Beached Vehicle Leads To Impaired Charge – Name Released

(ASHFIELD-COLBORNE-WAWANOSH TWP, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a Huron East resident with Impaired Driving offences following complaints received by police on Sunday August 20th. 

Huron County OPP were contacted by concerned citizens that reported people drinking alcohol on the beach at the end of Zion Road on August 20th, 2023, at approximately 4:50 p.m. in Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh Township. Police attended the area of the report and observed a vehicle on the beach matching that provided in the complaints.

Police spoke to the suspected driver and determined that they had been consuming alcohol prior to driving. A demand was made by police for a sample of the driver’s breath into the roadside screening device, which resulted in a failure. The driver was subsequently placed under arrest for Impaired Operation and taken into custody. The driver was transported to the Huron OPP detachment in Clinton for further breath tests with an OPP qualified breath technician.

Timothy DUCHARME, 49 years of age from Huron East has been charged with:

–      Operation while Impaired – alcohol and drugs,

–      Operation while Impaired – Over 80.

The involved vehicle was towed and impounded for seven days, and the accused’ driver’s license was suspended for a period of 90 days.

The accused has since been released from custody with a court appearance scheduled for September 25th, 2023, at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich.

Wingham Paperboy Swarmed By Teens – Suspect Descriptions Released

(NORTH HURON, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Major Crime Unit is investigating a robbery that took place in the Town of Wingham, Township of North Huron on August 24th, 2023, on Victoria Street, near Helena Street.   

On August 28th, 2023, Huron County OPP was contacted by the 13-year-old victim’s mother, who advised police that her son had been attacked while delivering newspapers on Thursday, August 24th at approximately 4:00 p.m. The victim was cycling westbound on Victoria Street near Helena Street when three unknown males exited a trail and pulled the victim’s backpack off his back. The backpack was full of newspapers and the suspects threw the newspapers over the bridge into the river. The victim was able to escape on his bicycle with the suspects chasing him. The victim received minor injuries from the incident.

The three suspects, believed to be between the ages of 18-27 years are described as follows:

#1: Male, wearing a grey shirt and blue pants.

#2: Male, wearing a red shirt and black pants.

#3: Male, wearing a black shirt.

Police are asking for the public’s assistance should they have any knowledge of this incident or suspects.

Stolen Vehicle Recovered – Dustin RICHARDSON Arrested

(NORTH PERTH, ON) – On August 9, 2023, the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received notification from the Automatic Licence Plate Reader (ALPR) of a stolen vehicle parked on Wallace Avenue North in the Municipality of North Perth.

Throughout the investigation, statements were completed and as a result, Dustin RICHARDSON, a 33-year-old of North Perth has been arrested and charged with:

–      Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on October 16, 2023, to answer to the charge.

Police responded the morning of August 6, 2023, after the homeowner realized their 2010 Silver Chevrolet Impala was stolen sometime overnight.  

The Perth County OPP would like to remind citizens to keep all vehicles and buildings locked and report any suspicious activity immediately. Consider installing security features, such as increased lighting, cameras, or alarms.

Head On Collision – Two Sent To Hospital

(PERTH EAST, ON) – The Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are currently investigating a head on collision on Line 34.

 On August 26, 2023, at approximately 8:19 p.m., the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Perth County Emergency Medical Services and Perth East Fire department responded to a head on collision on Line 34 in the Township of Perth East.

One driver was transported to an out-of-town hospital with life-threatening injuries. Another passenger was transported with non-life-threatening injuries.

Perth County OPP with the assistance of West Region Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement (TIME) team are continuing to investigate the collision.

Line 34 is currently closed between Road 108 and Road 109. The closure is expected to be in place for the next couple hours.

Fatal Collision

(CARRICK TWP, ON) – On August 24, 2023, at 4:51 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a serious two-vehicle vehicle collision along Highway 9 in Carrick Township.

Officers responded to the scene with members of the Mildmay-Carrick Fire Department and Bruce County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) to find two pick-up trucks involved in the collision.

One of the drivers was taken to a local hospital where they were pronounced deceased.

The other driver was airlifted to a London hospital for treatment of serious injuries.

Highway 9 was closed around the scene of the collision for the protection of emergency responders. The roads have since re-opened to traffic.

The South Bruce OPP is continuing to investigate the collision along with members of the OPP Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement (TIME) team and the Coroner’s Office.

Another Cocaine Bust

(WALKERTON, ON) – On August 24, 2023, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Community Street Crimes Unit (CSCU) and South Bruce OPP officers executed a search warrant at a residence along Fischer Dairy Road in Walkerton. 

