(TOWNSHIP OF GEORGIAN BLUFFS, ON) – On Friday, June 13, 2014, Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a theft from vehicles report in the Township of Georgian Bluffs.
Sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered two unlocked vehicles on Park Street and removed 2 iPods valued at approximately $700.
Once again, the OPP remind vehicle owners that these types of thefts are a crime of opportunity. An unlocked door or an open window is an invitation to thieves. By remembering to always roll up the windows, lock the doors, and keep valuables out of plain view; could prevent thefts from occurring.
