J. Randall BENSON Impaired Driving

(LYNDHURST, ON) – A vehicle entered a Reducing Impaired Driving Everywhere (RIDE) program. The driver now faces impaired driving charges, amongst others.

On Wednesday, November 26, 2025, shortly after 2:00 p.m., a member of the Leeds County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was conducting a RIDE program on Hicock Road near Lyndhurst, ON. Only a few moments and vehicles into the RIDE program, the driver of a pickup truck was arrested for suspicion of impaired driving. A subsequent search of the vehicle revealed opened containers of alcohol in the backseat, and cannabis that was readily accessible to the driver.

As a result of the investigation, 60-year-old J. Randall BENSON of Delta, has been charged with the following offences:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration
  • Driving vehicle with open container of liquor
  • Driving vehicle with cannabis readily available

The accused was released with conditions and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brockville on December 19, 2025. Their driver’s licence has been suspended for 90 days, and their vehicle was towed and impounded for seven days.

Kevin JEE Facing Numerous Charges

(LONDON, ON) – Driver facing multiple charges as a result of OPP Festive RIDE Program.

On November 24, 2025, at 11:18 p.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were engaged in a Festive Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (RIDE) program on Highway 401 at Veterans Memorial Parkway in the City of London.

A vehicle entered the RIDE program at which time a traffic stop was initiated.

The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Middlesex OPP detachment.

Approximately one kilogram of suspected cocaine was located and seized from within the vehicle.

As a result, Kevin JEE, a 32-year-old of Windsor, has been charged under the Criminal Code, Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, Liquor Licence Control Act and Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act with:

·      Poss of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5000 – in Canada

·      Poss of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine

·      Driving motor vehicle with liquor readily available

·      Operate a motor vehicle without insurance

The accused was held for bail

Festive RIDE is an annual police enforcement and education initiative aimed at taking impaired drivers off Ontario roads during the holiday season. This year’s Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police Festive RIDE Campaign runs from November 20, 2025, to January 1, 2026.

Broadie JOLLEY Was Arrested Again #3Strikes

(Georgian Bluffs, ON) Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), with assistance from the Grey Bruce Community Street Crime Unit, have arrested and charged a Georgian Bluffs resident following an incident involving flight from police and motor vehicle theft.

On November 26, 2025, at approximately 12:30 p.m., officers were conducting proactive patrol in Georgian Bluffs, Ontario when they encountered an individual confirmed to be wanted on an outstanding warrant. When officers attempted to arrest the individual, they fled on foot and stole an unattended motor vehicle.

The vehicle was located a short time later, and police deployed a spike belt as a safe alternative stopping method, which successfully disabled the vehicle. The individual was arrested without further incident.

Broadie JOLLEY 31-years-old of Georgian Bluffs has been charged with the following Criminal Code (CC) and Highway Traffic Act offences (HTA):

  • Flight from Peace Officer – CC
  • Obstruct Peace Officer – CC
  • Dangerous Operation – CC
  • Theft of Motor Vehicle – CC
  • Fail to Comply with Probation Order – CC
  • Driving While Under Suspension – HTA

The accused was held for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice, Owen Sound on November 27, 2025.

Lindsay AUSTRUNG-WILSON: Impaired Driving

(NORTHUMBERLAND, ON) – The Northumberland Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a driver following a traffic complaint from a concerned member of the public.

On November 26, 2025, at approximately 10:10 p.m., officers responded to a report of a suspected impaired driver near Bridge Street West and Grand Road in the Municipality of Trent Hills.

Police located and stopped a vehicle matching the description provided. After speaking with the driver, officers initiated an impaired driving investigation. The individual was arrested and transported to a local detachment for further testing.

Lindsay AUSTRUNG-WILSON (42) from Campbellford, has been charged with:

–      Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs

–      Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused is due to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cobourg in January 2026.

A further 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (ADLS) and 7-day vehicle impoundment were imposed as per statute.

$223,000 Fraud – Abraham Koolmees #CrimeDoesPay

(NORWICH, ON) – A fraud investigation has resulted in a charge of Fraud over $5,000.

On March 23, 2023, members of the Oxford Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a fraud. Further investigation revealed the accused was involved in fraudulent activity, where six victims were defrauded of a total of approximately $223,000. It is alleged that the accused was selling items to the victims, to which they never received product for.

On November 20, 2025, Abraham Koolmees, 61-years-old of Norwich, was arrested and charged with: Fraud Over $5000.

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on January 6, 2026.

Joshua WORSLEY & Brett PARKIN – Impaired Driving

(BRACEBRIDGE, ON) – The Bracebridge Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged two drivers with impaired driving since the launch of the Festive RIDE campaign. 

On November 24, 2025, at 7:40 p.m. Bracebridge OPP officers responded to a concern from a member of the public about the condition of a driver on Highway 11 North in Bracebridge. Officers located the vehicle, conducted a traffic stop and subsequently arrested and charged 30-year-old Joshua WORSLEY of Strathroy, ON with Impaired Operation, Impaired – Over 80 and Driving Motor Vehicle with Liquor Readily Available. He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on December 23, 2025 to answer to his charges.

