(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a male after police were called to investigate an incident at a Walker Street, Port Dover, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Friday, June 6, 2014 at approximately 3:20 p.m., police were contacted by a concerned citizen after observing a suspicious male walking up and down Walker Street exposing himself.
The male is being described as white, mid 30’s, dark coloured hair, thin dark coloured handlebar moustache, wearing tight grey shorts, blue short sleeved shirt with a Nike symbol on the chest, blue baseball cap and mirrored sunglasses.
Investigation determined that the male held a black coloured back pack in front of his body and when he would pass unsuspecting females, the male would expose his genitals.
The male was then observed to enter the public restroom and upon exiting was wearing different clothing after he realized that the concerned citizen was contacting police. The male was described as wearing baggy khaki cargo shorts, blue short sleeved shirt and was carrying the backpack on his shoulder.
The male was last seen walking on Walker Street towards the Port Dover Bridge.
