(Killaloe Hagarty Richards Township, ON) On May 3, 2014 at approximately 7:00pm Provincial Constable Jordan Bullis conducted a motor vehicle stop on Mill Street, Killaloe. James KUIACK, 52 years of age of Killaloe, Hagarty Richards Township is charged with Care and Control over 80mgs contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada. KUIACK is scheduled to appear in Killaloe Court on June 4, 2014.
