2 Arrested For Break & Enter – Names Released

(LEAMINGTON, ON) – Leamington Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have made arrests after investigating a series of reported break and enters at bunkhouses in the Municipality of Leamington.

The individuals have been arrested and charged in relation to Break and Enters reported on November 11 and November 25, 2024. 

On November 25, 2024, at approximately 09:55 p.m., members of the Essex County OPP Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) conducted a traffic stop of a suspected stolen vehicle on Erie Street North in the Municipality of Leamington. Two occupants of the vehicle were arrested. Investigators located items including personal identification and credit cards. 

Christopher TAVARES, 35 years-of age from Leamington has been charged with:

  • Use of Credit Card (Nine counts)
  • Break, Enter dwelling house – commit indictable offence (Two Counts)
  • Disguise with Intent (Three Counts)
  • Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 – in Canada
  • Possession Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000 – in Canada
  • Possession of an identity document

The accused was held pending a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor.

Peter FRIESEN, 43 years-of age from Leamington has been charged with:

  • Break, Enter dwelling house – commit indictable offence
  • Possession of an identity document
  • Possession Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000 – in Canada

The accused was held pending a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor.

Taylor KEIZER-DOUGLAS – Break & Enter, Etc.

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – An individual has been charged with multiple offences following an investigation into a home invasion in Simcoe.

At approximately 3:53 a.m. on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, officers from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment responded to a report of a home invasion on Victoria Street in Simcoe, Norfolk County.

It was determined that an individual unlawfully entered a residence on the property and interacted with four occupants inside. During the incident, the individual damaged property within the home and took items belonging to the occupants. No injuries were reported.

When officers arrived at the scene, they confronted the individual attempting to flee. During the interaction, the individual brandished an edged weapon but was taken into custody without further incident. No injuries were reported.

30-year-old Taylor KEIZER-DOUGLAS of Haldimand County has been charged with the following alleged offences:

  • Break, enter a place – commit indictable offence,
  • Mischief under $5,000,
  • Theft under $5,000,
  • Assault a Peace Officer while threatening to use a weapon.

The accused has been held in custody and is scheduled to appear for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe on Tuesday, November 19, 2024.

Jacques MAYER Was Arrested

(WEST NIPISSINGON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) located and charged a person after receiving a report of a break and enter.

On November 9, 2024, at approximately 11:54 a.m., the Nipissing West Detachment of the OPP responded to a break and enter at a business on Main Street, West Nipissing.

Police located and arrested the lone individual involved in the break and enter. As a result of the investigation, Jacques MAYER, 46 years-of-age, from West Nipissing was charged with, break, enter a place – with intent to commit indictable offence and possession of a schedule I substance.

The accuse was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on December 5, 2024, in North Bay.

Ryan ABRAHIM Facing Numerous Charges

(KEMPTVILLE, ON) -A traffic complaint on Highway 401, near the Town of Prescott, has led to multiple criminal charges against an individual from Ottawa.

On Saturday, November 9, 2024, members of the Grenville County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a vehicle on Highway 401 eastbound being driven erratically.

Officers located and followed the vehicle to a store parking lot in the Municipality of North Grenville. They approached the vehicle, and their subsequent investigation resulted in the arrest of one individual. The investigation revealed that the vehicle was stolen, and that the driver was suspected of being impaired by drugs. During a search of the vehicle, officers also found break-in tools and suspected opioids.

As a result of the investigation, Ryan ABRAHIM, age 44 of Ottawa has been charged with:

  • Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime
  • Theft over $5,000 of a motor vehicle
  • Possession of automobile master key
  • Possession break in instruments
  • Dangerous operation
  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drug
  • Possession of a schedule 1 substance – opioid
  • Drive motor vehicle – no licence
  • Driving while under suspension

This accused was held for a bail hearing and has since been remanded in custody.

Break & Enter – Names Released

(CORUNNA, ON) – The Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged two individuals following a suspicious person investigation.

On November 7, 2024, shortly after 5:00 p.m., members of the Lambton County OPP received a report of two suspicious individuals at a residence on Cameron Street in Corunna.

Lambton County OPP members, with the assistance of West Region OPP Canine Unit and the West Region OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT), located and arrested two individuals at a nearby residence without incident.

As a result of the investigation, Hunter RADYCHEWSKY, 23-year-old of Sarnia, was arrested and charged under the Criminal Code with the following offences:

  • Break, Enter a place – with intent to commit indictable offence
  • Possession of weapon for dangerous purpose

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on December 4, 2024, in the City of Sarnia.

Kayleb TRAQUAIR, 23-year-old of no fixed address, has been arrested and charged with the following offence:

  • Break, Enter a place – with intent to commit indictable offence

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on December 5, 2024, in the City of Sarnia.

