Buck & Jo’s, a Wingham restaurant, is refusing to fly the rainbow flag due to the number of people that came in and attempted to have a conversation about “trans gender” pre-teens.
“It is deplorable how some children are being exploited for likes and shares on social media, and for profit. The traditional media openly promotes and talks about children and their sexuality in an attempt to normalize this child abuse. Anyone talking to children about sex without the express written permission from the parents, should be arrested for grooming/luring/pedophilia.”
July will be Man Month at Buck & Jo’s. A month of uncensored man advice from standing your ground, defending your property, to the trans-scam.
Man Month starts July 1, aka Firefighter Appreciation Day. Everyone is strongly encouraged to attend their local fireworks display and thank/hug a firefighter for being true Heroes that are willing to risk their lives on a daily basis to save lives and property.
If you really want to thank these heroes, check your smoke detectors and replace the batteries regularly.
If you think our “justice” system is run by qualified and educated legal professionals with a lifetime of experience, you have been fooled.
On May 22, 2018 school principal with no legal experience Frank Leddy was appointed as a Justice Of The Peace to the Ontario Court of “Justice”. 16 others were appointed that day, virtually none of them had any legal experience what-so-ever. This man along with Wingham Town Hall’s lawyer Greg Stewart are responsible for the attack and destruction of Buck & Jo’s in Wingham.
These patronage appointments ensure they system is always skewed against the Public. These unqualified not-a-judges want only one thing, your unquestioning compliance and obedience. Only show fear, or they will beat you down like Stratford Police beating down a child that pulled a finger gun on them. #FilmThePolice
Detailed examination of court transcripts and available video show JP Leddy has severe attention and comprehension issues. This combined with his inability to absorb details, and his agonizingly slow toddler-like pace of taking notes during a trial ensures Justice is never accomplished.
JP Leddy’s comments about “general deterrence” should be reason enough for Leddy to be fired, and all judgements reviewed by a competent legal professional. For this and many other reasons Frank Leddy has been added to the Hall Of Shame.
One ubiquitous comment is “the system is broken”. Seemingly everyone agrees there is something horribly wrong with Canada, our rights have been taken, and we are being treated like children. Now you know why! School principals are still in charge of your life! These not-a-judges are also responsible for supporting the overreach of by-law enforcement, trampling your rights under the pretense of the “greater good”.
Men don’t act like Men anymore. It’s natural for the male of all species to want to protect the beings and things they love. They have convinced too many that it’s wrong to ask questions or act like Men. In fact they have convinced some desperate attention seeking people with mental health issues they can even change genders if they want.
When a local sex offender can “identify” as a female in order to go to lady-lockup, even those of you that rode the shortest bus to school have to agree the system is broken.
Disgraced North Huron councilor Chris Palmer was absent from last night’s council meeting. Numerous sources confirm that Palmer has suddenly resigned. At the previous meeting Palmer was outed for his extremely inappropriate contact with children, which many believe was a brazen grooming attempt in public.
The incident at the last council meeting, along with an alleged real estate fraud investigation that may see participants serving lengthy prison sentences, is likely the catalyst for the rumor Palmer will be testifying against the remaining/previous council members in exchange for immunity from prosecution.
The Public is encouraged to contact the remaining members of council to see which side they are on. Will they defend our Children, Community, infrastructure along with Howson Dam?
The only options seem to be perjury, incompetence or illiteracy.
The transcripts have been reviewed from a trial where Christopher Boyes, an inspector for Huron Perth Public Health, testified. Fortunately his actions were previously caught on videos that went viral.
Christopher Boyes of HPPH was asked by Gregory Stewart (who is notorious for his work with Wingham Town Hall.) Stewart is the chief persecutor of Buck & Jo’s, a tiny restaurant in Wingham, On.
Gregory Stewart. You described Mr. Hill as having a mask on. Can you describe the mask?
Christopher Boyes:Yeah. It had some profanity on it. I’d rather, I’d prefer not to say. That, just saying that — like speaking against the police.
WFP has a copy of the mask in question, the videos, news footage, and court transcripts. Mr. Boyes is referencing the campaign to get police to wear body cameras, and to get them to use them. This Film The Police campaign has raised awareness for the need for the body cameras for officer safety and accuracy. “Film The Police – If the police won’t wear body cameras, we will”.
There was/is no profanity on the mask.
