$20,000/year Property Tax Break For Reeve Bernie Bailey At Your Expense

When a former Chief of Police mentions that North Huron Reeve bernie bailey should be investigated due to his real estate dealings/conflict of interest you know things are bad, beyond bad. In fact the only response from disgraced North Huron Reeve bernie bailey at the time was to scream back that he “doesn’t take to threats” during his tantrum.

FACT: Reeve bernie bailey is paying less property tax than nearly everyone else in Wingham.

North Huron Reeve bernie bailey is only paying tax on a $250,000 assessment for his home at 595 Josephine St. Wingham, instead of the $1.3 million current market value. This means instead of paying $26,000/year in property tax he is paying about $5,000. Please note there has been about a “trailer park’s” worth of renovations done this summer on his home at 595 Josephine St. Wingham.

Lagoonaville Sewage Suites Scandal To Double Wingham Taxes – North Huron Near Bankrupt & No Money For Pedestrian Safety

Taxes will be re-doubling again for most in North Huron as bernie bailey’s council is giving away 5-10 million of taxpayer dollars to loyalists to get Lagoonaville ready for development. This development is right beside the Wingham sewage lagoon, some still refer to it as Hutton Heights or the Sewage Suites. Property taxes are expected to be around $10,000 – $12,000/year, plus water, sewer, and garbage fees. A small price to pay for that ever-present sewage stink so you can do a covid symptom check by opening a window to make sure your sense of smell still works.

The 5-10 million will be spent on “studies and buddies”. It makes no difference if zero people buy into the sewage suites way of living, they will still get their millions of taxpayer dollars. It will be like the last attempt at the 400 home subdivision where they spent about a half a million dollars. Everyone paid the price through higher taxes. The ONLY ones to benefit are those “contractors” and councilors that got kickbacks/incentives and those holding the land.

Not only will bernie bailey and his council make sure there are no assets left in North Huron by giving away all our real estate for pennies on the dollar, they are running up debt at record levels. $20,000 for three tvs they don’t use is just one tiny example of how corrupt they are.

Since there is no one to give councillors a kickback for clearing all the sidewalks, it will never happen. There is just no profit in it for them, unlike real estate scams where they can get millions of land or dollars into their friends hands for discount renovations or free tvs.

Despite social distancing rules, DO NOT expect North Huron to do anything different this year regarding pedestrian safety. You can walk in traffic this winter just like every other year and admire all the blocked sidewalks.

$9,000/year In Property Tax The New Normal In Wingham #YouWereWarned

If you have to ask how much the taxes are, you can’t afford to live here.

The starting price for a Wingham home is now $400,000 if you check realtor.ca. The reality is you likely can’t get into Wingham at any price, as no one wants to sell their Wingham home and no one wants to stay in the Cities. Currently there is only one home listed for sale on Realtor.ca. Most buyers are not informed that since they are paying double the current assessment, their taxes will be doubling. Disclosing that kills too many deals.

Let’s pretend you are lucky enough to get a home in Wingham for $450,000, taxes would be $9,000/year or $800/month. Then you have to add about $90/month for water, pay for each bag of garbage, and walk in the streets in the winter because NH council and staff don’t want to clear all the sidewalks.

Free Marijuana With Purchase Sweeping Ontario – Businesses Grasping Loophole While Falling Through Cracks

Ma & Pa shops are shuttering across Ontario like dominos due to massive drops in business and/or to protect their Communities. Estimates range up to 80% of small town Ma & Pop businesses won’t survive this apocalypse. This will remove the culture and individuality of our rural towns, as the businesses have fallen through the cracks and get no support from any level of government.

Big box stores in Ontario have used a loophole to be “an essential service” to keep open during lockdowns, taking business away from main streets everywhere. National chain restaurants stay open with 75% wage subsidies paid for with our tax dollars, while the Ma & Pop shops get nothing as they fall through the cracks. Forced to subsidize the competition while the government shuts your business down has to be a bitter pill to swallow.

In Canada it is legal to gift up to 30 grams of dried cannabis to anyone of legal age. Many businesses have taken to including a free “cannabis gift” with every purchase. Some even offer home delivery in under an hour.

In Huron County there are already numerous businesses that give cannabis away with each purchase. Bongs, t-shirts, pizza and even snow removal come with free weed if you know the right business. Most are already widely known in the area, ask around.

Expect more and more small businesses to offer free cannabis with purchase in the future.

Free Press Future Now In Hands Of Public – Die or Thrive, Public Will Decide Via Patreon

The future of Wingham Free Press and the 50,000+ police press release archive are now in the hands of the Public. Should WFP expand and include press releases from EVERY police service in Ontario? Should the Free Press Network expand to protect more Communities?

You can support Wingham Free Press via Patreon.

A Free Press is the only “opposition party” for municipal governments in Ontario. It is the duty of a Free Press to question and hold municipal governments to account. To maintain that independence a Free Press can not take any money from any level of government. To be truly independent a Free Press can not accept money from any business either, as that could lead to a future conflict and/or bias.

Our journey has saved Wingham taxpayers millions of dollars over the last decade, disbanded the Wingham Police Force, exposed municipal waste, backroom deals, exposed police corruption, got several high level resignations, got more sidewalks cleared in the winter, created a police press release database, started North Huron Block Parents, got council to live stream council meetings, etc. etc. All on a near zero budget.

For over 10 years Wingham Free Press has been run by volunteers. To help cover the increasing costs of hosting and maintaining the website Google Ads has been occasionally utilized. We would like to remove ads forever from Wingham Free Press making WFP truly free from any future conflicts of interests.

Mask By-law For North Huron? Have Your Say Now 519-357-4668

Someone told North Huron council they could put unpaid mask fines on property tax bills. Rumor is they are now considering an absolute by-law with a hefty fine for mask non-compliance.

