(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 32 year old male after police were contacted by an alert citizen at a Norfolk Street South, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Thursday, May 1, 2014 at approximately 5:16 p.m., police were called to a local business after a male attempted to purchase several electronic items. The store clerk became suspicious after additional identification could not be provided. The male exited the store and was last seen walking down the street.
Police were contacted and through the course of investigation, police located and arrested the male.
Charged with the following offences is 32 year old James SLOANE of Hamilton, Ontario.
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000

Fraud Under $5000 dollars
Fail to Comply with Probation Order
He will appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
