(WELLINGTON NORTH TOWNSHIP, ON) -The Victoria Day Weekend will soon be here and a student group called Ontario Students Against Impaired Driving (OSAID) at Wellington Heights Secondary School in Mount Forest, along with Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and the North Wellington Fire Service will have a “mock crash†at the school.
It will take place on May 16, 2014 and is an initiative by the OSAID students with the hope of preventing impaired and distracted driving. A motor vehicle donated by Streamline Towing will be used for a demonstration by the Fire Service using the Jaws of Life. The OPP Rollover Simulator will be on site to demonstrate the importance of seat belts.
