(ZORRA TOWNSHIP ON) – The Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a rash of thefts from vehicles and garages that occurred in Thamesford, between May 5 and May 12, 2014.
On May 5, 2014 sometime overnight, suspect entered and unlocked vehicle on McCarty Street, and stole a wallet.
On May 8, 2014 sometime overnight, two vehicles were entered on Boyd Street. Items taken include a GPS unit and a Nikon Camera and camera bag. On the same night a vehicle was entered on Delatre Street and cash and two bags with nursing supplies was taken.
On May 12, 2014 sometime overnight, a vehicle on Alison Road was entered by smashing the rear window. Various tools with a value of approximately $1,500 were taken. On the same night two separate garages on Sloan Drive were entered and two separate sets of golf clubs were taken. The golf clubs were Taylor Made and Nike brands.