As a result of the execution of the warrant, police seized a quantity of Cocaine. The value of the seized controlled substance is estimated to be $11,600.

Officers also seized offence related property including: a vehicle, a Taser, a quantity of Canadian currency and drug paraphernalia. The value of the seized items is estimated to be more than $30,000.

Daniel SMITH, 31-years-old, from the Municipality of Brockton was charged with:

  • Possession of a Controlled Substance of the Purpose of Trafficking
  • Possession of a Prohibited Device

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Walkerton on November 1, 2023, to answer to the charges.

Wellington OPP Weekly Report

(COUNTY OF WELLINGTON, ON) – Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) would like to consolidate and streamline our notable traffic offences and publish a single weekly release.

On July 26, 2023, at approximately 8:15 p.m., Wellington County OPP responded to a reported traffic complaint at a parking area on Tower Street South, Fergus. It was reported that the driver of an orange sedan drove at the complainant. As a result of the investigation, Timothy Richard STAUFFER, 43-years-old of Kitchener, has been charged with Assault Peace Officer, Dangerous Operations (of a Motor Vehicle), Operation while Impaired, Refusal to Comply with Demand, Operation while Prohibited under the Criminal Code and Mischief – Destroy or Damages Property, contrary to the Criminal Code (C.C.). The defendant is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice – Guelph, on September 22, 2023.

On July 26, 2023, at approximately 10:00 p.m., Wellington Count OPP responded to a traffic complaint on Highway 6, Wellington North. It was reported that black sedan was being driven erratically. As a result of the investigation, Manpreet Singh SANDHU, 30-years-old of Brampton, was charged with Impaired Operation contrary to the C.C. and with Possession of Schedule I – Heroin and Possession of Schedule 1 – Methamphetamine, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (C.D.S.A.). The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice – Guelph, on September 22, 2023.

On July 27, 2023, at approximately 4:30 p.m., a member of the Wellington County OPP stopped the driver of a black Sport Utility Vehicle (S.U.V.) along Wellington Road 7, Mapleton. As a result of the investigation, Jeremy John SWAN, 39-years-old of Guelph, has been charged with Operation while Impaired and Operation while Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (B.A.C.) 80 Plus (mgs of alcohol in 100mL of blood), contrary to the C.C. Further the driver was charged with Suspended Driving and Driving No Currently Validated Permit contrary to the Highway Traffic Act (H.T.A.). The driver was also charged with Operate Motor Vehicle without Insurance contrary to the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act (C.A.I.A) and Having Care or Control of a Motor Vehicle with Liquor Readily Available contrary to the Liquor Licence and Control Act (L.L.C.A.). The accused was scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice – Guelph, on August 18, 2023.

On July 27, 2023, at approximately 6:30 p.m., Wellington County OPP responded to a Fail to Remain collision in a parking area on Tower Street South, Fergus. It was reported that an unidentified driver of a white Sprinter style Mercedes van struck a black pick-up truck and fled the area. Investigation revealed that the vehicle was stolen from the Sudbury area. A passenger in the vehicle was described as white, male, in their 20’s, tattooed arms, wearing a black ball cap. Police continue to investigate and are asking one with information about this occurrence to call Wellington County OPP at 1-888-310-1122. On July 28, 2023, at approximately 6:15 p.m., Wellington County OPP responded to a report of a traffic complaint on East Mills Street, Elora. It was reported that the driver of a black sedan was asleep in a parking area. As a result of the investigation, Daniel Edwen BEARSS, 48-years-old of Kincardine, was charged with Impaired Operation contrary to the C.C. The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice – Guelph, on August 29, 2023.

On July 7, 2023, at approximately 9:30 p.m., A member of the Wellington County OPP stopped the driver of a grey sedan on Highway 21,Minto. As a result of the investigation, an 18-year-old driver from Clifford, was charged with Driving while Under Suspension, contrary to the H.T.A. The defendant is scheduled to appear in provincial offences court – Guelph, on September 19, 2023.

On July 29, 2023, at approximately 3:15 a.m., Wellington County responded to a reported traffic complaint on Highway 7, Guelph/Eramosa. It was reported the driver of a white S.U.V. was possibly driving while impaired. During patrols, investigators observed a white sedan being driven erratically. As a result of the investigation, Nhu Khoan DANG, 49-years-old of Guelph, has been charged with Impaired Operation, Refusal to Comply with Demand and Dangerous Operation, contrary to the C.C. The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice – Guelph, on September 19, 2023.