On November 26, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Bracebridge OPP officers responded to another concern from a member of the public about the condition of a driver on Wellington Street in Bracebridge. Officers located the vehicle, conducted a traffic stop and subsequently arrested and charged 31-year-old Brett PARKIN of Bracebridge, ON with Impaired Operation and Over 80. He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on December 23, 2025 to answer to his charges.

70 Year Old Construction Worker Struck On Hwy 21

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On November 24, 2025, at approximately 5:19 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a collision on Highway 21 in the area of Underwood, Municipality of Kincardine.

Police attended with Bruce County Paramedic Services and Kincardine Fire & Emergency Services, to discover that a 70-year-old construction worker had been struck by a passenger vehicle.

The worker was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries and then flown to a London area trauma centre by Air Ornge.

Highway 21 was closed between Concession 6 and Concession 8 until approximately 11:58 p.m.

Police and the Ministry of Labour continue to investigate the collision. If you have any information in relation to this matter, or if you possess camera footage from that area on that date & time, please contact the South Bruce OPP.

Arianna PASTULOVIC – Drunk Driving

(NEW TECUMSETH, ON) – Members of the Nottawasaga Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged one individual with impaired driving following a single-vehicle collision in the Town of New Tecumseth.

On November 25, 2025, shortly before 1:30 a.m., Nottawasaga OPP responded to a single-vehicle collision in the area of Industrial Parkway, east of Church Street in Alliston, ON. Officers located the vehicle during general patrols and observed that it had collided with a traffic signal in the center median of the roadway. Officers met with the driver and, during the interaction, formed grounds that the driver’s ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol, leading to the driver’s arrest. The driver was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.

As a result of the investigation, Arianna PASTULOVIC, 19 years old, of New Tecumseth, was charged with:

  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused is scheduled to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in Bradford on December 18, 2025, to answer to the charge.

Pervert Alert: Vineeth VIMAL – Luring Children For Sex

(MISSISSAUGA, ON) -Police have arrested and charged a Mississauga resident following a child sexual exploitation investigation.

On Sunday, November 23, 2025, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Child Sexual Exploitation Unit (CSEU) executed a search warrant at a residence in Mississauga, with assistance from the OPP Mississauga Detachment, members of the OPP Digital Forensics Unit and Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). Several electronic devices were seized.

As a result of the investigation, Vineeth VIMAL, 40 years old of Mississauga, was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

·      Luring a person under 16 years of age, section 172.1(1)(b) – two counts

·      Making sexually explicit material available to a person under 16 years of age, section 171.1 – two counts

The accused was released from custody following a bail hearing and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton on Tuesday, December 23, 2025.

The OPP will continue to identify and pursue individuals who use technology to exploit children. $27,000 North Huron Drug Bust – SCHIESTEL, BARTLETT & STANLEY #3Strikes

(GODERICH / NORTH HURON, ON) – The Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a North Huron resident with several criminal offences following a traffic stop in Goderich in the early morning hours of November 12, 2025.

On November 12, 2025, just after 01:30 a.m., Huron OPP officers conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle on Victoria Street South in the Town of Goderich. The driver was arrested for Impaired Operation, and a search of the vehicle involved revealed a quantity of suspected fentanyl and cocaine.

A further investigation was conducted by officers from the Huron-Perth OPP Community Street Crimes Unit (CSCU), Grey-Bruce CSCU, and Huron County OPP Crime Unit, which resulted in a search warrant for a location on Currie Line, in the Township of North Huron.

On November 13, 2025, the search warrant was executed with assistance from the West Region OPP Tactics and Rescue Unit (TRU), West Region OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT), West Region OPP K-9 unit, and Huron County OPP uniform officers.

Police located and seized a stolen All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV), a quantity of suspected fentanyl, and a prohibited knife. Two individuals were arrested at the scene and charged.

The total value of the illegal drugs seized is over $27,000. The recovered ATV and prohibited knife are valued at $4,600.

The following individuals have been charged as a result of the investigation:

Scott SCHIESTEL, 46 years-of-age from North Huron has been charged with:

  • Operation while Impaired – Alcohol and Drugs,
  • Possession of Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Fentanyl,
  • Possession of Controlled Substance – Cocaine,
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000,
  • Possession of Prohibited Weapon.

The accused was processed and later released from custody with a court date scheduled at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on December 15th, 2025.

Andrew BARTLETT, 48 years-of-age from North Huron has been charged with:

  • Possession of Controlled Substance – Fentanyl.

The accused was processed and later released from custody with a court date scheduled at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on December 1st, 2025.

Dayna STANLEY, 32 years-of-age from Huron East has been charged with:

  • Possession of Controlled Substance – Fentanyl.

