(Prince Edward County, ON) â€â€On May 02, 2014 at 7:42pm an officer with the Ontario Provincial Police Prince Edward County detachment located the subject of a traffic complaint travelling on County Road 5, Picton. The driver had been consuming alcohol.
58-year old Christopher MOLLOY of Trenton, ON is charged with Operating While Impaired, contrary to Section 253(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada and Operation With Over 80 mgs. of Alcohol, contrary to Section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was later released from police custody on a promise to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice, Picton on May 02, 2014.
