EXPIRED VALIDATION TAG LEADS TO ARREST

(ST. CLAIR TOWNSHIP, ON) A Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer noticed an expired validation tag on a vehicle traveling on LaSalle Line, May 18, 2014 just after 2:00 a.m.

The OPP officer stopped the car to investigate the offence and during that investigation determined that the driver had been consuming alcohol.

The driver was arrested and the subsequent breath tests indicated that the male driver was over the legal limit.

Jacob ROGERS, 20 years of age from Sarnia, ON has a Sarnia court date of June 9, 2014 to answer to the charge of Driving Over the Legal Limit.
