One Airlifted To Hospital – Richard MOORE Arrested Again #3Strikes

(TOWNSHIP OF MUSKOKA LAKES, ON) – The Bracebridge Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a boating collision that occurred on Skeleton Lake in Muskoka Lakes Township that sent one person to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

On July 19, 2025, just before 5:00 p.m. Bracebridge OPP officers along with Muskoka EMS and Muskoka Lakes Fire Department, received several emergency calls from members of the public reporting that there had been a boating collision on Skeleton Lake in Muskoka Lakes Township near Skeleton Lake Road 5. Callers reported that a boat had collided with a swimmer and people on shore had managed to bring the victim out of the water. First responders were on scene quickly and the victim, a 22-year-old Georgina man, was rushed to hospital and further transported by air to a Toronto area hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Police located the operator of the vessel and have arrested and charged 39-year-old Richard MOORE of Niagara Falls, ON with the following:

  • Impaired Operation Causing Bodily Harm
  • Failure/Refusal to Comply with Demand (breath) – Bodily Harm
  • Fail to Stop at Accident Resulting in Bodily Harm
  • Failure to Comply with Release Order

He was held in custody and will appear for a bail hearing in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on Sunday, July 20, 2025.

Thomas RENNER Was Arrested Again

(ELLIOT LAKE, ON) – On July 17, 2025, the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested a person during a traffic stop on Mississauga Avenue.

At approximately 2:25 a.m. police stopped the black car and recognized one of the passengers as being wanted. He was subsequently arrested and charged.

Thomas RENNER, 34-years-old, of Elliot Lake, was charged with:

  • Failure to comply with Release Order – two counts
  • Fail to comply with Probation Order

The accused was scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice Bail Court in Blind River on July 18, 2025.

North Huron Repeat Offender Released Again

(HURON EAST, ON) – On July 1st, 2025, members of the Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a matter involving intimate partners in the Municipality of Huron East.

As a result of the investigation, OPP learned that the involved suspect had allegedly committed criminal acts against their partner.

A 32-year-old individual from North Huron has been arrested and charged under the Criminal Code with the following offences:

–      Criminal Harassment,

–      Breach of Recognizance – (three counts).

The accused was processed, and held for a bail hearing. The accused was later released from custody with a court date scheduled at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on August 11th, 2025.

Darcy MILLER Was Arrested Again – Break & Enter

(BRANT, ON) – On Friday, July 11, 2025, at approximately 6:13 a.m., Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a suspicious person at a vacant commercial property on Old Onondaga Road West in the County of Brant.

Police attended and located an individual on the property. Following investigation, officers determined that unauthorized entry had occurred, and items had been removed from the premises.

As a result, Darcy MILLER, 35-years-old, from Brantford, has been charged with:

  • Break and Enter
  • Theft Under $5,000
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
  • Possession of Break-In Instruments
  • Mischief Under $5,000
  • Failure to Comply with Probation Order

The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing.

Lucas YOUNG Was Arrested Again

(PERTH, ON) – A male, wanted on outstanding arrest warrants, faces new charges after a stolen vehicle was recovered in Perth.

On Friday, July 11, 2025, shortly before 5:30 p.m., a member of the Lanark County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped to check on the occupant of a parked vehicle and a nearby pedestrian.

While talking to the individual who had gotten out of the car and was walking nearby, it was learned that that the driver, who had fled the scene on foot, was wanted on multiple outstanding arrest warrants. It was also learned that the vehicle had been reported as stolen earlier that day.

A tip from a member of the public led officers and the OPP Canine Unit to a nearby location, where the Canine Officer and his partner were able to locate the individual, who was arrested without further incident.

Lucas YOUNG, age 35 of Perth, has been charged with:

  • Obstruct a peace officer
  • Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000
  • Driving without a licence
  • Driving while under suspension
  • Failing to comply with a probation order

These charges are in addition to the outstanding warrants.

The accused was remanded in custody following a bail hearing on Monday, July 14, 2025, and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Perth on July 28, 2025.

Paul WEUSTEN Was Arrested Again

(BANCROFT, ON) – Members of the Bancroft Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have arrested one person for failing to comply with a prohibition order.

On Thursday, July 10, 2025, shortly after 11:00 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop in the Town of Bancroft. One of the parties in the vehicle was found to be breaching the conditions of a prohibition order.

Paul WEUSTEN, 49, of Woodstock has been charged with failure to comply with a prohibition order regarding children- four counts.

The accused was held for bail and remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on July 15, 2025.

Quinton RACINE Was Arrested Again

(LAURENTIAN VALLEY, ON) – A City of Pembroke resident is facing numerous charges after the Upper Ottawa Valley (UOV) Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) located a stopped vehicle on Highway 17.

Shortly before 2:00a.m. on July 12, 2025, members of the UOV OPP observed a stopped vehicle on the shoulder of the road with its driver side door open in the live lane of traffic on Highway 17. As part of the investigation a standardized field sobriety test was conducted, and the driver was transported to the detachment for further testing.  

As a result of the incident 26-year-old Quinton RACINE has been charged with the following Criminal Code (CC), Highway Traffic Act (HTA), Liquor Licence and Control Act (LLCA), and Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act (CAIA) offences:

·      Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs (CC)

·      Fail to comply with probation order (CC)

·      Failure to comply with release order – other than to attend court (CC)

·      Having care or control of a motor vehicle with open container of liquor (LLCA)

·      Fail to surrender permit for motor vehicle (HTA)

·      Driving while under suspension (HTA)

·      Fail to surrender insurance card (CAIA)

The accused had their driver’s licence suspended for 90 days and vehicle impounded for 7 days. The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing on July 12, 2025, and appeared at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke.