Most of you remember the local case where the police were caught fabricating their testimony, and then trying to delete the evidence that was caught on video. This was a major catalyst for Film The Police.
Huron Perth Public Health inspector Christopher Boyes clearly lied about what was on the mask, or is unable to do the very basics of his job of “observe and report” and didn’t read the mask, or couldn’t read the mask.
The only options seem to be perjury, incompetence or illiteracy.
All restaurants and business in Huron Perth are being warned to video record all interactions with those proclaiming to work for Huron Perth Public Health, until such a time it can be proven there is some accountability when they do commit perjury.
At the 01May2023 North Huron council meeting tempers flared after/during some outrageous comments from councilor Chris Palmer, and his inappropriate contact with minors.
Several victims of bullies stood their ground at the council meeting, requesting equality in the hopes of bringing an end to the abuse of the bigots and bullies.
Councilor Palmer’s response was for them to give up, that they have “issues”, that their efforts won’t help, and that everyone is a victim so suck it up, showed truly how uncaring and spitefiled our “government” is.
To the horror of those watching, Palmer couldn’t shut himself up. He continued with “They are racial people, there is something wrong with them.” Palmer attempted to downplay his Freudian slip to no avail.
Even more bizarrely Councilor Palmer sarcastically stated “I can question stuff, there is always stuff happening I don’t like”. A clear mockery of the fact that the Public is not allowed to ask questions at council meetings, a cruel reminder to everyone the Public has zero power and council can do as they please without question or scrutiny.
Chris Palmer is expected to resign at the next council meeting due to his extremely inappropriate behaviour and contact with minors.
Sources at Wingham Town Hall are alleging the 20.65% tax increase they were forced to propose was a distraction for the real estate scandals, where Wingham taxpayers are out an estimated $30 million. Comments are now banned at council meetings, as they have been removed from the agenda for the next meeting. Questions have been banned from some time now.
It is alleged there was only ever going to be a 5% increase, then questions from the public regarding the airport, trailer park, and Hutton Heights deal intensified.
FACTS: Financial information was withheld from Wingham Ward councilors by Town Staff, a lightning backroom deal for Hutton Heights was struck for pennies on the dollar, and they refuse to release the appraisals on those properties.
To quote one councilor “Get it done before anyone finds out”.
According to multiple sources, now the deals are closed, Town Hall will now announce there will only be a 5% increase in taxes. This will be announced at the next meeting, and the Public is expected to be so relieved they will actually thank the council and staff for what they did to us.
They lied to the Public about a 20% tax increase, stole tens of millions of dollars in real estate from the People, and are responsible for the highest tax rate in Canada, and they will get away with it.
Tempers flared at last night’s council meeting as two more Heroes stood their ground exposing corruption, further deepening the real estate scandals.
A month ago sources indicated that taxpayers would be forced to pay for cleanup on the Wingham Trailer Park that was stolen from the People.
NOTE: The trailer park was stolen from the People by those with connections to the former Reeve and Deputy Reeve, that’s why they had to constantly recuse themselves at meetings every time the trailer park came up.
You must watch the video below for details, as you really need to see for yourself what it takes to defend a Community. Follow their lead, and attend the special budget meeting Monday 27 March, 6pm at Wingham Town Hall.
Watch the video below, you only need to see about 3-4 minutes.
The agenda package has been released for Monday’s council meeting. The agenda package clearly shows that victims/taxpayers were forced to pay $1.2 million dollars for the water line they installed last summer out to Hutton Heights. Numerous studies and plans were also paid for by the taxpayers/victims.
Council recently made a backroom deal to sell the Hutton Heights property for only $650,000 ($6,300/lot).
To be clear, the council spent over $1.2 million to sell a property for $650,000. Just like the airport deal, it was not listed on MLS and the public wasn’t notified. They also refuse to release the appraisals they got done for the properties before they sold them. Now you know why taxes have to jump 20%.
The next council meeting is Monday 20Mar2023, 6:00pm at Wingham Town Hall. At the last council meeting members of the Wingham Lions Club stood their ground against the council. Monday morning, tens of thousands from all across Canada will be waiting to see, and will be wondering, will the Lions sleep tonight?
The angry crowd of victims grows every time there is a council meeting in Wingham. This resulted in the cancellation of the meeting scheduled for 13Mar2023, as the council was thoroughly humiliated at the previous meeting. Basically the Lions roared, and council had the sh🍁t scared out of them.
