Alexander INGLETON 192 in a 90 Zone

(ENGLEHART, ON) – A driver caught travelling at 192 km/h in a posted 90 km/h zone is facing impaired driving charges.

On Sunday, November 2, 2025, at approximately 1:00 a.m., officers from the Englehart Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Second Street in Englehart after a vehicle was observed travelling 192 kilometres per hour (km/h) in a posted 90 km/h zone.

During the traffic stop, the officer detected an odour of alcohol. As a result of the investigation, the driver was arrested for impaired operation and transported to the OPP detachment for further testing. The vehicle was impounded.

The accused, Alexander INGLETON, 28 years old, of Englehart, has been charged with:

  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
  • Drive motor vehicle – perform stunt

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Haileybury on November 25, 2025. Additionally, they received a 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (ADLS).

The OPP reminds motorists that speeding and impaired driving are leading causes of collisions on Ontario roads. All drivers are urged to obey posted speed limits and to never operate a vehicle while impaired by alcohol or drugs.

Justin WOOLLVEN – Drunk Driving

(LEAMINGTON, ON) – An individual from Kingsville is facing impaired driving related charges after a single vehicle collision on Erie Street South.

On November 3, 2025, at approximately 11:42 p.m., members of the Leamington Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment were dispatched to a report of a single vehicle collision that had occurred on Erie Street South, in the Municipality of Leamington.

Officers attended and spoke with the lone occupant of the vehicle and determined that they had previously consumed alcohol. The driver was arrested and transported to a local detachment for further testing. The driver of the vehicle was not injured.

Justin WOOLLVEN, 37-years-old, of Kingsville, has been charged with:

  • Operation while Impaired – Alcohol
  • Operation while Impaired – Blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on November 14, 2025.

Damian STRUB – Assault, Drunk Driving

(BRANT, ON) – On Oct 31, 2025, at approximately 7:26 p.m., members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a traffic complaint regarding a motor vehicle driving on Hartley Avenue.

Police located the vehicle in question and conducted a traffic stop on Hartley Avenue. Following a police investigation police arrested Damian STRUB a 25-year-old male of Waterloo, and charged him with the following offences:

  • Operation While Impaired – Alcohol and Drugs
  • Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80
  • Assault a Peace Officer X 2
  • Mischief X 2

The accused was held in custody and awaited a bail hearing on November 1.

The OPP continues to prioritize road safety through proactive enforcement and public education. Impaired driving-whether by alcohol or drugs-remains one of the leading causes of serious collisions and fatalities on Ontario roadways.

Taryn GULOTTA – Drunk Driving

(HALDIMAND COUNTY) – A driver is facing charges following an investigation in Caledonia.

On Nov 1, 2025, at approximately 12:35 p.m., members of the Haldimand detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a disturbance on Argyle Street, Caledonia.

The investigation determined that an individual arrived at that location and was possibly driving impaired but had left the scene.

Police located the vehicle soon after and a traffic stop was conducted.

Taryn GULOTTA, 43-years-old of Haldimand County has been charged with the following offences:

  • Operation While Impaired
  • Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus)
  • Failure to Comply with Release Order (two counts)

The accused remains in custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga on November 7, 2025.

Scott SMITH Was Arrested

(WEST NIPISSING, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested and charged one person and recovered a stolen trailer, after conducting a traffic stop.

On Monday November 3, 2025, at approximately 3:30 a.m., members from the Nipissing West Detachment of the OPP, conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle towing a trailer on Dutrisac Road, West Nipissing.

The vehicle attempted to flee from police but overturned the trailer when making a turn. The trailer was found to be stolen and the driver was arrested. A search of the vehicle located a small amount of drugs suspected to be crack cocaine.

As a result of the investigation, the driver, Scott SMITH, 36 years-of-age, from West Nipissing, was charged with:

  • Possession property obtained by crime over $5,000
  • Theft over $5000
  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance

The accused was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on Thursday December 4, 2025, in North Bay.

Noah JILESEN – Drunk Driving

(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) – Driver charged with impaired after suspicious vehicle stopped in Ilderton.

On November 2, 2025, at 2:41 a.m., a member of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), while on general patrol, observed a suspicious vehicle on King Street in Ilderton, Municipality of Middlesex Centre, at which time a traffic stop was initiated.

