Government Supremacists/Neo Nazis Vandalize Mount Forest #TheRiseOfTheSS

(TOWNSHIP OF WELLINGTON NORTH, ON) – On January 5, 2023, Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of mischief at a public building on Main Street North, Mount Forest. It was reported that sometime between 10:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., on January 5, 2023, unknown persons carved swastikas on a bathroom wall and plugged a toilet with paper at the Wellington County Library, Mount Forest branch.

On January 6, 2023, Wellington County OPP received a report of mischief at a public building on Princess Street, Mount Forest. It was reported that sometime between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., on January 4, 2022, unknown persons clogged toilets with paper and turned over garbage cans in a bathroom at the Mount Forest & District Sports Complex. It was also reported that sometime between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., on January 5, 2022, unknown persons lit toilet paper on fire and marked swastikas and vulgar rhetoric on a bathroom wall.

On January 6, 2023, Wellington County OPP received a report of mischief at a business on Main Street South, Mount Forest. It was reported that sometime in the proceeding day, unknown persons marked swastikas in the restaurant’s bathroom.

24 Year Old Arrested – Resisting Arrest

(GODERICH, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a resident of Goderich with assaulting police and resisting arrest. 

On Thursday, December 29, 2022, at approximately 9:00 p.m., Huron County OPP was contacted to assist with a family dispute on Cameron Street in the town of Goderich. When police arrived, they interacted with a female at the residence who was verbally abusive and had been drinking alcohol. The female pushed the officer and grabbed the officer’s vest. The female was eventually placed under arrest, at which time she resisted the arrest, trying to pull away from the officer. The suspect was handcuffed and transported to the Huron OPP detachment in Clinton for processing.

As a result of the incident, Huron County OPP has charged 24-year-old Kayleigh SINCLAIR from Goderich with the following offences:

–      Assault a Peace Officer

–      Resist Peace Officer

The accused has been released with a court date in February 2023.

Aaron WEDGE Arrested Again – Break & Enter, Etc.

(GODERICH, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a transient person with several criminal offences after OPP were contacted on the evening of December 29th. 

On Thursday, December 29, 2022, at approximately 10:00 p.m. Huron County OPP received a report of a break, enter and mischief to the North Street United Church. Investigating officers learned that staff at the church had previously banned a transient male from the property due to his behaviour and non-compliance, however, the male returned and forced his way into the church and was found crawling through the first and second floor ceiling space. The male eventually fell through the drywall, causing damage, and was again removed from the property, at which point the OPP were called to attend. Officers located the suspect in Goderich shortly after, at which time he resisted arrest. The suspect was eventually handcuffed and transported to the Huron OPP detachment in Clinton for processing.

As a result of the investigation, Huron County OPP has charged 32-year-old Aaron WEDGE of no fixed address with the following offences:

–      Break and Enter

–      Mischief Under $5,000

–      Resist Peace Officer

–      Fail to Comply with Probation Order x 4 counts

The accused was held for a bail hearing and later remanded into custody.

Kaleb DOLMAGE Arrested Again – Weapons, etc.

(NORTH PERTH, ON) – On January 2, 2023, just after 2:00 a.m., a Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer stopped a male on a bicycle at a business located on Wallace Avenue North in the Municipality of North Perth. The subject falsely identified himself to the officer.

Further investigation determined the true identify of the male. The male gave a false name to avoid arrest for a curfew condition.

A search incident to arrest revealed the accused to be in possession of multiple weapons including a BB gun.

As a result, Kaleb DOLMAGE, 21-year-old of North Perth has been charged with:

–      Personation with intent to avoid arrest, prosecution or obstruct justice (Identity fraud)

–      Failure to comply with release order – other than to attend court (2 counts)

–      Carrying concealed weapon (3 counts)

–      Carry concealed Prohibited Device or Ammunition

The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing.

Sarah HATTON – Drunk Driving

(PERTH EAST, ON) – Another impaired driver was arrested in Perth County.

On January 1, 2023, just before 4:00 p.m. a Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a wanted person pull into their driveway located on St Andrew Street in the Municipality of West Perth.

During the investigation, the officer noted that the driver had been drinking alcohol. A roadside screening device was administered. The driver was arrested and transported to a local operations center for further testing.

Sarah HATTON, 35, of West Perth, has been charged with:

–      Operation while impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus)

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (A.D.L.S.) and 30-day Vehicle Impoundment was initiated as per statute. The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.

Zachary POWELL – Drunk Driving

(PERTH COUNTY, ON) – On December 31, 2022, just before 12:00 p.m., officers from the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Cobble Hills Road in Perth County.

When officers arrived at scene, the driver had already fled the scene. Officers located the driver nearby and they were subsequently arrested for impaired operation. The driver was transported to a local hospital where further testing was completed.

Zachary POWELL, 21-year-old of St. Mary’s, has been charged with:

–      Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs

–      Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford at a later date to answer to the charge.

17 Year Old Killed By Suspended Driver – Heather RICHARDSON Arrested

(SOUTH HURON, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers have been investigating a fatal collision that took place near Crediton in June 2022.

On June 29, 2022, at approximately 9:50 p.m., Huron County OPP, Huron County Paramedic Services and the South Huron Fire Department responded to a report of a cyclist that was struck by a vehicle east of Crediton, on Crediton Road (Huron County Road #10).

A 17-year-old male cyclist from South Huron was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Members from the West Region OPP Traffic Incident Management & Enforcement (TIME) Team attended the scene to assist with the collision investigation.

As a result of an investigation conducted by the Huron O.P.P., the driver of the involved vehicle has since been charged.

