(CALEDON, ON)- On May 23, 2014, officers from the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended a Chester Drive residence to investigate a break and enter. Sometime between 3:15 and 3:45 pm, suspect(s) entered the property through a side gate. Once inside the backyard, the suspect(s) entered the residence through an unlocked door. The suspect(s) stole jewellery including opal necklaces and four gold service pins.
Police are reminding residents to contact the OPP Communications Centre immediately at 1-888-310-1122 to report any suspicious activity or suspicious vehicles in the area. Information such as suspect physical descriptions, suspect vehicles and direction of travel are useful tools for investigators.
