Drug Bust – Willa CARRIER

(TILLSONBURG, ON) – Members of the Oxford detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) along with Brant and Norfolk Community Street Crimes Unit (CSCU) assisted in an investigation led by the Oxford OPP CSCU. The search warrant resulted in the seizure of illegal drugs and offence-related property, from a residence in Tillsonburg.

On February 18th, 2026, at approximately 5:00 a.m., police arrested one individual in relation to a search warrant on Venison Street, in the Town of Tillsonburg.

As a result of the investigation, Willa CARRIER a 57-year-old resident of Tillsonburg has been charged with the following offences:

  • Possession of Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine,
  • Possession of Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine,
  • Possession of Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Opioid
  • Obstruct Peace Officer
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000

The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice, in Woodstock, on May 12, 2026.

Dillon OUTERBRIDGE – Drunk Driving

 (TILLSONBURG, ON) – A driver is facing multiple charges after they crashed their vehicle in the Town of Tillsonburg.

At approximately 11:50 p.m., on February 13, 2026, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Oxford detachment, were called to a single-vehicle collision on Quarter Town Line in the Town of Tillsonburg.

As a result of the investigation, Dillon OUTERBRIDGE, a 22-year-old resident of Tillsonburg, was charged with:

  • Operation While Impaired
  • Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) 80 plus

The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice, in Woodstock, on March 31, 2026.

Sheldon PAULMERT – Impaired Operation

 (TILLSONBURG, ON) – A driver is facing multiple charges after being arrested in a parking lot in the Town of Tillsonburg.

At approximately 3:00 p.m., on February 8, 2026, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Oxford detachment, were called to a parking lot on Hardy Street, for the report of a possible impaired driver.

As a result of the investigation, Sheldon PAULMERT, a 33-year-old resident of Tillsonburg, was charged with:

  • Operation While Impaired
  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance (two counts)
  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking

The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice, in Woodstock, on March 24, 2026.

Christopher VANKASTEREN Was Arrested

 (TILLSONBURG, ON) – A driver is facing multiple charges after members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Oxford Detachment, detected and arrested a dangerous driver in the Town of Tillsonburg.

At approximately 12:20 a.m., on February 1, 2026, a member from Oxford OPP detected a vehicle being driven dangerously on Broadway in Tillsonburg.

As a result of the investigation, Christopher VANKASTEREN, a 37-year-old resident of La Salette, has been charged with:

  • Operation While Impaired
  • Failure/Refusal to Comply with Demand
  • Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle
  • Careless Driving
  • Fail to Remain
  • Drive Vehicle with Liquor Readily Available

 The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice, in Woodstock, on March 31, 2026.

Susana REMPEL – Drunk Driving

 (TILLSONBURG, ON) – Members from the Oxford detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), arrested an impaired driver thanks to a call from a concerned citizen.

On January 31, 2026, at approximately 5:45 p.m., Oxford OPP responded to a report of a driver who appeared to be intoxicated.

As a result of the investigation, Susana REMPEL, a 28-year-old resident of Tillsonburg, has been charged with:

  • Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) 80 plus

The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on March 17, 2026.

Repeat Offenders Arrested Again – PORCHAK & VANHAVERBEKE

(TILLSONBURG, ON) – Members of the Oxford detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have arrested two individuals after investigating a series of shoplifting incidents that occurred between January 28, 2026, and January 29, 2026, at a shopping centre on Broadway.

On January 29th, 2026, police located and charged two suspects for shoplifting from multiple businesses.

As a result of the investigation, James PORCHAK, a 45-year-old resident of Tillsonburg has been charged with the following offences:

  • Theft Under $5000 (four counts)
  • Fail to Comply with Probation Order (five counts)

Dustin VANHAVERBEKE, a 35-year-old resident of Tillsonburg has also been charged with the following offences:

  • Theft Under $5000
  • Fail to Comply with Probation Order (four counts)

The accused individuals are currently being held in custody awaiting a bail hearing.

Ronald LUCIER Was Arrested Again

(TILLSONBURG, ON) – On January 19, 2026, at approximately 10:30 p.m., members of the Oxford detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were notified of an individual causing mischief to a business on Tillson Ave. in the Town of Tillsonburg.