Heather RICHARDSON, 41 years of age, from South Huron has been charged with:

–      Operation While Prohibited

–      Driving While Under Suspension

The accused has been released from custody with a Goderich court date in January 2023.

Tyler MORAN – Assault

(SOUTHGATE, ON) – The Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged an individual following an altercation.

On December 31, 2022, at approximately 7:46 p.m., the Grey Bruce OPP responded to a report of an altercation on Grey Road 109 in the Township of Southgate.

Once on scene, and individual was placed under arrest after a brief struggle with officers.

The Grey Bruce OPP have charged Tyler MORAN, 40 years-of-age with the following offences:

  • Assault
  • Resist Peace Officer
  • Mischief under $5,000

The accused was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound at a later date.

Cedric SCHELKLE – Assault With A Weapon

(MEAFORD, ON) – The Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged an individual following an altercation.

On December 31, 2022, at approximately 8:55 a.m., the Grey Bruce OPP responded to a report of an altercation on Sykes Street North in the Municipality of Meaford.

Later on in the day, and individual was placed under arrest in relation to the investigation.

The Grey Bruce OPP have charged Cedric SCHELKLE, 57 years-of-age with the following offences:

  • Assault
  • Assault with a weapon
  • Unlawfully in dwelling house

The accused was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound at a later date.

Another Break & Enter – MORRIS & WEILER Arrested

(MEAFORD, ON) – The Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged two individuals after a break and enter in Meaford.

On December 31, 2022, at approximately 3:24 a.m., the Grey Bruce OPP responded to a suspicious vehicle at a business on Grey Road 12 in the Municipality of Meaford.

Once on scene, officers located two individuals and placed them under arrest.

The Grey Bruce OPP have charged Tammy MORRIS, 46 years-of-age from the Municipality of Meaford with the following offences:

  • Break, enter a place – with intent to commit indictable offence
  • Possession property obtained by crime under $5,000

The Grey Bruce OPP have also charged Scott WEILER, 34 years-of-age from the Municipality of Meaford with the following offences:

  • Break, enter a place – with intent to commit indictable offence
  • Possession property obtained by crime under $5,000

Both accused were released and are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound at a later date.

Austin & Scott MACLEOD Arrested After Being Caught In The Act

(SOUTH BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – The Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged two individuals after they were caught during a break and enter.

On January 2, 2023, at approximately 9:02 p.m., the Grey Bruce OPP responded to a report of noises coming from an abandoned building in the Town of South Bruce Peninsula.

Once on scene, officers confirmed the noises, and entered the premise. Two accused individuals were located inside attempting to steal various items.

The Grey Bruce OPP have arrested and charged Austin MACLEOD, 27 years-of-age, from South Bruce Peninsula, and Scott MACLEOD, 62 years-of-age from South Bruce Peninsula with the following offences:

  • Break, enter a place – commit indictable offence
  • Mischief Under $5,000 (two counts)

Both accused were released and are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound at a later date.

BOISMIER – Assault With Weapon, Threats, Etc.

(LAKESHORE, ON) – On December 29, 2022, members of the Lakeshore Detachment Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), were dispatched to a Linda Crescent address, Town of Lakeshore, for the report of theft of a utility trailer.

It was determined that the accused took a utility trailer, when confronted by the victim an altercation occurred and the accused left the scene and was later located by officers.

As a result of the investigation, Reginald James BOISMIER, 53 years-of-age of Lakeshore, has been charged with:

·        Assault with A Weapon

·        Uttering Threats – Cause death or Bodily Harm

·        Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 – in Canada

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor at a later date.

Hung Thanh NGUYEN – Drunk Driving

(LAKESHORE, ON) – Members from the Lakeshore Detachment Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) located, stopped and investigated a vehicle after receiving a report that a suspected impaired driver was travelling on County Road 22 in the Municipality of Lakeshore.

On January 2, 2023, at approximately 8:39 p.m., officers located the vehicle in Belle River, Municipality of Lakeshore.

As a result of the investigation, Lakeshore OPP has charged Kevin Hung Thanh NGUYEN, 52-years-of-age of Lakeshore, Ontario with the following:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol
  • Failure or refusal to comply with demand

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (ADLS) and a 7-day Vehicle Impoundment was initiated as per statute.

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor at a later date.

Arson – Brandon CARROLL Arrested

(WALKERTON, ON) – On December 1, 2022, at 1:05 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a fire along John Street in Walkerton. Officers attended with members of the Walkerton Fire Department, and Bruce County Emergency Medical Services (EMS), to find a fully engulfed fire at an apartment building.

Emergency responders worked to evacuate the residents and assisted them with finding temporary shelter. Thanks to the efforts of the first responders, there were no serious injuries reported at the scene.

The South Bruce OPP continued an investigation into the cause of the fire along with the South Bruce OPP Crime Unit, the OPP Forensic Identification Unit (FIU) and Office of the Fire Marshall.

As a result of the police investigation, a criminal code charge has been laid.

Brandon CARROLL, 26-years-old, from the Municipality of Brockton was charged with Arson – Disregard for Human Life. The accused will be appearing before the Ontario Court of Justice as required to answer to the charge.

Daniel BATTYE Finally Arrested

(NORTH PERTH, ON) – A North Perth resident is facing a new charge along with his previous charge from an outstanding warrant from Perth County following an arrest made by Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP).

On January 1, 2023, just after 2:30 p.m., a Perth County OPP officer conducted a traffic stop with a wanted male party in the vehicle on Elma Street East in the Municipality of North Perth. The male fled the scene. Officers gave chase and quickly caught up with the subject. The accused actively resisted. Officers eventually gained control of the subject and he was taken into custody.

As a result, Daniel BATTYE, 35, of North Perth has been charged with:

–      Resist arrest

The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