Calls to occupy Howson Dam seem to have been in the works for quite some time according to several sources. Showers and laundry facilities will be available downtown Wingham for those that are willing to defend Democracy and occupy Wingham/Howson Dam this Spring, Summer & Fall.
Councillors for Blyth and East-Wawanosh insist they have the power to order Wingham to remove the Dam against the wishes of the Wingham people. Clearly Blyth and East-Wawanosh should not have a vote, as it is not in their ward, and will not affect their taxes. Blyth and E-W insist they are the boss of Wingham, and must do as they are told.
The next council meeting is Monday 20Mar2023, 6:00pm at Wingham Town Hall. If you haven’t watched the Lions roar yet, check it out below.
The roar of the applause could be heard on the street as two Lions took down North Huron council. These two heroes stood their ground, and demanded to be heard. They only had time to touch on 7 points ranging from the 20.65% tax increase, to the fact East-Wawanosh & Blyth councilors are demanding Howson Dam be removed despite Wingham’s wishes.
Council and staff have canceled the special meeting for public input that was scheduled for Monday (13Mar). If you watch the video below you will understand why council chickened out of the meeting.
Please take the time to watch these heroes take a stand and defend Wingham. Please follow their lead and stand up for what you know to be right, and pledge never to be a bystander again.
The Lions Club of Wingham is very concerned about the budgeting process being followed this year and appreciates the opportunity to convey some of these concerns to you.
We find it very difficult to understand why a budget requiring a property tax increase of 21% would even be proposed, at any time, but especially now with higher interest rates, inflation, higher food costs, etcetera affecting every property owner in the Township. Please reduce it to something reasonable such as 5 to 7%.
Recreation is not an ‘optional item’ in any community. It is a very important physical and mental benefit to all residents of this Township. Our Club has existed in Wingham for 85 years and, during that time, Lions members have contributed many thousands of dollars and volunteer hours to recreational facilities and activities here. Accordingly, we strongly suggest that you find items other than recreation to reduce or eliminate in your proposed budget to bring it down to a reasonable increase. We believe that recreational facilities should not be devalued or interrupted just because they don’t make money. That is not the intention. They are there to benefit taxpayers, as well as draw others into the community. Indeed, it would be surprising if recreational facilities do make money… but that is not the point. The point is that taxpayers should expect their taxes to support the recreational facilities of our community, and their uninterrupted operation. For some, these facilities are essential to their health.
Another item that we suggest you review is ‘the new council chamber’. We do not believe, nor do we perceive the residents of our Township believe, that spending $450,000 of our residential taxes to create a new council chamber is a good idea, no matter where it is, but especially when it is not in a building that we own. What is the matter with using our recently renovated, beautiful but underutilized, theatre?? Why can’t you use the existing council chambers on the main floor of the town hall – surely whoever or whatever you have allowed in there to displace you can be moved somewhere else close for much less than $450,000!! What about a storefront down or across the street? What about a ‘portable’ out the back with a connecting covered walkway, if necessary?? What about the old Post Office/Museum building??
Of course, the obvious item to be deleted is the $1.3 million for the decommissioning of the Howson Dam, which would eliminate our beautiful Pond. As we have indicated to this council several times during the recent past, our Club strongly supports the rehabilitation of the Dam so that we can again enjoy the Pond for recreational and esthetic purposes. We understand that the last engineering report indicated that the Dam can be revitalised. We also understand that the Citizens Committee has offered to fundraise all the monies required for such a project and our Club would be willing to help in that regard. To do nothing with the Dam this year would cost nothing, except perhaps a small penalty for not proceeding with the contract! There is no pressing reason to decommission it in 2023! Furthermore, we understand that the required Government Approvals have not yet been received! Given that the Howson Dam is a somewhat controversial issue with the taxpayers, postponing any action for a year would give you time to put the question of what to do with the Dam to a referendum of eligible voters in Wingham and would cost much less than the proposed decommissioning.
We question why another $150,000 is required for the work on the entrance to the town hall? Wasn’t that project, and the financing for it, in the 2022 budget such that the necessary funds to complete it have already been collected? And something else we don’t understand is “wasn’t the building already fully accessible with the lift that exists on the south side”?
