Repeat Offenders Arrested Again #3Strikes

As part of ongoing crime suppression efforts, Waterloo Regional Police have arrested two wanted males and laid drug-related charges following a search warrant in Cambridge.

On June 12, 2025, members of WRPS’ Direct Action Response Team (DART) located and arrested two wanted individuals in the Preston area of Cambridge. The first, a 38-year-old male from Kitchener, was wanted on four warrants for offences including break and enter, failing to attend court, and failing to comply with a release order. The second, a 33-year-old male from Cambridge, was wanted by the Stratford Police Service on three outstanding warrants.

DART investigators subsequently completed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act warrant at a residence on King Street East in Cambridge on June 13, 2025. Police seized drugs, including suspected fentanyl, methamphetamine, cocaine, oxycodone, and hydromorphone. Weapons, including an improvised conducted energy weapon (CEW), a replica rifle, and pepper spray, were seized.

As a result of the investigation, the two males were charged with additional offences, including:

  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking (five counts)
  • Careless use of a firearm (four counts)
  • Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose (two counts)

The accused parties were held in police custody for a bail hearing.

Repeat Offenders Arrested Again

(GREATER NAPANEE, ON) – A search warrant in Greater Napanee has led to three people facing charges.

On Thursday, May 15, 2025, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) East Region Community Street Crime Unit, and officers from the East Region Tactics and Response Unit, attended a residence on Palace Road to execute a search warrant. Officers located just over 32 grams of suspected methamphetamine as well as a loaded .22 caliber rifle, over 350 rounds of ammunition and just under $3,000 in cash.

Matthew LESSARD, a 36-year-old from Greater Napanee, Kiersha WHITE, a 35-year-old from Greater Napanee and Douglas WOOD, a 36-year-old from Belleville, were charged jointly with:

  • Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
  • Careless storage of a firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition
  • Proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5000
  • Unauthorized possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm
  • Knowledge of unauthorized possession of firearm
  • Possession of loaded prohibited or restricted firearm
  • Possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking

LESSARD and WOOD were additionally charged with failing to comply with an undertaking and failing to comply with a probation order. WHITE was additionally charged with failing to comply with a probation order.

All three accused were held in custody pending a bail hearing before the Ontario Court of Justice in Greater Napanee on May 16, 2025.

Stolen Property Recovered – 2 Arrested #3Strikes

(ADELAIDE METCALFE, ON) – Middlesex County OPP members have recovered a utility trailer and two riding lawnmowers in Adelaide Metcalfe.

On April 23, 2025, at 10:02 a.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), were dispatched to a storage facility at 28607 Centre Road in Adelaide Metcalfe for the report of a utility trailer and two zero turn riding mowers that had previously been reported as stolen out of London.

As police entered the facility, the suspect vehicle was attempting to exit, at which time a traffic stop was initiated.

Two individuals were arrested and taken into custody.

As a result, Ernest REID, a 39-year-old of London has been charged under the Criminal Code and Highway Traffic Act with:

  • Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 – in Canada (three counts)
  • Possession Break In Instruments
  • Operation While Prohibited under the Criminal Code
  • Driving while under suspension (three counts)

As a result, Cody NEEPIN, a 38-year-old of London has been charged under the Criminal Code and Controlled Drugs and Substances Act with:

  • Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 – in Canada (three counts)
  • Possession Break In Instruments
  • Fail to Comply with Probation Order (two counts)
  • Poss of a Schedule I Substance – Methamphetamine
  • Poss of a Schedule I Substance – Opioid (other than heroin)

The accused were both held for bail.

Repeat Offenders Arrested: KWIATKOWSKI, KWIATKOWSKI & CIWINSKI

(ORILLIA, ON) – On February 19, 2025, at approximately 8:20 p.m., officers of the Orillia Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to investigate a theft in progress at a local Orillia business on Monarch Drive. Reports revealed that three suspects were concealing several electronic devices in their possession. These same suspects were observed by staff in the last month taking items from the store.

As Lost Prevention approached the suspects, they entered a Silver Mazda 5 and headed towards Hwy 11. Shortly after Police were able to locate the vehicle on Hwy 11 Southbound  between Line 14 and 13 placing all three suspects under arrest. 

After further investigation police learned that one male party was currently on a release order from Montreal Police and Toronto Police Services for similar offences with conditions.   A second male party was wanted out of Halton Regional for similar charges. A third male party would be identified through fingerprints, resulting in Canada Boarder Services being contacted.

As a result over $32,000 of stolen merchandise was seized and recovered from the vehicle.

Sylwester CIWINSKI of Toronto, has been charged with:

·      Adult Possession Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000 – in Canada

·      Adult Theft Under $5,000 – Shoplifting X 2

·      Adult Failure to comply with release order – other than to attend court

The accused was held in police custody pending a bail hearing.

Flip KWIATKOWSKI of Brampton, has been charged with:

·      Adult Theft Under $5,000 – Shoplifting X 2

·      Adult Resist Peace Officer

·      Adult Obstruct Peace Officer

·      Adult Possession Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000 – in Canada

The accused was held in police custody pending a bail hearing.

Roman KWIATKOWSKI of Brampton, has been charged with:

·      Adult Theft Under $5,000 – Shoplifting X 2

·      Adult Possession Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000 – in Canada

Repeat Offenders Arrested Again – Cocaine A Factor

(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON) – Members from the City of Kawartha Lakes Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a call for service involving a suspected impaired driver in Fenelon Falls.

On Saturday December 07, 2024 at approximately 3:54 am officers were notified of a possible impaired driver. Responding officers located the motor vehicle in question in Fenelon Falls. Through investigation the driver and passenger were arrested and charged with Criminal Code, Controlled Drug and Substances Act, Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act and Liquor License Act offences.

Cody Puffer, 35-year-old of Norwood, was charged with:

  • Possession of a Prohibited Device or Ammunition
  • Possession of a Schedule I substance – Cocaine
  • Operation While Prohibited under the Criminal Code
  • Obstruct Peace Officer
  • Breach of Recognizance
  • Fail to Comply with Probation Order (x2)
  • Fail to Have Insurance Card
  • Drive Motor Vehicle with Liquor Readily Available

Ashley Fenton, 31-year-old of Port Hope was charged with:

  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Cocaine
  • Possession of a Prohibited Device or Ammunition
  • Fail to Comply with Probation Order

Both driver and passenger were held for a bail hearing with the Ontario Court of Justice.

Officer Assaulted By Repeat Offender In Meaford – Details Released

(MEAFORD, ON) – On April 6, 2024, the Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call that an assault occurred at a property on Highway 6&10 in the Municipality of Meaford.

Police attended and learned that the caller located an individual trespassing on his property. When the caller approached the individual, the caller was stuck with a golf club. The individual proceeded to strike and damage the caller’s side by side. As the police were attempting to gain control of the individual, the individual resisted arrest and uttered death threats towards the caller and police.

As a result, Dustin Mills, 50-years-of age was charged with:

·      Assault with a weapon

·      Mischief under $5000 (three counts)

·      Possession of weapon for dangerous purpose

·      Resist peace officer

·      Uttering threats cause death or bodily hard (2 counts)

·      Fail to comply with release order (2 counts)

The accused was held pending a bail hearing.

Goderich Court “Docket” Released For First Time – #TakeBackCanada #PedophileHunt

Over 80 home invaders, attempted murderers, repeat offenders, drunk drivers, meth heads, thieves, and maybe a even a few pedophiles, are expected to be in Goderich court 25Mar2024.