The accused was processed and later released from custody with a court date scheduled at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on December 8th, 2025.

Pervert Alert: Greg LEITERMAN – Child Sexual Assault

(THUNDER BAY, ON) – On August 18th, 2025, officers from the Thunder Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) began an investigation into sexual assaults that occurred between 2020 & 2022, within the Township of Gillies, approximately 30 kilometers south-west of the City of Thunder Bay.

As a result of the investigation, Greg LEITERMAN, 73, of Wetaskiwin County, Alberta (Formerly from Thunder Bay) was charged with the following:

  • Two counts of Sexual Interference;
  • Two counts of Sexual Assault on a Person Under 16 years of age;

And Marilyn LEITERMAN, 63, of Wetaskiwin County, Alberta (Formerly from Thunder Bay) was charged with the following:

  • Three counts of Assault;

Both accused are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Thunder Bay on December 10th, 2025.

Minja PRODANOVIC Was Arrested Again

(NORTHUMBERLAND, ON) – The Northumberland Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a motorist after a traffic stop led to the discovery of a weapon.

On November 25, 2025, at approximately 12:15 a.m., officers stopped a passenger vehicle traveling westbound on Highway 401 in the Township of Hamilton after observing it following another vehicle too closely.

Further investigation revealed the driver was breaching multiple release orders. The individual was taken into custody, and a search of the vehicle resulted in the seizure of an edged weapon.

Minja PRODANOVIC (36) from Orleans, has been charged with:

–      Unauthorized possession of weapon

–      Failure to comply with release order – three counts

The accused was held for bail to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cobourg.

(NORTHUMBERLAND, ON) – The Northumberland Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged two individuals following a fraud investigation.

On October 15, 2025, police received a report that a person engaged to provide home support in the Municipality of Trent Hills, had used financial information to make unauthorized purchases.

After a six-week investigation, officers arrested two individuals on November 25, 2025.

Alecia BENDFELD (33) from the Township of Stirling-Rawdon, has been charged with:

–      Fraudulent use of credit card data

–      Fraud under $5,000

James SANDERSON (35) from Stirling, has been charged with:

–      Fraudulent use of credit card data

–      Fraud under $5,000

–      Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000

Both accused are due to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cobourg in January 2026.

Pardeep CHAHAL & Calvin D’SILVA – Drunk Driving

(CALEDON, ON) – Officers from the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have laid numerous alcohol-related charges upon two individuals.

On November 20, 2025, at approximately 11:15 p.m., officers responded to a report of a single vehicle collision on Creditview Road, near King Street, in the Town of Caledon. Shortly after, officers arrived on scene and subsequently formed grounds that the driver’s ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol.

Following the investigation, Calvin D’SILVA, 34, of Brampton, was charged with:

  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

On November 23, 2025, at approximately 2:00 a.m., Caledon OPP officers responded to a traffic complaint regarding a vehicle struggling to maintain their lane. Shortly after, officers located the vehicle on Bramalea Road, near King Street, in the Town of Caledon. Officers conducted a traffic stop upon the vehicle and formed grounds that the driver’s ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol.

As a result of the investigation, Pardeep CHAHAL, 39, of Caledon, was charged with:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol
  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
  • Having care or control of a motor vehicle with liquor readily available

Both accused parties are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville on December 11, 2025, to answer to the charges. Additionally, the driver’s vehicles were impounded for a period of seven days, and their driver’s licences suspended for a period of 90 days.

Trackers Hidden on Cars Used in Kidnapping, Sexual Assault

(PETERBOROUGH, ON)- The Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are looking for additional victims after an individual was arrested and charged. 

On Wednesday, September 3, 2025, the Peterborough County OPP received a call from an individual who reported finding a tracking device on their vehicle. At this time an investigation was initiated, and a second tracking device and victim were located and identified. 

On Thursday, November 20, 2025, members of the Peterborough County OPP Crime Unit executed a warrant at a residence in Peterborough where Dale SHEETS, 58 from Peterborough, was arrested and charged under the Criminal Code of Canada with:

• Criminal harassment – repeatedly follow – two counts

• Forcible confinement

• Kidnapping

• Sexual assault

The accused was held for Bail and will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough on a later date.

Public Safety Advisory:

Criminals may attempt to place tracking devices on vehicles without your knowledge. Common exterior hiding spots include:

• Under the bumper: Often attached with magnets for easy concealment.

• Inside wheel wells: Hidden behind tires and protected from view.

• Behind the license plate: A discreet location with good signal reception.

• Under the car frame: Secured with magnets or adhesive underneath the vehicle.

These are the most common spots, but trackers can be placed anywhere on or inside a vehicle, so inspect thoroughly. If you find a suspicious device, do not remove it yourself and contact local police immediately.

Investigators believe there may be additional victims and are committed to ensuring all individuals affected receive the support and justice they deserve. The accused and victims were members of the same community of Peterborough and Peterborough County at the time of the incidents.
