MALE CHARGED AFTER BREAK AND ENTER ON CHIPPEWAS OF THE THAMES

(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON)- On Tuesday May 13, 2014 at 1:24 p.m. members of the Chippewas of the Thames First Nation Police Service and Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a residential break and enter in progress on the 100 block of Isaiah Road located on the Chippewas of the Thames First Nation.

Police learned that a lone male suspect was observed gaining entry to the home. Police arrived on scene and located the male suspect fleeing on foot. The male was placed under arrest without incident. .

As a result of an investigation police have charged Spencer DOXTATOR, age 22 of No Fixed Address (NFA) with Break & Enter to a dwelling house – commit indictable offence as per Section 348(1)(b) of the Criminal Code. The accused party was remanded into police custody and is scheduled to appear in a London court room at a later date to speak to the charges.
