(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On May 17th, 2014 at approximately 10:30 p.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police stopped a motor vehicle that was on Old Mosley Street that appeared to avoid an R.I.D.E. check stop.
A Police check of the occupants of this motor vehicle revealed that 3 were in possession of a quantity of cannabis marihuana.
Charged with “Possession Schedule II – Cannabis Marihuana†are Justin HENRY and Joshua ORARA both 18 years old and Marcus RAMANAND 19 years old all from Brampton, Ontario. First appearance is June 24th, 2014 in Collingwood court.
