The Druthers Distraction: How a Conspiracy Tabloid Smothers Real Change #HallOfShame

In a world desperately seeking justice and truth, Druthers pretends to be a champion of the people while quietly undermining genuine progress. Behind its sensational headlines and dubious claims lies a machine built not for liberation, but for exploitation and distraction.

A closer look at Druthers reveals startling truths about its operations. The paper claims to empower the public, yet its owner cannot point to a single tangible victory or accomplishment, apart from collecting donations from supporters who often can’t afford to contribute. This cycle of dependency only ensures the continuation of its ineffective, hollow enterprise.

Volunteers tasked with distributing Druthers have admitted that the majority of printed copies—90%—never reach readers and are tossed into recycling bins. Of the 250,000 copies printed each month, only a fraction, perhaps 5,000-10,000, make it into homes, with even fewer readers engaging with the content. This results in an outrageous $10-per-read-issue cost—a staggering misuse of resources.

Even more damning, the owner of Druthers openly acknowledges that the publication isn’t designed for intelligent readers and admits to being unaware of recent articles published under his own name. This lack of accountability reveals the paper’s true purpose: not to inform, but to profit.

The funds gathered from struggling supporters are channeled into luxury vacations and a lifestyle far removed from the hardships faced by its audience. Beyond wasting nearly $1,000,000 on unread and discarded papers, Druthers hijacks rallies meant to foster real change, selling merchandise and profiting off the desperation of its followers.

Worst of all, Druthers distracts from the urgent fight to reclaim our rights. Instead of mobilizing for meaningful action, it encourages aimless discontent, smothering hope and silencing dissent by diverting energy into unproductive outlets.

We must recognize Druthers for what it is: a parasite preying on those seeking answers, stealing resources and resolve from the movements that could truly make a difference. It’s time to cast off this distraction and refocus on genuine, collective efforts to reclaim our freedoms and build a brighter future.

The above and the recent censorship in their December edition has earned Druthers a spot in the Hall Of Shame.

North Huron Council Finally Publicly Acknowledges They Have No Authority On Private Land

(North Huron, Ontario) At the October 21, 2024, North Huron council meeting, a councilor finally publicly admitted that they cannot enforce their bylaws on private property. This shocking admission of guilt exposes them to potential litigation as their victims become aware of their rights and realize that the bylaw department never had authority over private land.

This fascist overreach by town halls across Ontario has cost their victims millions of dollars defending themselves against the unlawful actions of bylaw enforcement.

The crumbling and costly replacement of neglected infrastructure is due to bylaw enforcement across Ontario refusing to fulfill their responsibilities and ensure that infrastructure is maintained. Some highly corrupt municipalities do not even have job descriptions for their enforcement officers, as they have hired their friends to bully and target victims.

Reeve Agrees To Cease & Desist Illegal Activity – Wingham Streets Now To Be Safest In Decades – Audio Released

(North Huron, Ontario) At the 10-10 meeting in Blyth, North Huron Reeve Paul Heffer confessed he has been directing/allowing town staff to egregiously break the law and endanger our community’s children.

The Reeve tried to deflect the first question to no avail, and was pressured into answering whether on not he would continue his illegal activity of blocking off sidewalks by dumping snow directly on them, which endangers all pedestrians.

Recently in Ontario there has been an 82% increase in fatal pedestrian collisions, even one involving an OPP cruiser, showing that even under ideal circumstances and conditions, collisions happen and lives can be lost.

Thankfully your corporation has a by-law to help protect pedestrians on your corporation’s land, by making it illegal for anyone to dump snow on your sidewalks, which then forces pedestrians to walk in traffic during the winter months.

Section 3.18 of your clean yards by-law clearly forbids this activity, yet by-law enforcement is refusing to do their job and ensure your by-laws are enforced on your land, claiming that you are preventing them from enforcing your by-laws on your own property.

Are you going to stop your illegal activity which endangers pedestrians?