Aaron CHEYNE – Theft, Break & Enter

(HURON EAST, ON) – An investigation conducted by the Huron-Perth Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Community Street Crimes Unit (CSCU), Wellington County CSCU, and Huron County OPP detachment resulted in the seizure of stolen property and charges laid against a Huron East resident.

A break, enter and theft investigation in Central Huron was initiated by members of the Huron OPP detachment which led investigators to a suspect in the Municipality of Huron East.

On Tuesday, November 05, 2024, a search warrant was executed in Seaforth which resulted in the seizure of stolen property. One individual has been arrested and charged.

Aaron CHEYNE, 40 years of age from Huron East has been charged with:

  • Break, enter a place – with Intent to Commit an Indictable Offence,
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000,
  • Theft of Motor Vehicle,
  • Operation while Prohibited,
  • Theft,
  • Theft – Intent to Steal,
  • Mischief – destroys or damages property – (two counts).

The accused was processed and was later released from custody with a court date scheduled at the Goderich Ontario Court of Justice on December 9, 2024.

Jamie-Lynn JONCAS – Break & Enter

(ELLIOT LAKE, ON) – Employee charged after money went missing at retirement home.

A tenant at the home was victim to theft of cash from their room approximately three weeks prior. On November 2, the tenant left their room for breakfast, but this time activated a camera. A retirement home employee was caught entering the tenant’s room unauthorized and going through drawers and a wallet.  The tenant reported the matter to the retirement home administrative director and the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were later called. The employee was subsequently arrested on November 5.    

Jamie-Lynn JONCAS, 42-years-old, of Elliot Lake, was charged with:

  • Break, enter a place with intent to commit indictable offence
  • Criminal breach of trust

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Elliot Lake on December 12, 2024.

Clayton ARCH – Break & Enter

(MIDLAND,ON) – A theft of vehicle report to the OPP Communication Centre at approximately 8:26 a.m. October 23, 2024 resulted in members of the Southern Georgian Bay OPP Detachment attending an Ottawa Street Midland address to conduct an investigation. This investigation led to identification of a suspect and further to the recovery of the stolen 2014 Jeep which contained stolen property parked in front of a multi-resident residence on Elizabeth Street, Midland.

On October 24, 2024 officers were dispatched to the First Street and Yonge Street, Midland area for an unwanted persons call and located and arrested the suspect in the theft of vehicle investigation and released the individual with a future court date.

On October 25, 2024 at approximately 4:27 p.m. a community member observed an individual forcefully breaking into an Midland Avenue apartment and contacted the police. Responding officers located and arrested the suspect at the Midland Avenue apartment.

Charged in connection with both investigations is Clayton ARCH 42 years of Midland with the following offences.

  • Possession Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000 – in Canada
  • Break, Enter a place – with intent to commit indictable offence

Both offences contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada

The accused has been released from custody and will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice  on December 5, 2024.

David KIRKWOOD – Break & Enter

(NORTH GRENVILLE, ON) -The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) East Region Community Street Crime Unit has made an arrest and recovered property less than 24 hours after a theft.

The investigation began on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, after a theft at a North Grenville business. Copper wire and a utility trailer were taken. The total value of the items was around $15,000.

As a result of the investigation, as search warrant was executed at a North Grenville residence later that day and the stolen property was recovered. One person was arrested at the scene.

David KIRKWOOD, age 41 of North Grenville, has been charged with:

  • Break and enter to commit an indictable offence
  • Possession of property obtained by crime – over $5000
  • Possession of property obtained by crime – under $5000

The accused was held in custody with a bail hearing scheduled before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brockville on October 24, 2024.

The investigation is continuing.

Usamah KASIS BISHARA Facing Numerous Charges

(CALEDON, ON) – Members of the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have laid charges in connection to a break and enter investigation.

On September 26, 2024, a break and enter was reported at a residence on Valleygreen Crescent, in the Town of Caledon. High-valuable items were stolen, including vehicle key fobs.

On October 1, 2024, police were called while the suspect was re-attending the same residence to steal a motor vehicle but was not successful. Officers attended and located the suspect vehicle and seized it.  

On that same day, the Caledon Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU), with the assistance of the Dufferin OPP CSCU, executed a search warrant in both the vehicle and a residence. Evidence, including stolen property and currency, was located and seized.

As a result of the investigation, Usamah KASIS BISHARA, 31, of Maple, was charged with:

• Enter dwelling house – commit indictable offence

• Enter dwelling house with intent to commit indictable offence – two counts

• Possession of break in instruments 

• Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000 

• Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000

• Possession of a forged document with Intent 

• Disguise with Intent 

• Possession of a credit card – five counts

• Possession of identity document – seven counts 

The accused was held for a Bail Hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville.