As a result of the investigation Ronald LUCIER, a 49-year-old resident of Tillsonburg, was charged with the following offences:

  • Mischief Under $5000
  • Fail to Comply with Probation Order

There were no injuries reported.

The accused remains in custody awaiting a bail hearing.

Jamal Blenman Was Arrested Again! #3Strikes

(TILLSONBURG, ON) – Two individuals are facing charges after fleeing from a festive reduce impaired driving everywhere (RIDE) program in Tillsonburg.

On December 20, 2025, at approximately 8:30 p.m., members of the Oxford Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment were conducting a festive RIDE program on Broadway Street, in the Town of Tillsonburg.

A motor vehicle was observed being operated in an erratic manner where it fled the RIDE program. Officers were able to locate the vehicle a short time after where they were able to safely conduct a traffic stop.

Jamal Blenman, 24-years-old, of Hamilton, was arrested and charged with:

·      Trafficking in Schedule I Substance – Opioid (Other than Heroin)

·      Flight from Peace Officer

·      Dangerous Operation

·      Failure to Comply with Release Order (Seven counts)

The accused was held for a bail hearing and has since been remanded into custody.

Abdel-Rahman Maradqeh, 20-years-old, of Oakville, was arrested and charged with: Trafficking in Schedule I Substance – Opioid (Other than Heroin).

The accused was held for a bail hearing and has since been released from custody and will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on January 20, 2025.

Police seized suspected Oxycodone, along with additional offence-related property that was seized includes a weigh scale, packaging and Canadian currency.

David Stevens Facing Numerous Charges

(TILLSONBURG, ON) – The Oxford Provincial Police (OPP) have identified and charged an accused person following a report of a theft of gas, in the Town of Tillsonburg.

On December 3, 2025, at approximately 11:30 a.m., members of the Oxford OPP detachment responded to a report of a theft of gas from a business on Tillson Avenue, in the Town of Tillsonburg. It was reported that unknown suspect(s) attended and left without paying for gas.

Through investigation, Oxford OPP members, with support from the OPP Bail Support Team, were able to identify an accused and have laid several charges.

On December 15, David Stevens, 34-years-old, of Woodstock, was arrested and is charged with:

  • Fail to Comply with Probation Order
  • Possession of Property obtained by Crime (Three counts)
  • Theft under $5,000 (Four counts)
  • Drive While Under Suspension (Three counts)
  • Operation while Prohibited (Twenty-four counts)

The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing on December 16, 2025, and has since been remanded into custody.

Vladmir Sabo Was Arrested

(TILLSONBURG, ON) – An individual from the Tillsonburg is facing impaired driving related charges following a proactive traffic stop.

On December 13, 2025, at approximately 4:00 p.m., the Oxford Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment were conducting general patrol around Concession Street East and Lisgar Avenue, in the Town of Tillsonburg. A traffic stop was conducted after a vehicle was observed driving erratically.

Vladmir Sabo, 63-years-old, of Tillsonburg, has been charged with:

·      Failure or Refusal to Comply with Demand

·      Dangerous Operation

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on January 26, 2026.

James Claringbold Arrested Following Collision

(SOUTH-WEST OXFORD, ON) – An individual from Tillsonburg is facing impaired driving related charges after a single vehicle collision on Plank Line.

On November 29, 2025, at approximately 7:30 p.m., members of the Oxford Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment were dispatched to a report of a single vehicle collision that had occurred on Plank Line near Ostrander, in the Township of South-West Oxford. There were no reported injuries because of the collision.

Tawyna Allishaw – Breach Probation

(SOUTH-WEST OXFORD, ON) – An individual from the Tillsonburg is facing a charge and a licence suspension after being stopped by police.

On November 17, 2025, at approximately 10:00 p.m., members of the Oxford detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle on Plank Line, near Ostrander for Highway Traffic Act offences.

Upon stopping the vehicle, police determined the driver was exhibiting signs of alcohol impairment. Results from an Alcohol Screening Device produced an alert, leading to a warn-range suspension and a $250 fine.

A 3-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) was initiated as per statute.

Tawyna Allishaw, 46-years-old, of Tillsonburg, is charged with:

·      Fail to Comply with Probation Order

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on December 16, 2025.
