(CALEDON, ON)- On June 19, 2014 at 5:30 pm, officers from the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to an attempt break and enter on Tarquini Crescent in the Village of Bolton.
Investigation revealed that the attempt break in occurred sometime between 5:00 and 5:15 pm. Occupants reported that they heard a loud noise from the back of the residence and upon checking, discovered that the glass on the back door had been shattered. The occupants looked outside and observed a male running in the back of the property. The occupants went to the second floor and saw a black Ford Mustang leaving the driveway.
Police are reminding residents to contact the OPP Communications Centre immediately at 1-888-310-1122 to report any suspicious activity or suspicious vehicles in the area. Information such as suspect physical descriptions, suspect vehicles and direction of travel are useful tools for investigators.
