow and blowing snow.

Timing: Beginning Wednesday afternoon and continuing through Wednesday night. Additional snow squalls possible Thursday and Thursday night.

Discussion: Lake effect snow squalls off Lake Huron are forecast to develop once again in the wake of a low pressure system. Strong northwest winds gusting up to 50 or 60 km/h will accompany the snow squalls resulting in blowing snow and significantly reduced visibility at times.

Snow squalls cause weather conditions to vary considerably; changes from clear skies to heavy snow within just a few kilometres are common. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow. Consider postponing non-essential travel until conditions improve. Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada. To report severe weather, send an email to [email protected] or tweet reports using #ONStorm.

Your Rights for Citizen’s Arrest in Wingham #NWO

In Wingham, Ontario, within the Municipality of North Huron, the rules around citizen’s arrests are primarily governed by Canadian federal law, specifically the Criminal Code of Canada. Here’s how a citizen’s arrest might apply in your region and how you could justify your actions:

Legal Basis for a Citizen’s Arrest in Canada

Under Section 494 of the Criminal Code of Canada, a private citizen may arrest someone if:

  1. You find them committing an indictable offense.
    • This includes serious crimes such as assault, theft over $5,000, or actions endangering public safety.
  2. A crime is being committed on or in relation to your property.
    • Example: If someone is actively damaging or stealing from your property, you may arrest them.
  3. Reasonable grounds exist to believe the person has committed an indictable offense.
    • You must have witnessed the crime or have strong evidence supporting the belief.

Additional Conditions for Citizen’s Arrest in Ontario

  1. Immediate Action Required:
The arrest must happen either during the commission of the crime or soon after.
  2. Involvement of Law Enforcement:
After making the arrest, you are legally required to hand the individual over to law enforcement without delay.
  3. Proportionate Force:
Any force used must be reasonable. Excessive force could lead to charges against you.

Legal Defenses to Justify a Citizen’s Arrest

  1. Preventing Immediate Danger:
If the individual’s actions posed an immediate risk to lives (e.g., reckless driving, violent behavior), you can argue that intervention was necessary to prevent harm.
  2. Reasonable Grounds:
Show that you had strong, reasonable grounds to believe the individual was committing a serious offense. Witness testimony, video evidence, or other proof can support this.
  3. Necessity Defense (Common Law):
Claim that your actions were necessary to avoid a greater harm. In situations where lives were endangered, courts are often sympathetic to this defense.
  4. Compliance with Section 494:
Highlight that your actions were in line with the specific requirements of the Criminal Code (e.g., you acted promptly, used reasonable force, and handed the individual to the authorities).

Example Scenario: Reckless Driving Endangering Lives

If you witness someone driving recklessly through Wingham, posing an immediate threat to pedestrians:

  1. Attempt to call 911 and report the incident to the OPP (Ontario Provincial Police).
  2. If it’s impossible to wait for police due to the imminent danger, and you manage to stop the vehicle (e.g., blocking their path), you could perform a citizen’s arrest.
  3. Notify the authorities immediately after detaining the individual.

Potential Risks and Precautions

  • Legal Risks: If you misjudge the situation or use excessive force, you could face charges such as assault or wrongful confinement.
  • Civil Liability: The arrested individual could sue you for damages if your actions are deemed excessive or unjustified.
  • Personal Safety: Confronting someone committing a crime can put you in harm’s way.

Best Course of Action

  • Always prioritize calling law enforcement first.
  • Only intervene directly if it is safe to do so and if the situation demands immediate action to prevent harm.
  • Clearly document the incident (e.g., record video or take witness statements).

UPDATE: Reeve Finally Put In Place, Staff Revolt, CAO Gone, Accounting Crisis & Taxpayers Have Money Stolen From Account – More Victims Feared

(North Huron) North Huron CAO is now gone, and countless customers of North Huron have had their accounts depleted, and in some cases emptied by North Huron. Current Reeve Paul Heffer is refusing to comment, apologize, or offering to cover all costs associated with this theft. Experts confirm that if it was not theft, it was incompetence on an unprecedented level. To find out if you have been affected or to see what compensation you are entitled, to contact Paul Heffer at (519) 357-3594 and/or [email protected]

Parade: Still Not Our Leader

Disgraced North Huron Reeve/Mayor Paul Heffer was finally put in his place after his shocking appearance in the last parade where Citizens of good conscience refused to follow their “leader” and left a 10 minute gap in the parade as sign of respect for Heffer’s victim.

This time the reeve did not displace a Community Living member by hogging the shotgun seat in the lead firetruck. Heffer was forced to be at the very end of the parade to prevent any further protests. This way his presence wouldn’t slow the parade again.

This Man Is A Liar Posters

Town Staff are refusing to follow direction from the current reeve and refusing to cease and desist their illegal activity, and have actually increased it by intentionally dumping snow on sidewalks they have been regularly clearing for years, endangering even more lives. Several different posters have sprung up around town, the most noticeable are the “If snow has been dumped on this sidewalk in violation of Clean Yards By-law: 3.18 forcing pedestrians to walk in traffic, then this man is a Liar!

For an update on the rapidly evolving crisis, please contact your Representative on council.

North Huron Council Finally Publicly Acknowledges They Have No Authority On Private Land

(North Huron, Ontario) At the October 21, 2024, North Huron council meeting, a councilor finally publicly admitted that they cannot enforce their bylaws on private property. This shocking admission of guilt exposes them to potential litigation as their victims become aware of their rights and realize that the bylaw department never had authority over private land.

This fascist overreach by town halls across Ontario has cost their victims millions of dollars defending themselves against the unlawful actions of bylaw enforcement.