The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Middlesex OPP detachment.

As a result, Noah JILESEN, a 19-year-old of Paisley, has been charged under the Criminal Code, Highway Traffic Act and Liquor Licence Control Act with:

·      Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

·      Young driver – B.A.C. above zero

·      Having care or control of a motor vehicle with liquor readily available

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice to speak to the charges on December 9, 2025.

Kyle CUTLER – Drunk Driving

(STRATHROY-CARADOC, ON) – Driver facing impaired charge after traffic stop.

On November 2, 2025, at 1:41 a.m., a member of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) while on general patrol on Glendon Drive in the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc, observed a suspicious vehicle, at which time a traffic stop was initiated.

The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Middlesex OPP detachment.

As a result, Kyle CUTLER, a 31-year-old of London, has been charged under the Criminal Code with:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol
  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in London on December 1, 2025, to speak to the charges.

Kilo Meth, 800 Grams Seized In Drug Bust

(CALEDON, ON) – Members of the Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) from the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have laid numerous charges against seven individuals following a recent warrant execution.

In summer 2025, the Caledon CSCU entered into a drug trafficking investigation. With the assistance of numerous CSCU’s across southern Ontario, as well as the Toronto Police Service and Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), search warrants were executed upon several residences and vehicles throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

Officers seized approximately one kilogram of Methamphetamine, 800 grams of Heroin and a large sum of currency, as well as items consistent with the sale and trafficking of drugs, including cell phones, digital scales, packaging materials, and more. In addition, a prohibited knife, firearm ammunition, and body armour, as well as two stolen personal watercrafts and associated trailer were also seized as a result of the warrants.

Following the investigation, seven individuals were arrested and charged.

Shivansh SHARMA, 35, of Vaughan, was charged with:

  • Traffick in a Schedule I substance – two counts
  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – two counts
  • Fail to comply with release order – three counts
  • Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime over $5000
  • Participate in a criminal organization

Inderdip SAHOTA, 37, of Brampton, was charged with:

  • Fail to comply with release order
  • Participate in a criminal organization
  • Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime over $5000

Brent MARKO, 45, of Mississauga, was charged with:

  • Traffick in a Schedule I substance – two counts
  • Participate in a criminal organization
  • Drive while under suspension – six counts

Tyrone OSEI, 24, of Etobicoke, was charged with:

  • Traffick in a Schedule I substance – two counts
  • Participate in a criminal organization
  • Drive while under suspension – three counts

Ellique BOWMAN, 20, of Toronto, was charged with:

  • Traffick in a Schedule I substance – two counts
  • Participate in a criminal organization
  • Drive while under suspension – two counts

Nicholas SENIOR, 20, of North York, was charged with:

  • Traffick in a Schedule I substance – two counts
  • Participate in a criminal organization

Jaydem MARABOLI, 24, of Etobicoke, was charged with:

  • Traffick in a Schedule I substance – two counts
  • Participate in a criminal organization

Two Impaired Drivers Caught Trick-or-Treat Night

(WELLINGTON COUNTY, ON) – The Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) charged two drivers with impaired-driving related offences on Halloween night.

On October 31, 2025, at approximately 10:45 p.m., members of the Wellington County OPP responded to a report of a two-vehicle collision on Metcalfe Street in Elora.

As a result of the investigation, a 26-year-old from Waterloo is charged under the Criminal Code with:

  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

There were no injuries as a result of this collision.

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice – Guelph on a later date.

The accused’s name is being withheld, out of concern for their well being.

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (ADLS) and a 45-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

Further, on October 31, 2025, at approximately 11:00 p.m., members of the Wellington County OPP responded to a traffic complaint of a possible impaired driver on Highway 6 in Wellington North Township.

As a result of the investigation, Norma MULHALL, a 70-year-old from Mount Forest is charged under the Criminal Code with:

  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
  • Dangerous operation

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice – Guelph on November 14, 2025.

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (ADLS) and a 45-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

Toir BIKZAD Was Arrested Again #3Strikes

(NORTHUMBERLAND, ON) – Members of the Northumberland Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged one individual following the recovery of a stolen vehicle.

On October 31, 2025, at approximately 4:15 a.m., officers responded to a report of a stolen passenger vehicle travelling eastbound on Highway 401 from Bowmanville.