On July 30, 2023, at approximately 10:30 p.m., Wellington County OPP responded to a traffic complaint on Victoria Street, Elora. It was reported that the driver of a blue coupe was operating the vehicle on a pedestrian bridge spanning the Grand River. As a result of the investigation, Elliot Robert CAIRNEY, 23-years-old of Kitchener, was charged with Dangerous Operation contrary to the C.C. The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice – Guelph, on September 19, 2023.

On August 1, 2023, at approximately 10:15 p.m., Wellington County OPP responded to a two-vehicle collision on Queen Street West, Fergus. It was reported a grey sedan and black sedan had collided and that there were no injuries. As a result of the investigation, Jessica Lynn BUCHANAN, 36-years-old of Elora, was charged with Impaired Operation – B.A.C. 80 Plus contrary to the C.C. The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice – Guelph, on August 29, 2023.

On August 7, 2023, at approximately 7:30 p.m., a member of the Wellington County OPP stopped the driver of a white sedan on Wellington Road 34, Puslinch. As a result of the investigation, Paul Nicholas Roy SMITH, 25-years-old of Guelph, was charged with Impaired Operation – B.A.C. 80 Plus contrary to the C.C. The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice – Guelph, on August 25, 2023.

On August 11, 2023, at approximately 10:45 p.m., Wellington County OPP responded to a two-vehicle collision on Wellington Road 125, Erin. It was reported that white sedan had struck a pickup truck before entering the ditch and fleeing the scene. There were no reported injuries. On August 12, 2023, at approximately 7:30 a.m., Wellington County OPP responded to a suspicious vehicle report on Second Line, Centre Wellington. It was reported that a damaged white sedan was parked near a barn and the operator appeared to be passed out. As a result of the investigation, William Clifford GIBBS, 57-years-old of Acton, was charged with Operation while Impaired and Fail to Stop After an Accident, contrary to the C.C. Further, the driver was charged with Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Opioid and Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine, contrary to the C.D.S.A. Further the Driver was also charged with two counts of Driving while Under Suspension, Careless Driving, Fail to Report Accident, contrary to the H.T.A. The accused was held for bail.

On August 13, 2023, at approximately 4:45 p.m., Wellington County OPP responded to a traffic complaint on Highway 89, Minto. It was reported that a grey pickup truck was stopped along the roadway. As a result of the investigation, Justina MURRAY, 26-years-old of Barrie was charged with Impaired Operation – B.A.C. 80 Plus contrary to the C.C. The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice – Guelph, on September 1, 2023.

On August 16, 2023, at approximately 4:00 p.m., a member of the Wellington County OPP stopped the driver of a black S.U.V. on Wellington Road 27, Guelph/Eramosa. As a result of the investigation, a 74-year-old driver from Guelph/Eramosa, was charged with Driving while Under Suspension and Drive Motor Vehicle without a Currently Validated Permit, Contrary to the H.T.A. The defendant is scheduled to appear in provincial offences court – Guelph, on December 6, 2023.

On August 19, 2023, at approximately 11:30 p.m., Wellington County OPP responded to vehicle collision on Lake Road, Puslinch. It was reported that a golf-cart had collided with a beige pickup truck and that there were no injuries. As a result of the investigation, Christopher OBERMEYER, 39-years-old of Guelph, has been charged with Impaired Operation and Impaired Operation – B.A.C. 80 Plus, contrary to the C.C. The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice – Guelph, on October 13, 2023.

On August 20, 2023, at approximately 11:00 a.m., Wellington County OPP responded to a reported collision on Sideroad 15, Mapleton. It was reported that the operator of an All-Terrain Vehicle (A.T.V.) had been involved in a collision and youth passenger suffered non-life-threatening injuries. As a result of the investigation, a 48-year-old operator from Listowel was charged with Fail to Wear Proper Helmet, Dive Off Road Vehicle without Insurance and Drive Off Road Vehicle without a Number Plate, contrary to the Off-Road Vehicle Act (O.R.V.A.).

On August 20, 2023, a member of the Wellington County OPP was monitoring traffic on the Hanlon Expressway, Guelph. At approximately 11:30, a grey S.U.V. was observed travelling well above the posted 80km/hr speed limit. As a result of the investigation, a 34-year-old driver from Richmond Hill, was charged with Drive Motor Vehicle – Perform Stunt, contrary to the H.T.A. The defendant is scheduled to appear in provincial offences court – Guelph, on November 15, 2023.

On August 20, 2023, members of the Wellington County OPP were conducting a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (R.I.D.E.) check on Catherine Street South, Mapleton. At approximately 4:00 p.m., the operator of a red sedan entered the check. As a result of the investigation, Heinrich HILDEBRANDT, 56-years-old of Moorefield was charged with Impaired Operation – B.A.C. 80 Plus contrary to the C.C. The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice – Guelph, on September 5, 2023.