Please be advised that our Club completely supports the Blyth Lions Club with respect to their presentation to you regarding the importance of the Blyth & District Community Centre to that community.
We also note that there is no street reconstruction or repaving work proposed in Wingham in the budget and, for that matter, no street or road work proposed anywhere in the Township. At least in Wingham, we suggest there certainly is the need for some such work and we hope some is planned soon. We all know that keeping our infrastructure in good condition is vitally important.
Justice of the Peace Frank Leddy is being added to the Hall Of Shame after openly threatening/intimidating the public. During what was clearly a politically motivated prosecution in a Goderich courtroom of Buck & Jo’s, facts and law were ignored, rights trampled and lies exposed.
JP Leddy openly admitted he wanted to teach everyone a lesson so in the future they obey all “authorities” without question or attitude.
“The deterrence factor is not just specifically for you, but also for the general population” JP Frank Leddy, 28Feb2023
JP Leddy is not a judge. He apparently has no other qualifications than working for the system as a school principal, according to the press release when he was appointed. Now you know why we are being treated like children, school principals are still in charge of your life!
Justice of the Peace Frank Leddy has been a senior education specialist at the Ministry of Education since 2013. Prior to that, he served as the superintendent of education for the St. Clair Catholic District School Board and as a secondary school principal. Justice of the Peace Leddy volunteered at the Chatham Outreach for Hunger, and was also a volunteer board member at My Class Needs, working to improve fundraising and outreach to schools that have significant needs not being met by regular funding sources.Associate Chief Justice-Coordinator of Justices of the Peace Faith M. Finnestad has assigned Justice of the Peace Leddy to London.
NOTE: Wingham allegedly spent over $1,000,000 for the water line they ran out there last summer. Taxpayers were forced to pay $350,000 (1,000,000 – 650,000) to “divest” themselves of 103 building lots. Simply put, the council spent $1,000,00 to sell a property for $650,000.
Estimates for the 103 lots range from $10,000,000 – $15,000,000. That is based on the discount price of $100,000 – $150,000/lot.
Next council meeting is 06Mar, 6pm at Wingham Town Hall.
At the 21Feb2023 North Huron council meeting 3 of the 6 councilors tried to block the Public, Press and councilors from having access to budget information. Numerous members of the Public and a couple on council have accused senior town staff of withholding information, “making them feel dumb” and dereliction of duty.
Director of Finance Chris Townes was caught live on YouTube “tampering with reserves” at the council meeting. Townes claimed all the reserve funds needed to be consolidated. This tampering with North Huron’s reserve funds should be fully examined before they disappear completely. If you think North Huron can’t afford to maintain its infrastructure now, wait until there isn’t a cent left in reserves and we will wish for the days when the tax increase was only 20%.
Townes noted that he provided some colorful charts and graphs, and that should be enough. It was also stated that councilors, the Press or Public asking questions only impedes town staff. Graphs should be enough, and stop asking questions. It is quite clear that the council is not in charge and is taking direction from staff.
🚩 Councillors had to take the extraordinary step of passing a motion to force staff to release budget information.
Many suspect the motivation for withholding this Public information is that it will shed more light on the recent real estate scandals that have crippled Wingham.
Moments after Doug Ford announced that the vaccine passport system would eventually be put in place, a Wingham restaurant declared it would not participate and would close instead of participating in segregation. A photo of a Canadian flag planted in the middle of their dining room went viral, along with a chair set aside for HPPH to do the vax-pass if they wished. These became symbols of hope during the apocalypse, some driving hours to get a photo.
On 05Nov HPPH rudely dropped off an order which clearly stated if the restaurant wanted to keep the dining room open they would have to start checking photo ID and personal health information of its customers starting 12Nov. Upon receiving the order the restaurant immediately locked its doors to avoid non-compliance, risk of fines and being thrown into the system which many believe is broken beyond repair. HPPH officers were rude, non responsive and stormed out in under 2 minutes after throwing the “order” at the owners.
The order clearly stated the restaurant had to check for vax-passes at the point of entry if the dining room was open. At the trial it was revealed there was an error in the order, and HPPH didn’t mean “point of entry” despite the clear wording in the order. When HPPH dropped the order off on the 5th, they were asked if HPPH would provide the manpower as the restaurant did not have the staff to comply with the order. HPPH refused to answer the question and stormed out.