East-Wawanosh Heroes Stand Their Ground Against Corrupt & Criminal Council – Heffer Family Threats & Media Blackout #WinghamWakening

(North Huron, Ontario) The North Huron council meeting for public input on October 10 was such a train wreck for the council that traditional media is apparently succumbing to pressure from the Heffer family to remain silent in light of massive lawsuits.

Among the local heroes who took to the podium was one of the Corporation of North Huron’s most suffering victims. Despite having recently suffered a trip and fall on North Huron’s neglected sidewalks that resulted in a broken foot, she confronted the council, foot cast and all, and informed the public of what has been done to her, shocking and horrifying the crowd.

North Huron has allegedly contaminated her drinking water supply, rendering her property nearly worthless due to her inability to build or rebuild as a result of North Huron’s actions and inactions. To add insult to injury, they increased her taxes instead of eliminating them.  Apparently, you have to pay extra for North Huron to destroy your property.

It’s a shame that by-law enforcement hasn’t enforced their own bylaws on their own property over the last 30 years, as that could have greatly mitigated the devastation inflicted by North Huron.

Council Shamelessly Cashes In On Dead Babies & Grief #BlythStandsGround

(North Huron, Ontario) At the 10-10 meeting in Blyth council was confronted by an unprecedented level of animosity from the crowd. Confessed coward Paul Heffer triggered the tsunami of hate when he attempted to evade the very first question of the evening, and the crowd instantly turned on him and council. This set the tone, and it got worse from there.

The heroes in Blyth made it clear, the time for BS in North Huron is over. The crowd literally and openly told the council that they were full of bullshit and they have enough money and will to hold them to account by whatever legal means necessary.

When it was disclosed that council wants to cash in on dead babies by taxing the grieving families an extra $1000 for the inconvenience to town staff/agents, since the deceased wasn’t considerate enough to pass away during the warmer months.

Instead of offering comfort and support in the family’s time of grief, the council prefers to rub their hands together ghoulishly and think of how much money they can make from the tragedy. Somewhere at town hall there is likely someone getting excited every time a child gets sick or is struck walking in traffic to get to school.

Jimmy The Rat Added To Hall Of Shame – Threats, Harassment, Trespass, Libel, Slander, Assault, Attacking the Homeless, Property Damage, Defecating in Public, and More #TotalShitPot

(Wingham, ON) Wingham’s most notorious troll and online bully, who has destroyed numerous Facebook groups and lives with his vicious hate speech, is now being added to the Hall of Shame.

“Jimmy the Rat’s” self-inflicted mental impairment due to substance abuse is no excuse for the litany of crimes perpetrated by Wingham’s most hated and despicable citizen. His neighbors live in fear after threats and assaults triggered by this unstable hatemonger, who has allegedly been seen defecating in public and then blaming it on his newly acquired dog. Rumor has it he got the dog after watching an episode of Family Guy where they mention a dog licking peanut butter off you, regardless of where you put it. Apparently, a dog and peanut butter are the only ways this maladroit single man can get any physical contact without directly paying for it.

Property values have plummeted due to the rat’s backyard scrapyard, making properties unsellable and causing hundreds of thousands in lost equity. His recent public breakdown has manifested in trespassing, destroying private property, illegally dumping garbage, and committing slander and libel. The Rat has taken to dumping garbage on private property, posting a sign claiming it might be contaminated with meth and/or fentanyl—apparently, his chronic substance abuse has hurt his memory. The Rat is now trying to blame the alleged contamination on a local homeless family, knowing they can’t defend themselves from his abuse.

“The Rat” spends much of his time driving around Wingham, yelling obscenities and flipping the bird at random people. He occasionally slows down at stop signs and refuses to obey parking rules. Fortunately, he isn’t allowed near the schools, offering a slight layer of protection for the community’s children.