The crumbling and costly replacement of neglected infrastructure is due to bylaw enforcement across Ontario refusing to fulfill their responsibilities and ensure that infrastructure is maintained. Some highly corrupt municipalities do not even have job descriptions for their enforcement officers, as they have hired their friends to bully and target victims.

Reeve Agrees To Cease & Desist Illegal Activity – Wingham Streets Now To Be Safest In Decades – Audio Released

(North Huron, Ontario) At the 10-10 meeting in Blyth, North Huron Reeve Paul Heffer confessed he has been directing/allowing town staff to egregiously break the law and endanger our community’s children.

The Reeve tried to deflect the first question to no avail, and was pressured into answering whether on not he would continue his illegal activity of blocking off sidewalks by dumping snow directly on them, which endangers all pedestrians.

Recently in Ontario there has been an 82% increase in fatal pedestrian collisions, even one involving an OPP cruiser, showing that even under ideal circumstances and conditions, collisions happen and lives can be lost.

Thankfully your corporation has a by-law to help protect pedestrians on your corporation’s land, by making it illegal for anyone to dump snow on your sidewalks, which then forces pedestrians to walk in traffic during the winter months.

Section 3.18 of your clean yards by-law clearly forbids this activity, yet by-law enforcement is refusing to do their job and ensure your by-laws are enforced on your land, claiming that you are preventing them from enforcing your by-laws on your own property.

Are you going to stop your illegal activity which endangers pedestrians?

Jimmy The Rat Added To Hall Of Shame – Threats, Harassment, Trespass, Libel, Slander, Assault, Attacking the Homeless, Property Damage, Defecating in Public, and More #TotalShitPot

(Wingham, ON) Wingham’s most notorious troll and online bully, who has destroyed numerous Facebook groups and lives with his vicious hate speech, is now being added to the Hall of Shame.

“Jimmy the Rat’s” self-inflicted mental impairment due to substance abuse is no excuse for the litany of crimes perpetrated by Wingham’s most hated and despicable citizen. His neighbors live in fear after threats and assaults triggered by this unstable hatemonger, who has allegedly been seen defecating in public and then blaming it on his newly acquired dog. Rumor has it he got the dog after watching an episode of Family Guy where they mention a dog licking peanut butter off you, regardless of where you put it. Apparently, a dog and peanut butter are the only ways this maladroit single man can get any physical contact without directly paying for it.

Property values have plummeted due to the rat’s backyard scrapyard, making properties unsellable and causing hundreds of thousands in lost equity. His recent public breakdown has manifested in trespassing, destroying private property, illegally dumping garbage, and committing slander and libel. The Rat has taken to dumping garbage on private property, posting a sign claiming it might be contaminated with meth and/or fentanyl—apparently, his chronic substance abuse has hurt his memory. The Rat is now trying to blame the alleged contamination on a local homeless family, knowing they can’t defend themselves from his abuse.

“The Rat” spends much of his time driving around Wingham, yelling obscenities and flipping the bird at random people. He occasionally slows down at stop signs and refuses to obey parking rules. Fortunately, he isn’t allowed near the schools, offering a slight layer of protection for the community’s children.

Some of The Rat’s family members have had to leave town due to extreme embarrassment, and more are planning to leave to distance themselves from the abuse and shame of having the same last name. This is why WFP will not be releasing The Rat’s last name, to help prevent further innocent victims from suffering due to this habitual abuser. His frequent interactions with police, and his charges mysteriously “disappearing,” have led the entire community to assume he is a police informant—a rat.

Text message alerts have been circulating in Wingham, warning of this criminal, while several online forums have exploded with hate and threats toward The Rat, with many demanding his last name and home address. On one notorious website, hacked cellphone footage—or deep fakes—show The Rat and his dog in hysterical and disturbing sexual scenarios.

The public is advised to check the court dockets and watch court sessions via Zoom, using the links provided for updates.

Humiliated Reeve Paul Heffer Comes Crawling Out of the Coward Closet as Citizens Take Back Wingham Streets

(North Huron, ON) – Things got spicy at last night’s (10 Oct 2024) council meeting when disgraced Reeve Paul Heffer tried to dodge a simple yes-or-no question. The crowd, armed with their finest eye-rolls, saw right through his verbal gymnastics and responded with boos, jeers, and a few zingers that would make even the toughest politicians break a sweat. It’s fitting that the date was 10/10—police code for “Fight in Progress.” Well, council certainly got one.

The moderator, clearly caught off guard by the audience’s refusal to back down, looked like he might faint, especially after council members doubled down with their arrogant, condescending remarks. Instead of taking control, he let the verbal smackdown continue, likely fearing the crowd would turn on him next. No surprise—it was one of *those* nights.

From the get-go, Reeve/Mayor Paul Heffer was roasted like a Thanksgiving turkey. After enduring relentless grilling, he finally agreed to stop the illegal practice of dumping snow on sidewalks so kids won’t have to play Frogger in traffic on their way to school. And with pedestrian deaths up 82% last year, Heffer must’ve realized it’s not a great look to have children dodging both snowbanks and speeding cars. Finally, the town staff will have to do what they’re paid to do—protect the little ones.

In a rare moment of clarity (or sheer panic), Paul Heffer openly admitted he’s a coward—yep, those exact words left his mouth. His reason? He’s terrified of questions because, you know, the whole *risk of further incriminating himself and his buddies* thing. When the crowd heard him confess to his spinelessness, they responded with a resounding “Admitting it is the first step!” Cue the laughter. It was just another humiliation for the man who couldn’t give an honest answer if his political career depended on it.

And by the looks of things, it just might.
