(CALEDON, ON)- On June 21, 2014, officers from the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended a Linn Road residence to investigate a break and enter. Sometime between June 12th and June 21st, suspect(s) attended the unoccupied property and stole a beige Audi A6 that was parked in the driveway, a hot-tub, a blue Argo All-Terrain vehicle parked on the front lawn and two freezers from the basement.
Investigation revealed that the property was monitored by a property management company who attended the residence on a bi-weekly basis to conduct a check. Witnesses reported seeing three men on the property shortly after June 12th and were observed loading the hot-tub on a trailer.
Police are reminding residents to contact the OPP Communications Centre immediately at 1-888-310-1122 to report any suspicious activity or suspicious vehicles in the area. Information such as suspect physical descriptions, suspect vehicles and direction of travel are useful tools for investigators.
