(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On May 21, 2014 at approximately 11:00pm Quinte West OPP responded to the area of Fox Rd and Stacey Rd for the report of a motor vehicle collision.
When police arrived on scene they spoke to a 27 year old male that was driving the motor vehicle. After an investigation it was determined that the driver of the motor vehicle had been drinking.
A police records check of the male also show that he was operating the motor vehicle with no licence.
27 year old Robert Jared BULMAN of Quinte West has been charged with Driving While Ability Impaired, Driving with More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood, Driving while Disqualified, as well as Drive Motor Vehicle-No Licence.
The driver of the motor vehicle did not require medical attention.
The 27 year old is to appear in court on June 5th.
