Stunt Driver Caught In Kincardine

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On March 11, 2025, a member of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was conducting mobile radar enforcement along Highway 9 in the Municipality of Kincardine.

At approximately 9:54 a.m., the officer observed a motor vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed in the posted 80 km/h zone, to which a traffic stop was initiated.

As a result of the investigation, a 46-year-old motorist from Milton was charged under the Highway Traffic Act with the following:

  • Drive Motor Vehicle – Perform Stunt, HTA 172(1)
  • Speeding 50+ km/h over posted limit, HTA 128

Anyone charged with stunt driving receives a 14-day vehicle impoundment and a 30-day driver’s licence suspension.

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Provincial Offences Court – Walkerton, at a later date.
