New Child Care Centre for families in Exeter and Area

The County of Huron, Avon Maitland District School Board (AMDSB) and London Bridge Child Care Services are excited to announce the opening of a ‘Family Age Grouping’ Child Care program at Exeter Elementary School.

In December 2017, the Ministry of Education announced Exeter Elementary School was approved for Early Years Capital Program Funding. The approved funding was for a ‘Family Age Grouping’ with a licensed capacity of 15 children. This program is the first of its kind in Huron County and will bring children of all ages together into one space instead of being separated by age groups as is the typical model in child care.

“Families across the province deserve access to quality, licensed child care in their own communities,” said Ontario’s Education Minister Stephen Lecce. “By committing up to $1 billion over five years to create new child care spaces, including up to 10,000 spaces in new schools, our government is suporting working families and ensuring children receive the care they need.”

This joint capital project with the County of Huron and the AMDSB, began in September 2019. AMDSB accepted the tender from Elgin Contracting and Restoration Ltd. to proceed with the project in a contract amount of $567,657. The work included renovating an existing resource room on the west side of the school and infilling the adjacent alcove to construct a 127 square metre space. The space includes cubbies, washroom and change area, sleep room, food prep area, storage room and a separate meeting/staff room. The Child Care has an entrance at the west side exterior vestibule.

London Bridge Child Care Services, who operates the Relouw Early Childhood Learning Centre across from Exeter Elementary School, is the provider for the program. London Bridge offers licensed child care programs and before/after school programs in London, Sarnia, Exeter, Hensall and Zurich. This unique program provides an opportunity for siblings to be together during the day and supports their belief about learning from others, regardless of age.

“The County of Huron is pleased to partner with London Bridge Child Care Services and the AMDSB, to offer this child care program that will help to support children and families in our communities.” said Huron County Warden, Jim Ginn. “This centre will be providing holistic environments where children of all ages can foster relationships with peers, educators, and their community.”

“The Avon Maitland DSB is grateful for this funding from the Ministry of Education, which has allowed for the creation of these essential child care spaces in the Exeter community. We are pleased to continue our positive relationship with the County of Huron and London Bridge Child Care Services, as they provide high quality care for future Exeter Elementary School students.” says Cheri Carter, Superintendent of Corporate Services.

“This is great news for local families who have been waiting for much needed child care spaces to the Exeter area,” said Huron-Bruce MPP Lisa Thompson. “I often hear concerns about the lack of affordable child care, so I look forward to seeing the benefits of this unique approach for some of our youngest community members.”

Death Wishes Mount For Corrupt Council & Developer(s) Stealing Public Lands – Taxes Double For Some – You Were Warned

Taxes are doubling for some Winghamites as their new assessments come in, crippling them financially. Some on a tight budget will lose their homes, that is just a fact of Facist Square Mile (Wingham). Yes Wingham is now under a facist regime, it has been officially since 14Aug2020 when a councillor physically attacked a Citizen for asking a question. The warning signs were there long before August, banning questions, comments, criticism, cameras and absolute bylaws that can’t be questioned or appealed.

You have likely heard the rumor or read online about how current Reeve bernie bailey has allegedly abused his power to get discount renovations done on his home in exchange for public land at pennies on the dollar. If true, you now know why they quashed the bylaw protecting the trailer park in a secret meeting and are so eager to “sell” it. The pressure wouldn’t be so high except the council blew that 400 home deal because the owners refused to give councillors a “cut”. It’s a cesspool of corruption, and the corrupt are cashing in at our Communities expense. All other lands will be stolen too, not that there is much left after what bernie bailey has done.

Death wishes have been expressed by countless victims of bernie bailey including the below:

“He should be shot”,

“Drown the fucker”

“$20,000 for three tv’s! Why hasn’t someone killed them yet”

“Why is he still alive”

“Time for shovel justice”

“Maybe it’s time for SSS, Shoot, Shovel & Shutup”

“If they make us pay the highest taxes in Ontario, maybe we should dig them the deepest hole”

In the more than four decades since this incident, members of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch have made numerous appeals to the public for tips and as forensic (DNA) technology advanced, they employed innovative investigation techniques to help solve the case. As a result, information was generated allowing investigators to further explore avenues of interest in this unresolved case.