North Huron councilors were opposed to masks, as demonstrated in August when they swarmed a Citizen in council chambers. Reeve bernie bailey had to be yelled at to “BACK OFF OR PUT A MASK ON” as he was inches from the masked Citizen’s face. Reeve bailey jumped back several feet in shock, and rumor is he had to change into dry pants before the police arrived.

Do you think North Huron should have a mask by-law with a hefty $1,000 fine? Have your say now by calling 519-357-4668. If you can’t get through please consider contacting the councilors below, or contact them all just be make sure your voice is heard.

Should The WFP Shutdown Or Limit Access To 50,000 Police Press Releases Archive?

In 2009 a small group of area business owners and investors had a meeting to discuss the new illegal “apartment tax” placed on water/sewer bills in North Huron. Some property owners saw their bill jump over $3,000/year per property, this was on top of the highest property taxes in Ontario. Staff and council’s attitude and comments that landlords could afford it despite the unfairness was why Wingham Free Press was born, along with the Free Press network.

In an attempt to draw attention to Wingham and its corruption the group decided to post area OPP press releases in their entirety. The owners unanimously agreed at the time that the Public has the Right to know what the police are saying about them, and sending out to hundreds of traditional media outlets. The WFP archive has been used several times by members of the Public to hold police forces to account.

WFP is looking for feedback regarding limiting access to our 50,000+ police press release archive, or shutting it down entirely.

Public Safety Alert – Violent Offender On Loose – Kevin “Fascist” Falconer Added To Hall Of Shame”

Councillor Kevin Falconer violated North Huron’s procedural bylaw which prohibits the use of recording devices during a public council meeting. Mr. Falconer took photo(s) at the meeting on 14Aug2020 of member(s) of the Public Gallery. Members of the Public have been arrested and charged for allegedly doing the same in the past. Clearly North Huron councillor kevin falconer does not believe he is bound by North Huron’s bylaws or the criminal code.

OPP Threaten Victim & Refuse To Press Charges After Councillor’s Assault On Citizen – Minor Injury Reported – McPerjury Up To Old Tricks Again

The OPP threatened the victim of North Huron councillor kevin falconer’s attack. He was told that if he wanted to proceed with charges, 7 people (councillor members) will claim he attacked/assaulted the councillor. Luckily the victim only received a minor wrist injury.

The victim asked for charges to be laid against Councillor kevin falconer for his physical assault on 14Aug2020, the officer flatly refused. The victim asked to speak to the officer’s supervisor, the officer stated they might be able to make that happen in a few days. The victim told the officer if he couldn’t figure out who is telling the truth, “arrest both of us and let a judge sort it out. The officer refused that suggestion.

This officer just happens to be Hall Of Shamer kevin McPerjury. You likely remember him from the August Atrocities which ultimately led to the disbanding of the Wingham Police. NOTE: 5 councillors were caught all telling the exact same lie to the police/court and McPurjury was caught lying on the stand. Thanks to Wingham Copwatch their lies were exposed and all their fabricated charges dismissed.

Advanced AI:HI Eriely Predicts Future History Of Wingham #TT?

Below is what an advanced hybrid AI:HI has predicted based on current Canadian headlines. Read or listen for yourself to determine how accurate this prediction is.

In the quaint town of Wingham, Canada, a series of alarming events began to unfold, signaling the gradual descent into a dystopian reality. It all started when the military announced surprise wellness checks for residences, claiming it was for the safety and well-being of the citizens. However, the sudden intrusion into people’s homes without consent sparked fear and paranoia among the residents.

As tensions simmered, the by-law enforcement in Wingham took increasingly drastic measures to assert their authority. Violating private property rights became a common occurrence, with officers barging into homes and businesses without proper justification. They even went as far as claiming they had more power than the local police force, instilling a sense of unease and mistrust in the community.

To enforce their control over private property, the by-law enforcement agency started hiring additional staff, intensifying their presence and surveillance in the town. Reports emerged of officers illegally surveilling citizens and conducting searches without warrants, trampling on individual rights and liberties with impunity.

The situation escalated further when the Wingham Town Hall enacted draconian measures to silence dissent and control the narrative. They banned questions at council meetings, effectively stifling freedom of speech and transparency in governance. Those who dared to challenge the authorities by filming public meetings were arrested on suspicions of disrupting the peace, creating an atmosphere of fear and censorship.

The local police force, once seen as protectors of the community, took a dark turn as they began advocating for extreme measures. They openly endorsed the killing of criminals who broke into homes, justifying it as self-defense if one’s life was under threat. Pushing the boundaries of the law, they also advocated for trespassing and violating legal norms in the name of maintaining order and security.

As the town descended further into a surveillance state, Wingham announced the installation of security cameras on every pole and in parking lots. The constant monitoring of citizens’ movements and activities raised concerns about privacy and individual autonomy, with Big Brother seemingly watching their every move.

To cement their control and silence dissent, the judges, councillors, and police in Wingham made it clear that anyone recording them in the performance of their duties would face arrest. Meanwhile, they continued to record citizens without their consent, creating a double standard in transparency and accountability.

Amidst the growing sense of oppression and authoritarianism, whispers of rebellion began to surface among the populace. The once peaceful town of Wingham was now a powder keg of dissent and resistance, as the residents contemplated the unthinkable – armed rebellion against the oppressive forces that sought to control their lives.

The story of Wingham, Canada, served as a cautionary tale of how a once thriving community could spiral into dystopia, where freedom and liberty were sacrificed at the altar of power and control. The residents stood at a crossroads, faced with the choice of submission or defiance, as the specter of authoritarianism loomed large over their once idyllic town.