The driver failed to stop for multiple OPP cruisers and exited the highway before coming to a stop on County Road 30 in the Municipality of Brighton, where officers safely took the individual into custody.

The vehicle had been reported stolen from the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) on October 29, 2025.

As a result of the investigation, Toir BIKZAD (30), of Scarborough, has been charged with the following offences:

–      Possession property obtained by crime over $5,000

–      Possess proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5,000

–      Dangerous operation – three counts

–      Flight from peace officer – two counts

–      Failure to comply with release order – four counts

The accused was held for bail to to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cobourg.

Ridge MICHAEL Facing Numerous Charges After Field Arrest

(DRUMMOND-NORTH ELMSLEY, ON) – A Perth resident faces numerous charges after a vehicle fled from police and evaded officers.

On Friday, October 31, 2025, at approximately 10:30 a.m., an officer with the Lanark County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was on patrol on Port Elmsley Road when he observed a suspicious vehicle. The officer attempted to stop the pick-up vehicle, but it fled at high speed, being driven erratically.

Due to public safety concerns, the officer did not pursue the car but used the police radio to alert other officers in the area.

The pick-up was spotted several times before a spike belt could be utilized to safely stop the vehicle. The truck was found abandoned a short time later.

The OPP Canine Unit then located the individual hiding in a field and made an arrest.

Ridge MICHAEL, age 35 of Perth has been charged with:

  • Dangerous operation of a vehicle
  • Flight from a peace officer
  • Driving while under suspension – two counts
  • Driving with liquor readily available
  • Driving a vehicle failing to display two licence plates
  • Using a plate not authorized for a vehicle
  • Failure to comply with an undertaking – two counts

The accused was held in custody and is scheduled to appear for a bail hearing before the Ontario Court of Justice in Perth on Monday, November 3, 2025.

Missing Person Found Deceased – One Arrested

(KENORA, ON) – Police have confirmed a missing Kenora resident is deceased, and one person has been arrested and charged in connection with the investigation.

On Sunday, October 26, 2025, Mekhi PELLY (SCOTT), age 21 of Grassy Narrows First Nation, was reported missing to the Kenora Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP). He was last seen between Friday, October 10, and Sunday, October 12, 2025, in Kenora.

Following an investigation, the victim was confirmed to be deceased. Search efforts continue to locate his remains.

As a result of the investigation, Terrance CHERRY, age 24 of Kenora, was arrested and charged with:

  • Indignity to a dead body, contrary to section 182(b) of the Criminal Code.

The accused was remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Thunder Bay on Monday, November 3, 2025.

The Kenora OPP Crime Unit is continuing the investigation under the direction of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch. Assistance is being provided by the OPP Canine Unit, the Emergency Response Team and the Underwater Search and Recovery Unit. The Treaty Three Police Service, the Kenora Makwa Patrol and community members are also assisting with the search.

(TILLSONBURG, ON) – An individual from Ingersoll is facing impaired driving related charges following a traffic complaint.

On November 3, 2025, at approximately 6:00 p.m., the Oxford Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment were dispatched to a report of a possible impaired driver, on Broadway Road in the Town of Tillsonburg. Officers patrolled and subsequently located the vehicle.

Amanda BOLTON Was Arrested

(ESSA, ON)- Members of the Nottawasaga Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged one individual with impaired driving following a traffic complaint in Essa Township.

Shortly before 3:00 p.m. on October 31, 2025, Nottawasaga OPP responded to a traffic complaint on Mill Street in Essa Township. Witnesses reported that the driver was observed swerving and slumped over the steering wheel. Officers located the vehicle and spoke with the driver. Based on their observations, officers determined the driver was impaired by drugs and placed under arrest.

As a result of the investigation, Amanda BOLTON 44-years-old of New Tecumseth was charged with:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance

The accused is scheduled to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in Bradford on December 4, 2025, to answer to the charge.

(ZORRA TOWNSHIP, ON) – An individual from Zorra is facing impaired driving related charges after a single vehicle collision on Road 88.

On October 30, 2025, at approximately 4:30 p.m., members of the Oxford Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment were dispatched to a report of a single vehicle collision that had occurred on Road 88, in the Township of Zorra.