On August 21, 2023, at approximately 12:00 a.m., Wellington County OPP responded to a traffic complaint on Wellington Road 109, Wellington North. It was reported that a black S.U.V. was being driven dangerously. An updated report indicated that the subject of the complaint had been involved in a collision with a van. As a result of the investigation, Beau John DICICCO, 32-years-old of St Catharines, has been charged with Impaired Operation, Impaired Operation – B.A.C. 80 Plus and Dangerous Driving, contrary to the C.C. Further the driver was also charged with Driving while Under Suspension and Novice Driver – B.A.C. above Zero, contrary to the H.T.A. The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice – Guelph, on October 13, 2023.

On August 21, 2023, at approximately 7:45 p.m., Wellington County OPP responded to a traffic complaint on Highway 6, Puslinch. It was reported that a red pickup truck was being driven erratically. As a result of the investigation, Dustin Michael GOODFELLOW, 30-years-old of Kitchener, has been charged with Impaired Operation – B.A.C. 80 Plus contrary to the C.C. and with Drive Vehicle Cannabis Readily Available contrary to the Cannabis Control Act (C.C.A.) The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice – Guelph, on September 12, 2023.

On August 22, 2023, at approximately 12:45 p.m., Wellington County OPP responded to a traffic complaint on Second Line, Erin. It was reported that a dark pickup truck was being driven erratically. As a result of the investigation, Karnail Singh TAKHAR, 67-years-old of Erin, has been charged with Impaired Operation and Impaired Operation – B.A.C. 80 Plus, contrary to the C.C. The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice – Guelph, on September 15, 2023.

On August 22, 2023, at approximately 6:45 a.m., Wellington County OPP responded to a traffic complaint on Brock Road South, Puslinch. It was reported that a black pickup truck had been observed driving erratically. As a result of the investigation, Cody James ALLISON, 25-years-old of Erin, was charged with four counts of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime over $5000, two counts of Possession on an Identity Document and three counts of Failure to Comply with Release Order – Other than to Attend Court, contrary to the C.C. Further, Brittany Kylynn PULLICINO, 25-years-old of York, was charged with Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose, Possession of a Prohibited Device or Ammunition, two counts of Possession Property Obtained by Crime over $5000, Possession of an Identity Document, and two counts of Failure to Comply with Undertaking, contrary to the C.C. Both were held for bail.

On August 22, 2023, at approximately 10:15 p.m., Wellington County OPP responded to a reported motor vehicle collision on Wellington Road 109, Wellington North. It was reported that a blue S.U.V. and a brown sedan had been involved in a serious injury and there was a serious injury. Further, the other driver fled the scene on foot. As a result of the investigation, Ryan Patrick McLEAN, 32-years-old of Wellington North, was charged with Fail to Stop at Accident Resulting in Bodily Harm contrary to the C.C. and with Careless Driving Causing Bodily Harm and Drive While Under Suspension, contrary to the H.T.A. The defendant is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice – Guelph, on October 20, 2023.

*Anyone charged with Operation while Impaired – B.A.C. 80 Plus (mgs of alcohol in 100mL of blood) or Failing to Comply with Demand receives a 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (A.D.L.S.) and a 7-day Vehicle Impoundment as per statute.

*Anyone charged with Drive Motor Vehicle – Perform Stunt receives a 14-day impoundment and a 30-day driver’s licence suspension as per statute.

2 KG Cocaine Bust – Names Released

(LONDON, ON) – Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Elgin-Middlesex Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) have arrested two people following a drug investigation in the City of London.

On August 23, 2023 at approximately 4:30 p.m., CSCU members, with the assistance of the London Police Service (LPS) Emergency Response Unit (ERU) and Canine Unit executed a search warrant on a vehicle in a parking lot at a Hamilton Road address and took one person into custody.

Shortly after, Elgin-Middlesex and Oxford-Brant CSCU members, along with the LPS ERU executed a second warrant at a residence on Sasha Crescent in London.

Police arrested one individual and seized approximately two kilograms of suspected cocaine, scales, packaging material, 9mm ammunition, cell phones and a large quantity of currency. The estimated street value of seized illicit drugs and offence-related property is $110,000.

Joshua REYES, 26-years-old of London is charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking. Brooklyn CLEMENTS-CARD, 27-years-old of London is charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking.

Both individuals attended the Ontario Court of Justice in London for a bail hearing on August 24, 2023. The investigation remains ongoing.

Jeffrey STEWART – Impaired Driving


(HURON TWP, ON)
 – On August 20, 2023, at 5:42 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a single vehicle collision along Concession 12 in Huron Township.

