The last time Wingham Cop Watch was on high alert and showed up to document police corruption, the Wingham Police Department was disbanded. 13Jan2021 another call was sent out to serve and protect another victim of police abuse.
Police abuse should never be tolerated.

Hours after the story of a victim of OPP abuse went viral online, an OPP cruiser was caught on video driving past the victim’s home by circling the block countlessly. This stalking behavior is typical of obsessed psychopaths that are aroused by the fear in the eyes of their victims.
Minutes after our hero leaves in his vehicle he is pulled over by an OPP officer without a face mask. Our hero made sure his doors were locked and rolled his window down 2 inches, enough to communicate with the officer and pass through a driver’s licence and proof of insurance. This seemed to upset the naked faced officer as he repeatedly requested the victim to roll down his window.
Naked faced officer: “Can you roll your window down please”
Victim: “It’s good there, I can hear you”.
Naked faced officer: “Can you roll your window down please”
Victim: “I can hear you”
The officer which seemed to be suffering from short term memory loss had to ask our victim why he pulled him over. This might have been due to brain-fog from covid as the officer was clearly an anti-masker showing no respect for covid restrictions. Another well known cause of short term memory loss is cannabis consumption. The officer did ask if our hero had any cannabis in the vehicle.
OPP Officer 2: Ok, let’s say “you smelled cannabis”
OPP Officer 1: Sure, yeah.
OPP Officer 2: Let’s say that.
OPP Officer 1: That’s fine.
That’s how easy it is for the OPP to fabricate a story and to destroy someone’s reputation, dignity and future. Their victims are normally out thousands of dollars in legal fees and have to take time off work to defend against this grotesque abuse by the police. It’s their word against yours in court, unless you video record it.
December 20th Kyle Pickering, a 27 year-old from Mitchell was followed by a marked OPP cruiser for 8kms from Mitchell to Dublin. Eventually the officer pulled over the vehicle under the pretense of suspicion of impaired driving.
What followed was captured on video by the victim. The phone was seized and video evidence was deleted by OPP officers. The victim later recovered the video.
The officer claims his victim was pulled over under suspicion of impaired driving. The OPP officer did not notice any signs of impairment and no demand for a breath test was made. At this point more OPP officers are on route to the scene and the victim is video recording.
The officer then claims to smell cannabis and opens the victim’s car door and demands to search the vehicle.
The victim truthfully states there is no marijuana in the vehicle.
The officer attempts to forcibly remove the victim from his vehicle.
The victim objected and demanded to speak to the officer’s supervisor.
Instead of waiting for the backup officers to confirm the odor of marijuana and legal grounds for a search, the officer assaulted the victim, seized his phone and searched his vehicle.
No drugs were found during the illegal search.
The officers are then caught on video discussing how they need to say they smelled cannabis to make the search appear legal in court.
Once the officers realize the victim’s phone is still recording, they delete the video.
The victim recovered the deleted video.

New records were set in Ontario today. 56 more dead, 1,235 in ICU & 337 on ventilators. North Huron has one more case, South Huron 10 more and 5 more in North Perth.
Ontario reported 21 more deaths from Covid-19 yesterday, nearly one per hour. 20 more were put on ventilators and hospitalizations passed 1000.
Doug Ford claims the shutdown is necessary as “lives are on the line”. But don’t worry about it until after Christmas.
Thanks to Doug Ford’s cowardice and refusal to order an immediate shutdown, one person per hour will continue to die of the Vid, likely a senior or grandparent.
Why? Because some restaurants may have some produce that might go bad costing hundreds of dollars. Some may not do curbside pickup or takeout to clear out their inventory. I’m not sure how Doug Ford can speak so clearly when his mouth is so clearly full of bullshit.
It seems that Doug Ford is willing to sacrifice one senior per hour so he can dine out on Christmas.
Doug Ford refused to order an immediate province wide shutdown despite the urgent plea from hospitals, in fact he postponed it until midnight on Boxing Day. When questioned why the shutdown isn’t immediate, Premier Ford claimed that there could be some restaurants that might have some inventory in the green and yellow zones, and they might need until Saturday morning to clear out that inventory.
The lockdown will not happen for 5 more days risking countless thousands of lives. On the bright side, Ford can now claim he saved Christmas.
I hope Doug Ford will not be boasting about saving Christmas in front of those that will suffer the loss of a loved one due to Ford’s cowardice in calling an immediate shutdown.