Charity Box Stolen – Christopher LANG Arrested Again! #HowLowCanUGo

ESSA, ON) – Officers from the Nottawasaga Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have arrested and charged one individual in connection to a charity box theft in Essa Township.

On July 9, 2025, shortly after 9:00a.m., Nottawasaga OPP responded to a theft incident at a local business on Mill Street in Essa Township. Video footage obtained determined that the male suspect entered the store the night before, stealing a charity box before fleeing the store.

Officers were able to identify the suspect with the assistance from the public and as a result of investigation,

Christopher LANG 28-years-old of Essa was charged with the following:

  • Theft Under $5000
  • Fail to Comply with Probation Order

(ASHFIELD-COLBORNE-WAWANOSH TWP, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged an individual following a break and enter to a shed at a rural property on June 28th, 2025.

At 11:40 a.m. on Saturday, June 28, 2025, OPP were contacted about an individual that was discovered unlawfully in a shed by a property owner on MTO Road in ACW Twp. Officers arrived on scene and arrested the individual who was identified and charged with several criminal offences.

Goderich Theft – Ashley HUDSON Arrested Again #3Strikes

(GODERICH, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a Goderich-area resident following a theft from a retail store in the Town of Goderich on June 28, 2025. 

On Saturday, June 28th, 2025, Huron County OPP officers were contacted by store staff who reported a minor theft that had occurred that same day. The suspect was captured on video surveillance and police were able to identify the culprit.

Officers located and arrested the suspect soon after. The accused has been charged as follows:

Ashley HUDSON, 34 years-of-age from No Fixed Address has been charged with:

–      Theft Under $5,000,

–      Fail to Comply with Probation Order.

The accused was processed and held for a bail hearing where they were later released from custody with a pending court appearance at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on July 21st, 2025.

(NORTH HURON, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged an individual following an incident that took place in the Township of North Huron on Wednesday June 25th, 2025.   

On June 25th, 2025, police were contacted about an individual who was causing a disturbance in the Town of Wingham, North Huron. Police attended and located the individual who was arrested. During their arrest, the accused resisted but was eventually taken into custody.

–      Resist Peace Officer.

Goderich Repeat Offender Arrested Again – Cory HODGES

(BLUEWATER, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a Goderich resident with several criminal driving offences following a single-vehicle collision in the Municipality of Bluewater, on June 16th, 2025. 

Just after 11:00 p.m. on Monday, June 16, 2025, Huron County OPP officers responded to a report of a vehicle that had been travelling northbound on Bluewater Highway at a high rate of speed and left the roadway near Sugarbush Road, just south of Bayfield. The vehicle was heavily damaged, and the driver was located nearby with minor injuries. Police arrested the driver for impaired operation and dangerous driving and also discovered that they were prohibited from driving a motor vehicle.

As a result of the investigation, the accused has been charged as follows:

Cory HODGES, 38 years-of-age from Goderich has been charged with:

–      Dangerous Operation,

–      Impaired Operation – Alcohol and Drug,

–      Impaired Operation – Over 80,

–      Operation while Prohibited – (two counts),

–      Take Motor Vehicle without Consent,

–      Fail to Comply with Probation Order,

–      Drive While Under Suspension (three counts).

Stephen Beaudrie – Assault With Weapon #3Strikes

(PRINCE EDWARD COUNTY, ON) – Members of the Prince Edward County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) charged an individual after responding to a disturbance.

On Thursday July 3, 2025 around 3:30 p.m. officers responded to an incident in Picton where an individual had been assaulted and property was damaged.

Upon officers making the arrest, the individual became assaultive with police and OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT) members of the OPP were called in to assist.

Stephen Beaudrie, 39, from Picton was charged with the following offences:

  • Assault with a weapon
  • Mischief under $5000 – two counts
  • Uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm – four counts
  • Assaulting a peace officer – four counts
  • Fail to comply with probation order

The individual was remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on July 7, 2025.

Lori VANEVERY Was Arrested Again

(RENFREW, ON) – The Renfrew Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged one person after responding to an unwanted person call for service.

On Friday, June 27, 2025, at approximately 9:00 a.m., Renfrew OPP responded to an unwanted person call for service on Mason Avenue in the Town of Renfrew.

As a result of the investigation, Lori VANEVERY, age 66 of Renfrew was charged with:

–      Fail to comply probation order (7 counts)

–      Mischief interferes with lawful use enjoyment or operation of property over $5000 (2 counts)

–      Theft under $5000 (1 count)

The accused was help for a bail hearing.

Allysia SOLOMON Was Arrested

(GARDEN RIVER FIRST NATION, ON) – A suspended driver is facing criminal charges following a traffic stop east of Sault Ste. Marie.  

On June 20, 2025, at approximately 2:21 p.m., an officer with the Sault Ste. Marie detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police was conducting general patrol on Highway 17 in Garden River First Nation, when they observed an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) travelling at a high rate of speed. They also observed a rear passenger on the ATV who was not wearing a helmet. A traffic stop was conducted, where the driver provided a false name to the officer. Investigation revealed the driver’s true identity, and confirmed the driver had a suspended licence under the Highway Traffic Act. The driver was also on court-ordered conditions not to occupy the driver’s seat of a motor vehicle. 

As a result, Allysia SOLOMON, 29 years-of-age, of Garden River First Nation was arrested and charged with:

  • Personation with intent to avoid arrest
  • Driving while under suspension – three counts
  • Fail to comply with undertaking

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on August 4, 2025 in Sault Ste. Marie.

Additionally, the passenger of the ATV, a 32-year-old from Garden River First Nation, was charged with:

  • Passenger – no helmet
  • Permit unlicenced person to drive motor vehicle