Officers responded to the scene with members of the Ripley-Huron Fire Department and Bruce County Emergency Medical Services (EMS).

The driver was found to have been drinking alcohol. They were placed under arrest and taken to a Qualified Intoxilizer Technician for breath tests.

Jeffrey STEWART, 35-years-old, from the Township of Huron-Kinloss was charged with Impaired Driving.

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Walkerton on October 18, 2023, to answer to the charge.

An impaired driving charge includes an immediate 90-day driver’s license suspension and an immediate 7-day vehicle impoundment.

Tobin FROESE – Drunk Driving

(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) – On August 22, 2023, at 8:28 p.m., a member of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) while on general patrol on Elginfield Road in Middlesex Centre performed a traffic stop on a vehicle that was travelling above the posted 90km/h speed limit.

Investigation revealed the driver had previously consumed alcohol. An Approved Screening Device (ASD) was utilized. The driver was arrested and transported to the Middlesex OPP detachment where further tests were administered.

As a result, Tobin FROESE a 28-year-old of London, has been charged under the Criminal Code and Highway Traffic Act:

·      Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

·      Speeding 1 – 49 Km/h over posted limit

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice to speak to the charges on October 3, 2023.

16 Year Old Facing Sexual Assault Charge

(PERTH COUNTY, ON) – The Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have laid a charge in relation to a sexual assault that occurred in the Township of Perth East.

On August 14, 2023, police began an investigation into allegations of a sexual assault. 

Investigation revealed that the victim was sexually assaulted. The victim sustained minor injuries.

As a result of the investigation, a 16-year-old resident of Perth County was charged with:

–      Sexual Assault on a Person Under 16 years of age.

The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford at a later date to answer to the charge.

The identify of the accused is protected under the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act (YCJA).

Teen Drowns Off Owen Sound Pier

On Tuesday August 22nd at 2:20 p.m. the Owen Sound Police received a 911 call with regards to a possible drowning in the area of Owen Sound’s west side pier. The Owen Sound Police, Owen Sound Fire Department and the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), along with Emergency Medical Services (EMS) immediately attended the area.

Investigators learned that a 15-year old male was swimming with friends in the area of the pier, when he failed to surface. The Canadian Coast Guard quickly attended the area along with the Owen Sound Fire Department vessel, utilizing their technology on board in the search.

The OPP Marine Unit joined in on the search for the young man, which lasted several hours. As the emergency personnel continued their efforts on the waters, the youth was not found and further assistance from the OPP Dive Unit was requested.

The OPP Dive Unit took to the water shortly after 7:00 p.m. and the young man was located deceased. No further information will be released at this time.

$5,000 In Tools Stolen From Work Truck

(PERTH EAST, ON) – Police are investigating after receiving information about a theft from a work truck and a personal vehicle.

On August 3, 2023, at approximately 6:40 a.m., an officer from the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a theft from two motor vehicles at a Princess Street address.

It was determined that sometime overnight, unknown(s) attended the address and gained entry to a work truck and a personal vehicle and removed approximately $5000 in tools.

The OPP wants to remind all community residents to lock their vehicle(s) and remove all valuables. If any member of the community observes suspicious activity, please call police.

Angela KROPF Arrested For Impaired Driving

(PERTH EAST, ON) – On August 17, 2023, at approximately 5:17 p.m., officers from the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Line 50 in the Township of Perth East.

When officers arrived on scene, the driver was showing signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and transported to a local operations center for further testing.

As a result, Angela KROPF, a 23-year-old of Stratford, has been charged with:

–      Operation with impaired – alcohol and drugs

–      Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on September 4, 2023, to answer to the charges.

Pickup Trucks vs Motorcycles – 2 Sent To Hospital

(SOUTHERN BRUCE COUNTY, ON) – The South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to two collisions involving motorcycles this past weekend.

On August 20, 2023, at 8:49 a.m., the South Bruce OPP received a report of a two-vehicle collision along Bruce County Road 4 in Brant Township. Officers arrived with Bruce County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) to find a pickup truck and a motorcycle involved in the crash. The motorcycle operator was taken to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. The pickup driver, an 81-year-old Municipality of Brockton resident was charged with Improper Left Turn.

On August 19, 2023, at 6:21 p.m., the South Bruce OPP received a report of a two-vehicle collision along Queen Street south in Paisley. Officers arrived with members of the Paisley Fire Department and Bruce County EMS to find a pickup truck and a motorcycle involved in the crash. The motorcycle operator was airlifted to a London hospital for treatment of serious injuries. The pickup driver, a 49-year-old resident from Alberta, was charged with Left Turn not in Safety.
