(BROCKTON, ON) – On September 19, 2024, at 7:36 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a motor vehicle collision along Concession 8 in Brockton.
As a result of the investigation, Timothy DIEMERT, 52-years-old of Hanover was charged with:
- Operation while impaired (80 plus) – CC 320.14(1)(b)
