(Centre Hastings, ON) – On March 13, 2014 thirty-five year old Jeffrey FLEMING of Madoc, ON was arrested and charged with Producing a Schedule II Substance – Other than Marijuana and Breach of Recognizance. He was subsequently released from custody with conditions not to attend a particular address.
On May 6, 2014 at 2:40 p.m. members of Central Hastings O.P.P found FLEMING violating that condition. He was arrested and charged with Breach of Recognizance and held in custody pending a bail hearing on May 7, 2014.
