(Havelock Belmont Methuen Township, ON) – On Monday June16 at approximately 10:00 p.m., members of the Peterborough County OPP were called to investigate a report of a Break and Enter that occurred on Ottawa Street in Havelock.
Between 8:30 and 10:00 p.m. on June 16, unknown suspects entered a closed variety store. Upon entering the store the suspects rummaged through the store, and stole a quantity of snack foods and beverages, lotto scratch tickets and a small quantity of cash from the till.
The suspects then left the store leaving it insecure.
Members of the Forensic Identification Unit attended the scene for the collection of evidence regarding the crime.