On Wednesday, November 18, 2020, police arrested and charged Roger DESCHENES, 62-years-old, of North Bay with First Degree Murder. The accused appeared at the Ontario Court of Justice in North Bay on November 19, 2020 and is remanded into custody until a bail hearing can be scheduled.

Wingham Pedophile Club Fights Back After Losing $700,000/year In Diddler Donations – Wingham Loses Another Business #DefundWinghamBIA #EndPedophilia

Another Wingham business will be shutting down after retaliation from doug kuyvenhoven’s Wingham BIA. The business owner refused to follow a mandatory boycott of a local coffee shop despite warnings they too would be boycotted and face closure by the followers of kuyvenhoven. To this end they sent in a fake Health Inspector to shut them down for a few days, and once they realized they were duped they reopened. They were even told all inventory must be quarantined for 14 days to ensure there is no virus on the items, another lie in an attempt to cripple the business.

The doug club is on edge after the arrest(s) at Maitland River Community Church and donations supporting the diddler club have dropped from $1,000,000/year to $300,000/year. They are panicking as they fear losing access to children and the cash from their vulnerable victims. A main tenet of the club is “it’s only pedophilia if they are under 12”.

If you stand up to the Wingham BIA you will be attacked on many levels, there is a lot of greed and pedophiles to protect. At a BIA meeting one question was asked regarding the $40,000 sign businesses must pay for but can’t advertise on. The response from a large abrasive woman in the doug club was screaming “SHOW SOME RESPECT”. For that loyalty the doug club gave her the Business Of The Year Award, for her business “Christine’s Clothes For the Closeted”.

Move to Orange-Restrict

There have been some questions on why the province moved Huron-Perth to the Orange-Restrict level of public health measures.

Our level is determined by multiple factors including

Rates of cases in our health unit and in neighbouring regions

Rates of cases that are not ‘epi-linked’ (not in a known chain of transmission which is suggestive of community transmission) in our health unit and in neighbouring regions

R (Reproduction number) in our health unit and in neighbouring regions

Hospital capacity in our health unit and in neighbouring regions

Public Health capacity to do Case and Contact Management in our health unit and in neighbouring regions

Additional information on what indicators the province uses when assessing the need for an area to move to a different level of public health measures can be found at COVID-19 Response Framework: Keeping Ontario Safe and Open.

Outbreak: Village Manor Management Taken Over By St-Mary’s General Hospital

Waterloo Region – On November 21, Dr. Hsiu-Li Wang issued Section 22 and Section 29.2 Orders to Village Manor and St. Mary’s General Hospital. This action will allow St-Mary’s General Hospital to take over management of this home during its COVID-19 outbreak and ensure that all appropriate measures to manage the outbreak are implemented.

Currently, there are 19 residents and three staff who have tested positive, including three residents who are currently hospitalized, and no deaths. Immediately following issuance of the Orders, a team from St-Mary’s Hospital went on site to begin their work.

“From the very beginning of this outbreak, health system partners and their resources have ‘wrapped around’ this home to help it manage its COVID-19 outbreak,” said Region of Waterloo Medical Officer of Health, Dr. Hsiu-Li Wang. “However, it has become clear that we need stronger and quicker action, which is why this Order has been issued.

“I would like to acknowledge the hard work of all those at Village Manor, as well as St. Mary’s Hospital and many partners such as the Waterloo-Wellington LHIN Home and Community Care Team, Dr. Sharon Bal, Community Concepts and Meals on Wheels, for their very valued partnership in assisting the home at this important time,” continued Dr. Wang. “This is a truly collaborative effort.”

“We know that outbreaks like this are difficult to manage and have seen this in other care settings,” said Lee Fairclough, President of St. Mary’s General Hospital. “Coming together to support the residents and dedicated staff at Village Manor will help to hopefully reduce the impact of the virus on them and the community. Thank you to all that that have stepped forward rapidly this past week and weekend to support this.”