Some of The Rat’s family members have had to leave town due to extreme embarrassment, and more are planning to leave to distance themselves from the abuse and shame of having the same last name. This is why WFP will not be releasing The Rat’s last name, to help prevent further innocent victims from suffering due to this habitual abuser. His frequent interactions with police, and his charges mysteriously “disappearing,” have led the entire community to assume he is a police informant—a rat.

Text message alerts have been circulating in Wingham, warning of this criminal, while several online forums have exploded with hate and threats toward The Rat, with many demanding his last name and home address. On one notorious website, hacked cellphone footage—or deep fakes—show The Rat and his dog in hysterical and disturbing sexual scenarios.

The public is advised to check the court dockets and watch court sessions via Zoom, using the links provided for updates.

Humiliated Reeve Paul Heffer Comes Crawling Out of the Coward Closet as Citizens Take Back Wingham Streets

(North Huron, ON) – Things got spicy at last night’s (10 Oct 2024) council meeting when disgraced Reeve Paul Heffer tried to dodge a simple yes-or-no question. The crowd, armed with their finest eye-rolls, saw right through his verbal gymnastics and responded with boos, jeers, and a few zingers that would make even the toughest politicians break a sweat. It’s fitting that the date was 10/10—police code for “Fight in Progress.” Well, council certainly got one.

The moderator, clearly caught off guard by the audience’s refusal to back down, looked like he might faint, especially after council members doubled down with their arrogant, condescending remarks. Instead of taking control, he let the verbal smackdown continue, likely fearing the crowd would turn on him next. No surprise—it was one of *those* nights.

From the get-go, Reeve/Mayor Paul Heffer was roasted like a Thanksgiving turkey. After enduring relentless grilling, he finally agreed to stop the illegal practice of dumping snow on sidewalks so kids won’t have to play Frogger in traffic on their way to school. And with pedestrian deaths up 82% last year, Heffer must’ve realized it’s not a great look to have children dodging both snowbanks and speeding cars. Finally, the town staff will have to do what they’re paid to do—protect the little ones.

In a rare moment of clarity (or sheer panic), Paul Heffer openly admitted he’s a coward—yep, those exact words left his mouth. His reason? He’s terrified of questions because, you know, the whole *risk of further incriminating himself and his buddies* thing. When the crowd heard him confess to his spinelessness, they responded with a resounding “Admitting it is the first step!” Cue the laughter. It was just another humiliation for the man who couldn’t give an honest answer if his political career depended on it.

And by the looks of things, it just might.

Pedestrian Fatalities Up 82%

(ORILLIA, ON) – As the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) prepares for busy highways and roads during the Thanksgiving long weekend, they note that 296 people will not have the option to join family and friends this year.

This figure represents the number of people killed in collisions on OPP-patrolled roads so far this year. The vast majority of the road incidents that have tragically ended the lives of drivers, passengers, pedestrians and other road users were preventable and attributed to poor and careless actions and behaviours.

Deaths linked to driver inattention are up 40 per cent over this time last year, with speeding, impaired driving and seatbelt non-compliance among other factors contributing to the preventable loss of life in 2024.

Cyclists and pedestrians have been particularly at risk this year, with fatalities in these two road user classes up 100 per cent and 82 per cent respectively over this time last year. Motorcyclist deaths are also up significantly, marking a 41 per cent increase.

In its latest efforts to reduce the number of deaths and injuries on roads, the OPP is joining police services across Canada this weekend for Operation Impact. During the annual traffic safety campaign, officers will collectively target motorists who speed, drive distracted, impaired or fatigued, as well as drivers/passengers who are not buckled up or do not have children/toddlers safely restrained in appropriate child car/booster seats.

The motoring public is reminded that keeping roads safe is a shared responsibility and that every citizen has the right to make it to and from their destination safely.

The OPP is counting on every road user to do their part to help ensure no more families are left with an empty seat at the dinner table – not just during the Thanksgiving weekend, but throughout the year.

Operation Impact is led by the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police under the leadership of its Traffic Safety Committee, in support of Canada’s Road Safety Strategy 2025.