Lincoln PRZYBILLA-HUNTER – Break & Enter

(ELLIOT LAKE, ON) – The East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested a person in relation to a break-in on Amsterdam Road in Elliot Lake.

On October 16, 2024, at approximately 4:30 a.m. police were called by a resident on Amsterdam Road stating that an unknown man just entered their house with a knife, was acting very erratic, and looked to be high on drugs. Upon police arrival, the man ran out of the residence yelling that there was a bear chasing him. Because of the man’s delusional state and threat to public safety involving a knife in his possession, police safely and effectively arrested him and he was taken to the hospital for assessment.  

Lincoln PRZYBILLA-HUNTER, 27-years-old from Orillia was charged with:

·      Break, enter a place – with intent to commit indictable offence (two counts)

·      Resist Peace Officer

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice Bail Court on this date.

2 Arrested For Break & Enter

(MIDLAND,ON) – Members of the Southern Georgian Bay OPP Detachment responding to a report of a break and enter at an unoccupied Fifth Street, Midland residence promptly made arrests upon arrival and after a brief scene investigation.

At approximately 6:34 p.m. October 12, 2024, officers observed two individuals exit the residence and made arrests for being in the residence. Further investigation at the scene resulted in the seizure of a quantity of a substance believed to be fentanyl.

Charged in the investigation is Blair Edward CLARE 32 years of no fixed address, Midland with following criminal offence.

  • Break, Enter a dwelling house with intent to commit indictable offence

Also charged is Kayla LECAMP 36 years of Barrie with the following criminal offences.

  • Break, Enter a dwelling house with intent to commit indictable offence
  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking-Opioid (other than heroin)
  • Fail to Comply with Probation Order

The accused persons were released to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice  on November 28, 2024..

(BROCKTON, ON) – On September 6, 2024, at approximately 7:14 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a break & enter to a residence along Bruce Road 4 in Brockton.

As a result of the investigation, on October 9, 2024, the South Bruce OPP arrested and charged one individual with numerous offences.

Cheyenne FORTUNE, 31-years-old from Hanover was charged with:

  • Mischief Under $5,000
  • Theft Over $5,000

3 Facing Breaking & Enter Charges

(DAWN-EUPHEMIA, ON) – On Monday, October 7, 2024, shortly after 5:00 a.m., Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to a report of a break and enter and theft at a business on Florence Road in Dawn-Euphemia Township.

Investigation revealed that at approximately 4:30 a.m., four individuals arrived on the property in pick-up truck. The individuals entered the business after smashing the front window subsequently steeling a large amount of power tools prior to fleeing the area. The approximate value of stolen tools is $10,000.

A short time later, the suspect vehicle was located by Lambton OPP at an address on Jane Street in Thamesville, at which time three individuals fled on foot. Further investigation revealed the vehicle was reported stolen out of Strathroy.

Members of the OPP Canine, Emergency Response Team (ERT) and Chatham-Kent Police Service were dispatched to the area to assist in the investigation.

Three individuals were located and taken into custody without incident.

As a result, Ian BRUCE, 42-year-old and Bethanne JULIAN, 38-year-old, both of Chatham, have been arrested and charged under the Criminal Code with the following offences:

  • Break, enter a place – commit indictable offence
  • Possession property obtained by crime over $5,000

The accused have been released from custody and are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice – Sarnia on November 4, 2024, to speak to the charges.

Tyson SNAKE, 41-year-old of Moravian First Nation, was arrested and charged under the Criminal Code with the following offences:

  • Break, enter a place – commit indictable offence
  • Possession property obtained by crime over $5,000
  • Failure to comply with release order – other than to attend court

The accused was held pending a bail hearing and subsequently remanded into custody.

The Lambton OPP is seeking the assistance of the public in identifying one suspect in the attached photo. The suspect is described as approximately 5’5″- 5’7″, average build, wearing a light coloured hoodie, with dark running shoes.

Jacob KRAMER – Break & Enter, Theft, Etc.

(BRACEBRIDGE, ON) – Bracebridge Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged one local man in relation to several robbery’s that have occurred in Gravenhurst.  

Bracebridge OPP, with the assistance of the Muskoka Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) has been investigating several break and enters and robbery’s that have occurred in Gravenhurst during August and September 2024 along Highway 11 North and South between Kilworthy Road and Highway 118 E.

The investigation produced one suspect and on September 18, 2024, police, with the support of the OPP Tactics and Rescue Unit (TRU), executed a warrant at a residence on Ure Road in Gravenhurst. Police arrested and charged 23-year-old Jacob KRAMER of Gravenhurst with the following:

  • Break and Enter X 3
  • Robbery X 3
  • Theft Under $5000 X 2
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime

He was held in custody for a bail hearing in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge later today, September 19, 2024, to answer to his charges.