North Huron council has announced they have lots available for 35 homes. NH has spent $65,000 to shut down the trailer park, and even had a secret meeting to quash a law that protected it. No Public input was considered.
The Wingham Trailer Park’s 35 lots are valued at $150,000 – $200,000/ea, making the park worth $5.25 & $7 million. Now you know why North Huron council did whatever they had to, to start getting that money in their friend’s pockets. NH councillor Kevin Falconer even turned violent at that secret meeting when someone asked a question. He responded like his million dollar winning lottery ticket was being ripped up right in front of him. FACT: 7 people on council. FACT: $7 million divided among 7 people would be $1 million each.
Now you are probably saying to yourself “Self, I don’t remember seeing a for sale sign at the trailer park, or it listed in the MLS listing.” You would be right.
So why wasn’t it listed for sale so the taxpayers could get market value for the trailer park? That $7 million might not end up in their buddies’ pockets, or only just a tiny portion of it would, and contracts may not be awarded to the “right” people.
Now the $7 million dollar question is, where’s our f**king money, and what BS are they going to blind the public with so we overlook yet another land scandal.
Calls for MVCA’s defunding and extinction have grown after the complete failure to protect Wingham by allowing precious floodplains to be filled in for gas pumps and McDonalds. According to sources there were no environmental studies done and no approvals acquired before starting.
MVCA claims they can’t/couldn’t afford the $2,500 to run a simulation to see the devastation that would happen when they allowed the floodplain to be filled in for gas pumps. Millions of dollars were invested in that project, but a $2,500 study to see who would be affected was never done. Why? It would have drawn attention to the illegal filling of the floodplain and allowed time for the public to offer input and save their properties.
MVCA refuses to protect our watersheds and floodplains, yet they still accept massive paychecks funded by our tax dollars. They serve no purpose other than to rubber stamp big businesses that want to fill in floodplains in exchange for more funding through the new taxes that property generates.
When a former Chief of Police mentions that North Huron Reeve bernie bailey should be investigated due to his real estate dealings/conflict of interest you know things are bad, beyond bad. In fact the only response from disgraced North Huron Reeve bernie bailey at the time was to scream back that he “doesn’t take to threats” during his tantrum.
FACT: Reeve bernie bailey is paying less property tax than nearly everyone else in Wingham.
North Huron Reeve bernie bailey is only paying tax on a $250,000 assessment for his home at 595 Josephine St. Wingham, instead of the $1.3 million current market value. This means instead of paying $26,000/year in property tax he is paying about $5,000. Please note there has been about a “trailer park’s” worth of renovations done this summer on his home at 595 Josephine St. Wingham.
Taxes will be re-doubling again for most in North Huron as bernie bailey’s council is giving away 5-10 million of taxpayer dollars to loyalists to get Lagoonaville ready for development. This development is right beside the Wingham sewage lagoon, some still refer to it as Hutton Heights or the Sewage Suites. Property taxes are expected to be around $10,000 – $12,000/year, plus water, sewer, and garbage fees. A small price to pay for that ever-present sewage stink so you can do a covid symptom check by opening a window to make sure your sense of smell still works.
The 5-10 million will be spent on “studies and buddies”. It makes no difference if zero people buy into the sewage suites way of living, they will still get their millions of taxpayer dollars. It will be like the last attempt at the 400 home subdivision where they spent about a half a million dollars. Everyone paid the price through higher taxes. The ONLY ones to benefit are those “contractors” and councilors that got kickbacks/incentives and those holding the land.
Not only will bernie bailey and his council make sure there are no assets left in North Huron by giving away all our real estate for pennies on the dollar, they are running up debt at record levels. $20,000 for three tvs they don’t use is just one tiny example of how corrupt they are.
Since there is no one to give councillors a kickback for clearing all the sidewalks, it will never happen. There is just no profit in it for them, unlike real estate scams where they can get millions of land or dollars into their friends hands for discount renovations or free tvs.
Despite social distancing rules, DO NOT expect North Huron to do anything different this year regarding pedestrian safety. You can walk in traffic this winter just like every other year and admire all the blocked sidewalks.