Due to the hostile attitude of the HPPH officers and their abject refusal to answer questions, or explain the order, the restaurant locked their doors. HPPH was invited to attend Buck & Jo’s on the 12th of November to see if they would finally answer a question. The doors would be unlocked for a maximum of 2 hours, the dining room would still be closed, and Buck & Jo’s would not open their doors again until the following year when the vax-pass was no longer mandated.
HPPH showed up on the 12th, along with 50ish members of the Public to video record the incident and to say goodbye, as the restaurant would not open again until after the vax-pass mandate was over. The order dropped off stated the OPP would be accompanying the HPPH segregation officers. This triggered a “call for cameras” to protect the owners, and dozens from across the province rushed to Wingham.
On the 12th HPPH was asked if they would be sending any manpower, or providing any support or training for the vax-pass implementation, as they stormed out on the 5th without answering. Once it was confirmed they would be providing zero support or advice, Buck clearly announced the restaurant was closed, and HPPH officers left.
HPPH officers then reported back to their superiors that they had shut down Buck & Jo’s dining room. This is despite the fact it was already closed a week prior and advertised online it would not open again until there was no longer a mandate for the vax-pass. From day one Buck & Jo’s were clear they would lock their doors instead of being forced to participate in segregation.
Based on the lie from HPPH inspectors Patrick Landry and Chris Boyes, HPPH sent out a press release claiming they shut down Buck & Jo’s dining room.
At the start of the “trial” JP Leddy claimed Buck & Jo’ were innocent until proven guilty, and Gregory Stewart would have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt they were guilty. Clearly empty words
The couple were charged with ‘failure to do the vax-pass while the dining room was open”. This meant the prosecution would have to prove the dining room was open for 10 minutes on the 12th of November, and the restaurant was not doing the vax-pass. Two highly trained government inspectors were there specifically to see if the dining room was open, and if they were doing the vax-pass. The two inspectors did not see anyone eating in the restaurant, and testified to that fact at the trial. They could not prove the dining room was open, because it wasn’t. The kitchen was closed, and the doors were only unlocked to allow the public to use the washroom, and grab a free drink to go.
The facts are clear, and it was proven in court that the restaurant did not have to do the vax-pass as the dining room was closed. The restaurant was closed a week before the requirement for the vax-pass came into effect. The dining room was closed on the 12th for the 10 minutes the doors were unlocked, and the restaurant did not open again until the vax-pass mandate was over. The restaurant was NEVER in a position where they were required to do the vax-pass inspections, and that was clearly proven in court. Notwithstanding the facts, the restaurant owner was fined $1,500 for failure to inspect vax-passes on the 12th of November.
On the 12th HPPH inspector Chris Boyes was invited into the restaurant to do his inspection, including checking the covid-19 safety plan again, but he refused to cooperate and do his job/inspection. There were no penalties for Chris Boyes’ dereliction of duty or lying to his superiors. Due to the “unprecedented pandemic” the persecution (Gregory Stewart) stated a message needs to be sent to everyone, and Buck & Jo’s should be made an example of. The restaurant owner was found guilty of failure to cooperate and fined $2,500. Buck was also fined $1,500 because Chris Boyes refused to enter the restaurant to view the covid-19 safety plan.
Most don’t understand why charges were pursued in the first place, and why Gregory Stewart got to make a small fortune persecuting the couple. NOTE: Susan Stewart signed off on the charges/issued the summons. It seems Susie and Greg make a very profitable team, just more proof the system is broken.
At the beginning of the verdict reading, Justice of the Peace F. Leddy wrongly convicted a number company, and had to quickly “suspend the sentence” to correct his flagrant incompetence. It seems the JP Leddy was not paying attention during the trial when both parties agreed to the fact the numbered company was not involved. This was mentioned numerous times during the 9 court dates. NOTE: JP Leddy took a month to review the trial transcript and to study the videos and was ignorant of that simple fact.
The couple is expected to appeal this decision and $5,500 fine. The numbered company is exploring how to get the erroneous convictions of the number company reversed/stricken from the record, and fix JP Leddy’s clear and admitted error.
Bystanders always use the excuse, “one person can’t make a difference” to justify their apathy and inaction. The Belgrave Community Complex was saved due to the courage of one person whose love for his Community outweighed his fear of standing and speaking up to the “authorities”.
