Pickup Truck Stolen From Amberley Road

(ASHFIELD-COLBORNE-WAWANOSH, ON) - Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers are investigating a recent theft of Dodge Dakota pickup truck that was stolen from an Amberley Road property earlier this week.

Sometime between 10:15 p.m. on September 13, 2020 and 6:30 p.m. last night the thief entered onto the Amberley Road property and stole the pickup truck.

The thief in this case had some mechanical knowledge as they had to install a working alternator on the vehicle as well as a battery. The stolen vehicle is described as a blue, 2004 Dodge Dakota with a topper on the box. The thief also stole an Ontario licence plate off of another vehicle that was parked on the property.
