(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On June 7, 2014, just after 12:30 a.m., a Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer stopped a Dodge Dakota on Prince Albert Road.
While the officer was speaking with the driver, 61 year old Peter ALEXANDER, from Chatham, ON, it was determined that he had been consuming alcoholic beverages.
Subsequent tests indicated that the driver was over the legal limit and he will appear in a Chatham court on August 27, 2014, to answer to the charge of Driving With More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol In Blood.
